On a mild late February day the Gogoat track is getting ready for another race. Thankfully the winter been mild and the track should be in good shape if a bit muddy from the early spring thaw. In spirit of love, some Jynx were found who became models for the Gogoat t-shirts. There is smoochum shaped candy on a stick being sold. A few Smoochum are also walking around with balloons tied to them in heart shapes. All is good until a squad of luvdiscs comes through which starting fighting with the smoochum and Jynx trying to prove luvdiscs should be the symbol of love in the Pokemon world. This led to the track becoming a much muddier mess with several water holes along the route. Thanks to the number of jynx and the psychic powers, the luvdics were defeated by the damage was done. The staff looks at the track and the manager decides it will just add to the challenge for this one.
"Welcome one and all to this race. I hope you all enjoyed the winter holidays we all had. I apologize for the mess of the stands and track. We had an unexpected attack by some luvdiscs which made the track muddy. There will be warning signs through the track signaling where the mud holes and thick mud is at so watch out."
Special Rules: when the mud hole warning comes up, you only get +2 since you got to be careful to not get stuck. Any berries are stuck in the mud and can't be counted until the racers get to a more solid ground when it returns to +5.
I wish best of luck (timing and good math) to Jenesis ,Avalon , Goni , Rexman . I hope this one has some fun stories like many of the ones before it.
