Just having a cheap laugh at giving us a Pokémon shaped like ice cream and making fun of it. I hated that thing with a passion. I forgot the best thing about Driftveil: MooMoo Milk. I still have 136 in my bag waiting to be used... they probably will be, too. I love MooMoo Milk!

I quite like the map for this region, actually. Driftveil is probably my favourite place aswell mainly because of the music but its just a cool place all around. The little market place reminds of Slateport in Hoenn.
I liked the little cobble streets of Lacunosa Town too. I dont think it is accessible until you complete the main story and there isnt anything particularly amazing about it but I find it pretty.
Village Bridge is a cool place, too.

Village Bridge is a cool place, too. Village Bridge you say?I actually really like that little song. Something calming about it that sends me off like a good lullaby. Apparently in the translation it has something to do with sapphire seas and people are all up in arms about this being a reference to Hoenn remakes.

Cannot believe I did not reply to this earlier but anyways my Black City is a Ghost town so I would have to say Opelucid City since the version of the game changes it appearance and it is the town whose Gym leader uses my favorite type Dragon. I also love the Rotation/Triple House depending on the version which everyday allows you to face 2 opponent's with these new battle styles. That and the Dragon Shaped Gym which looks epic both inside and out and also how you get to the Gym leader easily make this my favorite new area.

I think that's another big shame about the Black City/White Forest locations. I know you have to link up with others and make people from each area travel to your friends game and vice versa but for those without anyone to do it with it does just come across as rather barren.
Fortunately for me, I stole borrowed Morri's game along with her mother and sisters and shoved a load into White Forest. ;D

Awww man. I've always had visions of there being a massive New York-style city emulating IRL in Pokemon somewhere, and Castelia pretty much fulfilled that dream of mine. It's definitely my favorite location in Unova due to the sheer size of it and all the little details and the back alleys and the city crowds and the atmosphere and the melting pot of trainers and businessmen and street buskers and thugs and high-rise complexes---basically as real as a Pokemon city can possibly get. I love just sort of walking down the streets and picking up all the little snippets of conversation from the crowd. And the fact that they don't stop when you stand in their way, kinda like IRL.
Opelucid is pretty damn cool as well. it's technological (I own a copy of Black) but you can still see the grandiose of the olden days from the ruins at the northwest side of the city. And I forget the city where Skyla was at, with the airport hangar. *****ing awesome and more added realism. Not to mention that it looks vaguely Dieselpunk from the design of the plans, so that's an added plus.
