A cool day Autumn with a light breeze and plenty of sunshine. Light whisper feather clouds float across the sky. The occasional "cloud" covers the sun as huge flocks of pidgey, pidgeotto, and the rare pidgeott fly past the sun. People are gathering into the stands with sections dedicated to the different Pokemon fan clubs representing each of the mounts. There is a corner where people are placing their bets on the race. Fancy women are up in the high middle section with their umbrellas and nice dresses. There are some families sitting on the ground on the right side of the stands enjoying a picnic with their Pokemon. Some of them have Pokemon battles going on thanks to digletts being attracted to the food. Close to the stalls, each rider is discussing things with their coaches about the strategy.
"Welcome to this month's Gogoat racing day! I hope you all are enjoying the cooler weather we have today. As you may have noticed, there are a few more Pokemon out today. For those who don't know, some migrate during this time of year. This will impact our race since this location is in line with the Pidgey evolution and Diglett evolution line. Riders will need to be cautious when they are racing."
Once the coaches are clear of their riders and mounts, the starting official raises his gun in the air. Thankfully the gun is loaded with a blank but he still carefully watches the migrating flocks in the air.
During the migration time, diglett and pidgeys will be showing up. They will be either coming at the riders or going in front of them. If someone tries to post\move during this time, they will be forced to dodge or "battle" the Pokemon making their progression at a +3 instead of a +5. The items (fluffy tail

) can be used to draw the wild Pokemon attention can be tossed in to distract the migrating Pokemon. These are in place of the berries because any berries will be eaten by the migrating Pokemon and will not reach the track. A HUGE reminder about rule 2b and 5. 2b states you must +5 to your post UNLESS it is during the migration time. The migration is negated with the items above. Rule 5 states if you screw up your math, you are DQ.Pokemon Toys
