Rocket Basement
The Basement of the Team Rocket base. Each level is locked off behind a door that can only be opened with a code, so it'll be impossible to move onto higher levels. The hallways are rough and covered in graffiti, some of it is rather random, but others seem almost purposeful. The underground levels are almost like a maze, and it takes some wandering to reach any rooms that might be useful. Perhaps the scrawling on the walls could hint at directions, but it all seems to be in code. Occasionally, a large red R is emblazoned on a wall, a clear sign that the inhabitants here are not friendly.
If you are a member of Team Rocket the Rocket Basement, including Sub Area's, are considered Social Areas for you.
Special Area Rule: Your Pokemon will be fully healed after completing each Sub-Area, not after each battle. The Pokemon here cannot be captured. This is a Boss Gauntlet.
The next set of encounters depends heavily on previous actions made in the Estate, as well as the rewards for completing the Main Area. You cannot reset progress to try and get an easier encounter, or better rewards. You must complete the current quest line and try again from the beginning once you have completed the wait period.
If at any point you lose a battle, you will be robbed for some of your money and thrown into the Complex Grounds to try again.
The Labyrinth - Sub Area
The hallways of the Basement floor are confusing and often double back on themselves. Most of the rooms here are empty and you can't seem to find anything useful or even an exit. You might come across a door, locked by another keycode, but there's no way through it. It seems there are only two rooms used down here. Huh, what's that incessant humming?

Generator Room - Sub Area
The source of all their power! Or at least all of their electricity. Numerous large generators line the room, the noise is almost unbearably loud. At the back of the room, opposite the entrance, there's another door. It seems to have the same electronic lock as all the others. But! Not only is this where they generate the electricity, it's also where all the Pokemon that generate the electricity live! You are clearly not authorised to be here, so get ready for an ambush!

Storage Area - Bonus Sub Area
How lucky, the door was left unlocked! This room is a hoarders dream. Boxes upon boxes filled with all manner of Pokeballs, Potions, TM's and other rare items. Shelves lined with all sorts of Pokemon Eggs, cases filled with assorted Pokeballs with stickers to specify the contents. Among them, a plain ball with a sticker written out next to it but not yet placed, it must be yours! It's best to grab it, and whatever else you might be able to get your hands on, and skedaddle before the alarm gets raised... What was that noise?
You can only enter this room if you Lost the Boss Trainer Battle in the Haunted Hallways and had one of your Pokemon stolen. There is only One Boss Battle for this room.
If you win the battle, you take back your stolen Pokemon, a random item from one of the boxes, and a random Pokemon/Egg stored in one of the cases/shelves. If you lose the battle, you still have the time to grab your stolen Pokeball before fleeing the area, but you will still lose some of your money as you flee.
