After a goodnight's rest, Aphrodite woke up bright, early, and eager to start off her day. The golden-haired beauty took a warm and relaxing shower before changing into her IPF uniform. It is first time trying on the uniform, and to her surprise the uniform fit her womanly curves just right without looking oversized nor unpleasing to the eye. She even tied her long flowing, golden hair back into a neat ponytail. She figured that she would engage in small patrol around the town since she had managed to take down the Underground Gauntlet and defeated the Normal-type Gym Leader. There is not too much left for her to do other than enjoy a couple of more shopping sprees before heading off to the next city or town. Aphrodite gathered up the rest of her belongings before making her exit out of the building and towards the location of a cute cafe within the city.
Aphrodite enjoyed a fresh bowl of warm oatmeal with fruit slices and a delicious cup of white chocolate mocha before making her way over towards the Pokémon Center to swipe her Pokémon Team around a bit. She decided to keep Mila and Raina on her team for now then switch out Dior and Alvaro for Salem and Bijou. Now that she feels a little bit more comfortable with her team, Aphrodite made her way back outside. She tugged on her uniform tightly, embracing the cold air dancing through the city. Grabbing one of the Poke Balls from around her waist, Aphrodite released her Brionne. "Alright Raina, I'm going to be depending on you a lot to help me patrol the area. I'm sure that you will not have too much of a difficult time maneuvering through the ice," She spoke, giving the seal-like Pokémon a warm smile. Raina let out a soft cry as she clapped her powerful flippers together.
Aphrodite and Raina roamed through the massive city of Goldenrod City, Aphrodite being careful not to sleep on the slippery ice covering some parts of the area. On the other hand, Raina is doing the complete opposite, using her tail and flippers to slide and glide around the ice in a graceful manner. Aphrodite simply giggled and shook her head at her Pokémon's ability to move around without any issues. She could only wish that she could move across the ice as gracefully as her water-type Pokémon.
The unexpected sound of someone weeping loudly quickly caught Aphrodite and Raina's attention. Aphrodite's warm amber eyes swiftly glanced over in the direction of a bench where a young boy seems to be crying his heart out. Aphrodite made an attempt to rush towards him, but her actions are soon humbled by the ice as she fought hard not to fall flat on her face nor her bottom. Luckily for her, she was able to regain her composure and accepted the fact that she will have to take her take with walking over towards the upset child. However, Raina wasted no time sliding over to the boy. She let out a playful bark to greet him before blowing an array of soft bubbles from her nose, hoping to cheer up the kid a bit until her trainer made her way over towards him.
"Hey, kid. It looks like you're having a hard time. If you keep crying those shiny little tears of yours are going to turn into icicles," She spoke in a gentle town. Her eyes carefully taking in the sight of the kid's torn clothes and small bruises on his body. "Tell me... Who did this to you?"

OOC: you haven't specify difficulty, so we're assuming easy/normal for now unless you want hard mode Tim was wailing in tears, even when a tall blonde woman and her jolly Brionne came up to him. Seeing the soft bubbles coming from the water Pokemon's playful blows, his tears gradually stopped as he watched the shimmering bubbles turned into fragile bubbles with a thin layer of frozen sheet molded around it. "Hee-" he sniffled in between. "-hee! Your Pokemon is cute! My cute little Horsea was taken away by some bullies! They beat my Horsea real fast and then took my money AND MY Pokemon! MISS, can you please help me get my Horsea back? They're NOT Team Rocket though, but they looook really really mean!" He was on the verge of tears, but wiping his tears with his shirt. "Af-" he sniffled again. "Af-ter they took my Horsea, they went to that Alley-maze that Mommy told me not to go because it's scary if you get lost! Oh, and what is your name, miss? I want to thank you for cheering up. My name's Tim!" As his sadness faded away, he smiled to the woman's warmness and her Pokemon's supportive gestures.  Help Timmy get his Horsea back! |

Hard Mode
Aphrodite almost found herself gagging violently over the unbearable scent that flowed through the alley maze. She quickly cursed under her breath a bit as she gently pinched her nose with her index finger and thumb. "Goodness! Someone should think about taking out the trash around here," She spoke out about the foul odor, taking a quick glance down at her Brionne, who seemed to be having a difficult time dealing with stench, too.
Aphrodite and her Pokémon soon came to a fast halt the second the two of them encountered multiple intersections within the alley. Aphrodite took a few minutes to observe the different paths that would lead her and her Pokémon deeper inside the alley. If she wishes to track down the criminals because she manages to get away, then she will need to think fast of which route would lead her to them. Two of the paths lead to more trashcans and debris scattered around the paths; one path seems to be decorated with interesting graffiti. There is one more path and it appeared to stand out to her even more. A path with a trail of skid marks leading down the path. Surely, the criminal must be on that path, right?
Aphrodite gave her Brionne a quick head nod and the two of immediately trailed the alley with skid marks, hoping that the two of them will encounter the criminal and the stolen Horsea.

Tim shook his head vehemently.
"No, I'm staying right here until I get Horsea back. I don't want to leave and something else happen. Don't worry about me," he said, giving Aphrodite the biggest smile he was capable of, but it was obvious he wouldn't be able to hold it for long.
Tim gave a small smile at the Brionne's nose touch, before giving the pair a small wave as they headed off to the alley maze. He just hoped that her Pokemon were strong enough to deal with the bullies that were waiting for her in there.
The first thing that Aphrodite would notice would be the smell. Apparently, garbage hadn't been picked up for a few days and now anyone within vicinity of the area was paying the price with their nose. Not long after entering, she would come to a massive intersection of the alleyways, leading off into four different directions.
She'd have to make a choice and wander down one of the alleys, hoping for the best.
Besides, what was the worst that could happen?
Which way would she go?

The marks on the ground were relatively fresh, meaning that whoever was driving whatever could leave such a mark behind might still be in the area. Fortunately, the alleys in this city were not that long and since each one ended in a dead end, it was less of a distance for her to walk. As she approached the ending, two voices became clear to her ears as they laughed and joked quite loudly. The talk was not safe for work and as she came to the end of the side of the building, she would see two biker punks over by the wall. They seemed to dividing some kind of cache, could it be related to the little boy and his Pokemon? Aphrodite's shoe kicked a can and it bounced across the open space, causing both of the men to look up and turn towards her. "Well, well. Lookit what we got here. Yer in the wrong part of town, girlie," the taller one said, his bald head shiny from the exertion of whatever they were doing. "Looks like your trying to sneak up on us. Well, we got our ways of dealing with snoops, ain't that right, Cliff?" he asked, elbowing his buddy. "Ha-ha, we sure do. Yes we do," his partner said, smiling wide as they both held up poke balls. Twin flashes of light revealed a Gurdurr and a Graveler, both looking scrappy and ready to fight. "Let's go toots, show us what ya got,"  Hooligans Gary and Cliff challenge Aphrodite to a Double Battle.  and  Which Pokemon will Aphrodite use? Words added to eggie |

Aphrodite came to a halt and extended her left hand out to sign for the Brionne to stop walking, too, the second she heard the two roughnecks converse with each other. The Beauty Trainer and water-type remained hidden within the shadows of the alley, listening carefully to their conversation. She wanted to determine if the roughnecks were responsible for taking the little boy's Pokémon or not and the best way for her to figure that out would be to keep a watchful eye and a listening ear on them. Unfortunately, she was not aware that one of her feet was a little too close to an empty can until it was a little too late. She cursed lightly underneath her breath as she heard the loud sound of a can skipping across the hard concrete. Darn it! Rookie mistake: she would have been more aware of her surroundings.
Aphrodite smirked, stepping out of the shadows to reveal herself, along with Raina next to her. "It seems that my attempt to eavesdrop on you too has come to an end. I can't say that I am not too disappointed about it. It's not like you two were having an intelligent conversation anyway. However, I do wonder... Do you two kiss your mothers' cheeks with those filthy mouths of yours?" A disgraceful facial expression is shown over her fair face. "Oh, I'm on the wrong side of town? I had no idea that there are certain parts of the town that are considered off-limits... Although I do wonder what business you have being in this alley, hiding from the public? Plotting your next crime? Dumpster diving? All of the above?" She questioned them, raising an eyebrow at them.
"Oh? Is this the part where I am supposed to run off crying like a little girl because two grown men who are too lazy to work for a real job are threatening me? Where's the fun in that?" She chuckled, a cunning smirk then spreading across her lips. She watched carefully as the two men withdrew the Poke Ball and released their Pokémon. "Leave it to mean to show off their muscles," She giggled, glancing down at her Brionne. With a quick head nod at her Pokémon, Raina stepped forth as Aphrodite retrieve an orb from around her waist and summoned her Sylveon. "Mila use Dazzling Gleam! Raina use Bubble Beam! She ordered her Pokemon with a confident tone.

"What's with all yer assumptions?" One of the Hooligans fired back at Aphrodite's words. "Don't bring our mothers into this!""Yeah! We ain't even call this blondie an airhead and she's already picking a fight." The other one agreed with him. "And who are you to judge our conversations? Not every chitchat got to be a philosophy class!" The street loiter continued. "This part of town is too stinky and dusty for girls like you. You'll ran out of soap washing the stench off just from walking here. I'm just being nice, so listen to my advice. It's the wrong side of town, for you." The man hollered, with a hint of laughter at the end. Seeing that Aphrodite wasn't going to leave anyways, they had no choice but to resume this battle that hadn't started. "Gurdurr, use Chip Away!""Graveler, use Bulldoze!" The Hooligan with the fainted Graveler returned his Pokemon, grumpy with his quick loss that his Pokemon hadn't even get a chance to move. "And what's with the comment about our job huh? We could be on our breaks or waiting for our bosses."The Sylveon and Brionne were faster in their tact, and they both fired off their respective attacks at their opponent. Unfortunately for the Graveler, the water type attack was a super strong attack to take it out, before it could even make its move. The fighting type grunted and went forward, swinging and then slamming the beam it was holding onto at the water type Pokemon. "Tough luck. Graveler, Return!" The trainer with the Graveler returned his Pokemon, grumpy. "Miss, you look more like the one hiding from public than we are."Wild Encounter

Unfortunately, Aphrodite tends to have a difficult time not being overhasty when it comes to helping others and solving problems. It has always been one of her biggest flaws due to her golden heart and strong desire t help those in trouble. So, yeah. She may have jumped to assumptions, but she will not admit that to her opponents. Instead, she will make a mental note and remind herself to take a slower pace the next time.
"I'm not worried about any of that stuff right now! I am looking for some criminals who stole a little boy's Pokémon! It only makes sense to check out shady areas like this one. Rather you two did or not then maybe I will find some sort of a clue that will lead me to the real culprit." She replied back to then, not that she needed to explain her mission to them.
"One down and one more to go!" Sphrodite smirked, watching her opponent return his Pokémon. She wanted to see what Pokémon the trainer would bring out next, but it seems that he did not have another one to bring out. Perfect, her and her Pokemon could wrap this battle up next turn. "Dazzling Gleam and Bubble Beam" She commanded her Pokémon. She is confident that one more attack from her Sylveon would finish off their opponent. However, she ordered her Brionne to attack, too, just in case her calculations were off.

White light filled the alley as the Sylveon's dazzling gleam chased away the shadows and slammed the Gurdurr in the chest. After taking so much damage last turn, there was no way the muscle-clad Pokemon could take another one. Aphrodite wasn't fooling around and the thugs were getting a thrashing because of it. As soon as the fighting type went down, its unconscious form disappeared into its poke ball. Running for their bikes, the two guys jumped on them, revved their engines up, and shot down the back side of the alley, vanishing from view. Dang, guess those two pinheads weren't much help. Aphrodite was back to where she started, but at least at this point she could eliminate one of the alleyways from contention. If she backtracked, she would be able to pick up a different path and maybe have been luck. Maybe there would be something in the crossroads that could point her in the right direction? She'd have to look around when she returned. It was her only hope and clue at this point. At least she showed those two jerks that a pretty face can be just as dangerous as burly muscles. Reminder, you chose alley #3 to get to the bully double battle. Aphrodite's team was able to make quick work of their opponent. However, the bikers were able to make an escape before she could even attempt to conduct an interview to gather any potential information that the two of them could have had regarding the thief. Then again, the two knuckleheads probably did not have any worthy information for her. "Mice job you two. Let's turn around and check out the other alleys," she smiled down at her Pokémon before turning her body back towards alley that she had previously entered.
Aphrodite and her Pokémon made their way back to the center area. She still had three more alleys to explore, but which one should she choose next? The Beauty Trainer carefully placed her index finger underneath her chin as she took a moment to think about which alley she should explore next due to not having enough evidence to know which path would be the correct one.
After a couple of more minutes of thinking it out, Aphrodite eventually choose to take the second path to see where it would lead her and her Pokémon.

Upon investigating the next alleyway, Aphrodite and crew would find a beautiful woman being fawned over by some young men with their phones out, clearly recording or snapping photos. Possibly for social media. She posed for them with a smirk and a laughed, tossing a pokeball up and down, "That stupid kid doesn't know the first thing about pokemon battling. I did him and this horsea a favor by convincing him it should come with me." The others laughed too as she grinned meanly. "However, it is kinda pathetic itself. A pitiful little pokemon for a pitiful little loser. Maybe I should just release it into the wild so it can just get eaten by sharpedos or something, and put it out of its misery. Or maybe, just maybe, it'll learn how to be useful!" Everyone started laughing at her cruel joke. Her other hand dropped to the seviper at her side, "Unlike my precious Seviper here, this horsea is an underfed little runt. Look how beautiful her scales are. There is no doubt about it, she will be one of the strongest pokemon in Johto one day." She tossed the ball up and down a few more times, oblivious to the fact she was 'caught' monologuing, her back to Aphrodite. You have found bully Miranda and her [LV 32] Seviper. What will you do? |

After walking down another dark and eerie alleyway, Aphrodite and her Pokémon soon found themselves stumbling upon the sight of a gorgeous young lady chatting away with her fanboys. Instead of jumping into action like she did the last time and making assumptions, Aphrodite decided to remain hidden within the shadows for a little while longer. Luckily for the young, golden-haired Beauty Trainer it did not take her long to hear the evidence that she needed to spring into action.
Aphrodite smirked at her Sylveon and Brionne before thanking them for their help then returning them back to their prospected orbs before walking over to confront the thief. "Here I was out here looking for roughneck thief, and it turns out that it is actually a fair-faced woman who is going around bullying young kids and stealing their people. Although it does seem that you are not the fairest of them all... I mean, a rude attitude makes any beautiful lady real ugly... Real fast... You should be ashamed of yourself. It is people like you who give us pretty women a bad name," Aphrodite stated this with an expression of disgust shown over her face.
I'm going to be taking that Horsea and returning it back to its trainer. You shouldn't have an issue with that, right? What did you call it again? Pitiful? Pathetic?" She informed the bully as she retrieved a Poke Ball from bag just in case her opponent ordered her Pokémon to attack her.
Unfortunately for Aphrodite, the Luxury Ball inside of her bag started to wiggle around and within seconds her Mimikyu released himself. Aphrodite sighed as she watched the rag-doll-like Pokémon materialize in front of her. "Perfect" time as usual, Salem. "Oh, Salem. I was not planning on using you for this battle, but I suppose that it will not hurt to let you take this one down." She added, giving her Mimikyu a soft smile.
Will have Salem use Phantom Force.

Everyone stopped what they were doing and turned to look at Aphrodite. "Who is that?" "What did she say?" "Is Miranda really gonna take that?" Miranda gave the trainer her full attention. "Big words for a blonde Barbie walking in outta nowhere. What do you care about this Horsea? It's only pathetic now because the kid who owned it didn't know how to train it. With me, this loser is going to become a mighty Kindra. So why don't you just back off, miss tough talk? I don't want you to break a nail by accident," she said, her voice changing pitch as if she was hurting Aphrodite's feelings. The thing with bullies is that they start to lose power as you stand up to them, and that was starting to happen. Some of the kids who were idolizing Miranda didn't look as sure anymore about what was happening. It seemed that the challenge was accepted as Aphrodite went into her bag but a release of energy showed that an unintended Pokemon was called to the field, making Miranda laugh. "You can't even control your Pokemon? And you're going to beat me? Yeah right. Vipey, go ahead," she said, looking to her partner. Teeth gleaming and saliva dripping from its mouth. "Night Slash!" However, before the snake could swing its tail around, the ghost disappeared from sight. Seviper's tail hit something but no damage was done, and the reptile was confused, looking around the battlefield for its opponent. "What in the world happened?" Miranda asked, genuine confusion on her face. Bully Fight

Aphrodite rolled her warm, amber eyes at the other female's comment. It is not her first-time hearing someone refer to her as Barbie, and she is quite sure that it will not be her last time. Still, it does not mean that it is not annoying when people make such references about her appearance. Especially when it comes from someone who has a similar appearance to her. "Well, if it isn't the pot calling the kettle black, huh? I don't know if you've looked in the mirror lately or not, but you're not too far from looking like Barbie yourself. An older version, of course. Barbie, nonetheless," she replied back to her with a cunning smirk. "Why do I care about the Horsea? It's quite simple. You stole it from an innocent kid. He did not deserve that kind of treatment from anyway. It's my duty to make sure that I am able to return what belongs to him and to make sure that you're punished. Don't know if you know this or not, but pretty girls do not do well in jail," she added.
"Call it what you want, but that's not the case. My Mimikyu has a thing for wanting to punish evildoers, and he just cannot help himself but to show up whenever they are around," she smirked. It is true; Salem seems to show up doing the most interesting things, and it usually involves when Aphrodite finds herself facing off against those with an evil soul. If one did not know any better, they would probably assume that the Ghost/Fairy-type Pokémon frees those evil souls from others and stores them underneath his costume.
Aphrodite chuckled at her opponent's reaction to the viper-like Pokémon missing its mark while trying to attack Salem. "Oh, yeah. I forgot to mention that my Mimikyu is also full of tricks. Let's see just how tough your Seviper really is," she stated, locking eyes with her opponent.
"Salem!" She called out to her Pokémon. The Mimikyu slowly emerged from underneath the darkness of the shadows, extending his sharp and eerie claws before attempting to assault his opponent with a powerful strike.
