As the door swings open you hear a delightful singing chirp. Perched on the counter is a festive-looking Swablu, who fluffs up her feathers and waves at you as you come in. The front area is bright and airy, with numerous windows and low counters upon which there are potted plants, strategically placed to catch the best of the sunlight. The Swablu hops around the lobby, hoping she can assist you with your visit.
Through a swinging door you can see the back room where the records are kept. A stalwart Combusken bustles about, making sure all the papers are in their proper places. Every so often she glances at you sideways, as though warning you not to cause any trouble.
