The Journey Begins Again[Adveture Start/Mod]

It was quite some mood swings this spinda had, it clearly didn't like when things didn't go its way or its fun was destroyed, but it seemed like it was quick to perk up again if it found something else to have fun with.
The pidgey, which had been trying to salvage and repair the broken nest on the ground, gave up for now and flapped to a nearby tree to see the spinda get taught a lesson. Its nest might have been horribly build and in the worst spot possible, but that hadn't given the spinda any right to tear it down.

The spinda tilted its head and giggled at Aqua's threats. "Champion on what? Bragging?" it asked with a laugh, as a wild pokemon it didn't really have any knowledge of the top goal of many human trainers, or knew that there were one that was supposedly the best of the best. It lived in its own little world here on route 29, ate when its was hungry, slept in a nice warm and dry nest under a rock and had the fun it made itself. Occasionally it had battled an angry spearow or a human trainer, but even if it had lost it had been able to walk away from the encounter. Fluffy was forgotten for now, now it was time to have some fun with Aqua!

The idea from before with the snow actually seemed really great now.
"Nah, I think I'll skip it, I bathed last month," Spinda retorted teasingly and swirled out of the way as the water gun shot through the air and made a deep hole into a small pile of snow.
"Don't you think its time to cool down?" It shouted and began to barrage Aqua with snow, which didn't hurt but made it hard for her to concentrate on sending another water gun after the annoying spinda.
"You might be the champion of taking hits!" The spinda laughed and stumbled into her and shoved her to the ground, it wobbled back and forth laughing hysterically of its own 'joke', right until Aqua blasted it with her water gun and sent it flailing to the ground.

"WHY YOU!" Aqua growled in anger as She took a few breathers. Fluffy was looking on and as much as he wanted to be brought in, catching this thing might be the best bet. Deciding to swallow its pride. Fluffy reached into Megan's bag and pulled out a Pokeball. Meanwhile, Megan was currently trying to figure out what was the best route to go on this. On one end if She went with another attack and leave it open for Fluffy. But, if she did that there was a chance Megan would knock it out but, before Fluffy could get the ball to her, Megan made the order.

"AQUA! WATER GUN ONE MORE TIME!" Megan ordered. "WITH PLEASURE!" Aqua hissed and revved backwards before launching another stream of water towards the creature obviously mad over the attitude of this Spinda. Megan wanted Fluffy to get some experience but she needed to weaken this thing a little more in order for Fluffy to get a strike in. If she could pull this just right, she could end this thing with Fluffy. She had a team to prepare for the first gym. She needed to make sure everyone was ready that was just who she was.

This battle was wearing on, and the Spinda's interest in the game it was playing with Megan and her team was starting to wane. All they were doing was just spraying water at it, where was the fun in that? It couldn't really remember what it had been doing when it came out here and got interrupted by her, but it must have been something better than getting a bath from some turtle's mouth-water, right?

Spinda received another blast of water to the face from Aqua, shaking its body to try and get some of the moisture out of its furry body. Too cold to let itself go wandering around all damp and wet like that. As it shook the wetness off, it sent itself toddling and waddling towards Aqua once again. It fell forward, putting as much force as it could into one more full-body attack. With that latest torrent of water, however, the Spinda was beginning to tire out. It couldn't take much more of this, and it knew that.

The Spinda slammed its body, head first, into Aqua, though with much less force behind it than before. Aqua hardly even moved from their spot on the ground, able to brace themselves from the blow and recover quickly even as the Spinda picked itself up. Panting and staggering a bit, the spin-panda eyed its opponent and Trainer. It was trying to stand tall, but its body was wobbling even more so than usual, slightly punch-drunk from this fight. "I could do this all day, but I really don't wanna. You should just take a dive so we can go play something more fun." the Spinda tried to reason. It wasn't having as much fun getting blasted with water and slapped around silly anymore, it just wanted to find some new game. Maybe the human could take it and show it something new to do, like so many other Trainers had done to its friends and family over the years.

"Alright its time to send fluffy end and..." Megan started until Fluffy got her attention and pointed to Shade's Pokeball as she blinked and ahhed. "You're right Shade hasn't gotten any experience in battle sense we got him. You sure?" Megan asked as Fluffy nodded giving her a thumbs up as she grabbed Shade's Pokeball and nodded. This was a risk but she was going to have to take it to say the very least, if she didn't take the risk, Shade wouldn't be ready when they started taking on the gyms and she wasn't going to have that happen. "But Shade could possibly get knocked out..." Megan muttered as Fluffy pointed to another Pokeball as she nodded. "Right, let's just capture it and try next time!" Megan smirked and nodded at Fluffy.

"Keep it distracted Aqua!" Megan shouted as Aqua nodded as she knew shade needed some experience but she had to do it against the right trainer as Aqua readied itself before Megan grabbed a Pokeball and enlarging it before throwing it in a quick motion, "POKEBALL GO!" Megan shouted as she flung it towards the creature, it had to be weak enough now right? right? Aqua had done so much for this battle if she didn't capture this thing, she was going to be mad at herself for a while, Shade would get some action next battle...she hoped.

The spinda is getting tired of the battle and snow. When it sees the incoming pokeball it doesn't fight it. As it comes at the spinda, the Pokemon waves at the opponents it has faced in the last few minutes. The ball opens up and shoots the red beam. Spinda goes in the ball which shuts. An instant ding with a little vapor comes from the pokeball. It is hard to tell with the vapor due to the snow. In a matter of a few moments, the red top of the ball is becoming more pink with the snow starting to cover it up. As the battle concludes, there are rustles of other Pokemon sticking out their faces to see what happen to the rare Pokemon. None of them get far enough out to be able to battle or seen though. For the next several minutes it is nothing but quiet with the gentle snow fall.

Megan slowly walked forward and picked up the Pokeball and sighed to herself shaking her head. Man this had been one of those days to say the least but right now she wanted to take a quick break before they took off again. She was beyond frustrated at the moment, she had wanted to get her Pokemon a little more experience but, for now she was going to have to wait till the next time they went down this route to say the least but for now, it was time to get back to the grind. After a quick visit back to the lab.

After a quick visit back to the Lab, Megan smiled as Aqua was flexing loving the experience he got as she giggled a little bit. Her Pokemon was so full of confidence after its last few battles, that it seemed like it could take on the world, not that he doubted it or anything but, still she had to wonder what else awaited her on this path. She was a little worried they hadn't ran into any trainers yet, It had her concerned to say the least but, she had to be ready for anything to say the least.

As Day turned to night, Megan would use this time to take out a TM she had gotten acrobatics and began playing for Shade, Her Zubat. The little guy would begin flying around and practicing it as Night had finally hit and was willing to learn it for Megan, they had a long journey ahead of them to say the very least and he wanted to be ready for anything and everything that would come their way.

The night was quiet and snow fell quietly from the sky, covering everything in a pretty white blanket. It was surprisingly light despite the moon being hidden behind the clouds, but the snow reflected any light there was and shadows where easy to see against the white surface. With the leafless trees there were also very few shadows to be hiding under, so if there was anything out at this time of night, they would surely spot it.
Something soared past them above with a deep hoot, but otherwise it was quiet as most wild pokemon stayed in their dens during the night, especially when it was as cold as now.

The sound of someone humming cheerfully would reach their ears and a familiar looking bear became visible among the trees as it rolled a huge snowball in front of it. When it reach another bigger one, it lifted the smaller up on the bigger and smoothed the crack between them to strengthen it. It then began to form some smaller snowballs which it placed on top as ears, all the while it hummed to itself and clearly enjoyed what it was doing.

In the distance, out if hearing of the spinda, Megan would spot the figure of another trainer. His red hair was clearly visible against the snow. Or was it a red knitted hat? At this distance it was hard to tell. He hadn't seen Megan and was so far away and focused on something ahead of him, which he was walking towards, so she could easily avoid him if she wanted.
She could also easily catch up to him if she wanted to challenge him and test her skills against him, a trainer out at this time of night must be pretty dedicated and surely wouldn't be an easy opponent.

Another spinda [Lv 3] is playing in the snow.
It will surely be up for some battle if challenged or asked nicely.


A red haired trainer is seen in the distance, he hasn't seen Megan yet.

"Hmm...I wonder who that trainer is..." Megan pondered noticing someone in the distance but, then she noticed another pokemon who was playing in the snow, it was another Spinda. Weren't they supoused to be rare on this route or something? This was weird but, you know what she wasn't going to complain this would be a good chance for Shade to gain some much needed experience if he could survive as she threw her Pokeball up and down before Fluffy held her off causing Megan to blink before she caught on with Fluffy who grinned a little bit giving her the thumbs up.



"You weaken it and then let Shade finish it off, perfect, alright fluffy lets do this." Megan ordered as Fluffy hopped down and got in position. "Alright Fluffy, Scratch!" Megan ordered as Fluffy dashed forward before zooming in with a cute little speed before jumped in the air and went to scratch down on the Spinda, trying to catch it by surprise. Megan was going to be champion if Sentret had anything to say about it. But, first it had to get stronger and to do that, they had to battle anything they came across and that meant ANYTHING!

As Megan made her decision to prioritize the Pokemon over the Trainer, she might be able to see the red-haired Trainer likewise get distracted by something else. The sound of rustling leaves could be heard from further in, as could the sound of another Poke Ball opening and a battle happening a bit further in. Something had caught the red-headed Trainer's attention as well, it seemed; perhaps she would be able to seek out or challenge the red-headed Trainer on her own time after this battle was over with. Which would suit Megan just fine for a time, as she had attracted the attention of the Spinda playing in the snow.

It seemed as if the snow was already starting to melt; the last moments of winter already beginning to give way even in the cold of the night. It wouldn't be too long before spring was upon the Region of Johto, with its wintery Pokemon sent into hiding and the weather under more relative control once again. But this Spinda was content to keep playing until the snow and slush were gone completely, at least for now. But as Megan released Fluffy and gave out its instructions, the spinning panda looked up at the human-and-Pokemon pair, tilting its head quizzically.

"Play? Play!" the Spinda cheered, getting up and waving its stubby little arms around as it charged at Fluffy, moving at full speed. Or at least at what could closest count to full speed given the slight amount of slush on the ground. Fluffy launched itself forward, in an almost grabbing motion, hitting Fluffy with the full force of its body. As they made contact, Fluffy lashed out with his paws, scratching across the back of the dizzy panda, causing it to cry out in pain. The two Normal types broke apart, putting some space in between them as both recovered from the brief beginning of their scuffle.
