The gap runs as a wide, open area between two large hillsides that are considerably difficult to climb. Several species of pine trees grow wild throughout the area, spanning their way up both sides of the hills. Nestled beside them are impressive oaks and leafy palms. Wild hydrangeas grow on large shrubs underneath tall pines trees alongside bright pink rhododendrons. Broad leafed grasses such as broomsedge and wood grass grow wild throughout the open stretches of land around the thick shrubs and tall pines. Birds make their nests along their sturdy branches and within the thick shrubs, while wild monkeys and sloths nestle safely within the canopies.

Entering from Mahogany Knoll. Hurriedly moving forward at a quicker pace, Joey began to notice a distinct change as they seemed to be exiting from the brown area of Mahogany Knoll. " Haha! Guys! GUYS! Looks like the brown's leavin' us. Look at how nice th-" He paused and stumbled forward. " WOOOOOAH!!!!" With a surprise misstep, Joey had failed to realise that the area of Pine Gap seemed to go downhill abruptly off a cliff down to the main locale. Losing his balance completely, he span on the spot with his precariously balanced remaining boot and looked in horror to his Pokemon. " WOAAAAAHH SHIIII----!!!!" With gravity taking its course, Joey felt himself veer over the edge and with that, his body fell off the edge. Lupin and Stallone both moved forward in vain as they were too far away from grabbing a hold of their trainer. Looking up to the sky as he came crashing down, he felt his back smack against the grassy mounds that coated down the side of the sloped cliff. Hurtling down further with a trail of smoke now behind him, Joey gritted his teeth as every knock and slam he could feel jolt throughout his entire body. With a quick succession of rolls, it appeared the burly biker had came to a steady halt on the ground. Having built up so much momentum on falling down, his body kept on rolling until it met contact with an incredible grandiose pine tree. Slamming into the trunk heavily enough, the tree shook vehemently as what seemed to be a thousand and one pine cones fell down to the floor like rain. Opening his eyes, keeping them open with the utmost difficulty, Joe looked around. He could feel a gash on his head as a small treacle of blood dripped down. All he could do however was muster a small grin over his face. " Hah... Hah...! Haha...! I could'a sworn my life flashed before my eyes then but... Damn... I could go again." Letting out a gasp of pain, he flinched his eyes close as he felt his back upon trying to sit up. " Bugger that. Wait..." Patting around the vicinity next to him, Joe angrily growled under his breath as he realised during the fall he let go of the Farfetch'd. " Bloody hell... I just lost the Farfetch'd. I bet that swine's made off. Actually, scratch that, i'm more upset I lost my prized leather ja-" Stopping abruptly, he saw something dangling above his line of sight. Standing around him were his two loyal Pokemon, Stallone and Lupin. In Lupin's hand however, was Joe's leather jacket containing the unconscious Farfetch'd. " Wooh... Good job you guys have got my back, eh...? Hah... Haha..." Feeling another intense throb of pain, Lupin threw the constrained Farfetch'd to Stallone who caught it swiftly and began helping up Joe by propping him up. " Thanks bud... Wow, least you're not moping about thinkin' all the time, eh?" Frowning a little with his thick eyebrows, Joe pressured his Pokemon. " Say, you still don't feel like talkin'?" The Gallade pulled a faced before shaking his head from side to side. " Nevermind then... Ahh!" Feeling a stab of pain in his sides, Joe wasn't in the best of states. " Bah. Just gimme a moment... A fall like this ain't nothin'... Just gotta... Rest up... AHH!" Trying to numb the pain in his mind, he joked it off. " Pah! Used to fall off my bike while driving and that hurt a lot more. I'm used to this." Shaking his head, he realised that his fall had caused a disturbance in the area. " Get ready lads! Something's up!"

As Joe made his rather unelegant tumble down the cliff side which ended up with him crashing into one of the thousands of trees which formed the forest, the violent vibration which shot up the tree trunk caused up a bit of a stir. The tall branches of the Pine tree interlocked with others sitting not too far from it, leading to a somewhat domino like effect, making them also rattle and shake. Whilst Joe had been fairly lucky to crash into a tree containing tiny pine cones, others held rather powerful and irritated creatures behind the thick wall of foliage.
With the help of Lupin and Stallone, it wasn't long before the blonde biker was propped back up and on his feet, the pain still throbbing loudly in his mind only becoming worse as the sounds of the forest began to echo around him. Nagging ape like cries could be heard in the distance accompanied by snapping twigs and crunching leaves. No ape like Pokemon was about to bounce on his back though, thankfully, as the sound of flapping wings swooshed about right above his head instead. A tiny brown Pidgey fluttering down from the top of the tree Joe had so kindly bumped into, if only the Pidgey actually cared about the injured trainer though, the glint in it's angry and narrowed eyes only wanting to cause more pain for so rudely shaking it about.

Upon hearing the hideous splatter of the tiny framed bird against the unrelenting rock that was tossed upon it, every in the area seemed to bat their eyelids as the disgusting crunch of bones entered their ears. All except Stallone however; the boulder like monster instead chose to sternly look at its defeated opponent and crunch his rock hard knuckles together in the palm of his other hand. With a small shake of his head, Stallone turned to face Joe and gave him a thumbs up. Joe, too, managed to lift his battered spare arm up from the side and force out a sign of thanks. "Nice one buddy! Looks like when we get this Farfetch'd's bro he'll be an easy knockout. Good thing I bought you along for a stroll in the woods."
Letting out a small laugh he recalled as to why he really bought him along. "To think I had you tag along in order to train you up against the grassy critters lurking about these green woods." Stallone raised a perplexed eyebrow at just the idea of having an emerald vine whip over its hardened physique. "Nah, don't worry. You're fine, I was just messin'. Birds are fine training fodder for ya too, heh." Looking around, Joe was curious as to what else lurked in these majestic pine trees dotted around the wood filled valley.
"Hey, Stallone ol' buddy. Why don't you make like I did and go crashbangwallop into that tree over there. See what else pops out of its home." Letting out a grunt, Stallone veered back and with a swing of his fist to build up momentum, slammed his fist forward with a mighty punch in a bid to disturbed the tree and whatever happened to be dwelling in the thick leaves of the tree. "Come out, come out whoever you are!" Sung Joe in a silly singing voice. "I bet after all that falling down this Farfetch'd is here somewhere. Jus' seems like a place a troublesome little bugger would get to hiding."

Lurking within the thick green leaves in the distance sat a pair of dark grey eyes, the stare being so heavy that it was a surprise Joe or his team hadn't realised sooner. Well, it wasnt the trainer of which the Pokemon was bothered about but more like the status of the Pidgey. The dark grey eyes belonged to that of a Spearow, the rugged bird always being incredibly irritated at being compared to the more beautiful species of Pidgey. He was always so much stronger and many fellow Spearow evolved so much quicker than those blasted Pidgey. Either way, it couldnt help but let out a cackle at the sight of his one of many Pidgey rivals falling victim to that rock.
Bringing it's head back into the tree, the Spearow wrapped itself up within it's wings, ready for a nice snooze after such a humourous sight. Only it should've known better than to sleep in a tree when the trainer seemed to be shaking them with the help of his Pokemon. Stallone had moved towards the nearest tree, one which grew tall behind him. With a mighty punch, Stallone didn't quite manage to shake out a Pokemon but it definitely alerted the sleeping Spearow. Cranking it's head up angrily as the branch it was sitting in began to shake violently, the surprised bird lost it's gripping and eventually came tumbling down, landing on the forest ground with a rather uncomfortable thud. Grumbling at it's bad luck, the Spearow pulled itself wearily off the ground, eyes skimming over Joe and Lupin before eventually lingering on the Geodude who rather rudely disrupted it's resting time.
A Wild Spearow (Level 12) has appeared to battle!
Thread continuing here.

OOC: Learning Rock Blast over Rollout. No more obese rolling for me.
Blinking in a suspended state of disbelief, Joe was amazed to see Stallone did an alternate take of the move Rock Throw. As opposed to actually throwing a rock at the opponent like Joe had been used to, the stone fighter had picked up the flying bird and used it instead like a boulder to throw as it vaulted it across the row of trees found in Pine Gap. "Woah... That was... Different. Thanks for that Stallone. Yet another no good bird taken care of, eh? I reckon you could probably uproot that tree and face a whole flock by now." With a happy expression now sitting on Stallone's face, the rock floated in the air jubilantly as it flexed its arms proudly to show off how strong it was getting.
Propping himself up a bit better against Lupin, Joe pulled a face as, although it was a bird, it wasn't the right one they were after. "That damned Farfetch'd eludes us still. Just where the hell is it...?" Thinking it over, he was surprised the Sylvester fellow hadn't given him any idea of where he thought he may have lost them. "You'd think that guy would pay better attention if he knew his Pokemon were likely to stray." Sighing he then joked about the situation in its entirety. "Maybe he kinda deserves the Farfetch'd runnin' away on him if he's got his head in the clouds... Pffffffft." Looking around, it was clear Farfetch'd wasn't in this area. "Well that's just great. We ain't exactly going to be getting back from where we came unless there's a route along this low stretch. Hm." Thinking about what to do, it was becoming clear wasting time here wasn't being very productive.
"Well, guess we should start movin' on. C'mon, you lot help me move." Biting his teeth, he didn't quite like the fact he was having to rely on someone other than himself. "Might have to take a nap somewhere just to rest up my bones." As they began to trudge their way slowly, Lupin barely able to support Joe's bulky self, they soon stopped again as Joey halted for them to stop. "Hahaha, that looks like we've left out mark on this forest. Look at that huge mountain of pines we've created." Gesturing slightly off to the side by a row of trees, there was a huge pile of pine cones literally stacking up in a pyramid like formation up to about Joe's height. "Well, least other traveller's will know we came through here... Wait..." Raising an eyebrow incredulously, Joey noticed something off about the pile. "Is that moving?!"

Despite Joe noticing the tall pyramid pile of pine cones moving a little, it ended up just being the pile crumbling under it's own weight, the many little spikey cones rolling across the dirty forest floor. Something was actually watching the resting biker, however, from up in the trees. This time it wasn't a Spearow though, the creatures eyes being that of an eerie crimson. Having had it's tree rattled about earlier on, the living and breathing pine cone gave an unimpressed glance downward to the spreading pile of it's fellow cones which helped hide it's appearance from passing travellers. Well, there was only one thing for it now and that was to find another tree to camouflage in.
Slowly slipping down between the branches with a string like substance from the tip of it's head, the rustling from the tree close by was enough to gather Joe's attention. A rather large Pineco emerging from the branches and landing on the floor as if it were as light as a feather. With a quick glance from side to side, the Pineco turned on the spot and then suddenly... froze. It had completely forgotten that the trainer was still so close by. Closing it's eyes instantly to try and act natural, the thought of it actually still standing right out in the open was probably anything but natural. Letting out a sigh, it reopened it's eyes. If the trainer wanted to fight it, then so be it.

OOC: Replacing Rock Throw with SD. Groaning as he clutched onto his ribs, Joe barely had enough time to look up and see the capturing device roll around as it routinely did. Drooping his neck back down at the floor due to how relatively more comfortable it was, his ears listened out to the rewarding sound of a click. It seemed to take ages for the sound to beckon and all that Joe could conceive was that the Pineco had snapped out of the Pokeball and was just sitting there smugly, staring at the wound biker. Gritting his teeth and with a grunt, he looked back up and saw that the Pokeball had confirmed its capture literally at that very moment with the beautiful sound of a lock. Relaxing his muscles once more, Joe focused back down on the ground with his arms propping him up. " Ahhh... Gotcha... Ya little piney *****... Hah..." It wasn't completely over either, nearby off the side to him was his rocky Geodude, Stallone. The boulder seemed utterly confused as it began to see strobes of light pierce out from its body. Joey turned his head to the side barely and chuckled. " Hah... Hahaha... Looks like you're evolvin' bud! Nice... job..." With that, Joe's arms gave way and the young man rolled onto his back, his face looked directly up at the sky and the pine trees. " I bet i'm bleeding from the inside or somethin'. I really don't feel... Good." With that, Joe felt his eyes blur and it wasn't long before his eyes shut tightly, oddly not covering his view with darkness but a blinding white light because of the evolution to the side of him. Unaware of what was unfolding in the world around him, Joey slipped into a surreal dream world. As if opening his eyes for the first time in this dream world, the thief looked around and noticed he was in a very shabby looking hut. Manoeuvring around, he eventually made it to the exit and ventured out through the door. As he made it outside, he was aghast to see that the clouds and colour of the sky were a filthy, polluted black. Not quite sure what to make of this, he stepped forward, looking for answers. It seemed like an eternity as he moved on and on but eventually he made it to what seemed to be a settlement. As he approached, nothing could prepare him for what was there. A number of people were drearily shuffling their way through the various shanty houses and each and everyone of them seemed to be display a villainous big red R on their shoulders. Confusedly pulling a face, Joe had no idea what the hell is this meant. Were they Rocket followers? It didn't appear so as some of these people looked far too innocent and elderly to be in the mob. Shaking his head, the idea that they were prisoners of some kind had some plausibility. About to make his presence known, Joe remained silent as a previously unnoticed massive wide screen TV that was holstered above the camp turned on. The face on the screen was something that Joe was enraged to see. As if sending out some kind of broadcast, there was a middle aged man facing directly at the camera. His black jumpsuit and similarly coloured cap were a give away but it was the red R logo dotted all of the uniform that confirmed it. Of course, seeing an actual member of Team Rocket was enough to make Joe's blood boil but it was the actual person who was there that sent the young biker into a state of tempestuous rage. The grizzled face, blonde hair and similar features to Joe's own made it look like it was him albeit a couple of decades down the line. With a evil, sadistic grin on the man's face and a hefty cigar crammed in there as well, it was no mistake that this was Joey's father. Listening out, Joey could only just make out a few of the words he was saying. Words like slaves, obliteration and failure seemed to stand out but everything else was a blur. Sickened by his old man's words, Joe was still coming to terms with the fact his father seemed such a power obsessed lunatic. All of a sudden, the broadcast seemed to be nearing an end and Joe turned to see the final few words. His eyes widened as he read what was presented as the text underneath the image. It stated: " Team Rocket Leader Royce." Shaking his head, Joe began to doubt what sort of crazy world he was living in. Surely this was all a figment of his imagination?! Slumped against the wall, Joe blinked repeatedly for a few minutes but his attention was stolen as the sky seemed to be acting strangely. A strange purple bolt seemed to tear the heavens asunder and with that, a rain of purple acid seemed to fall from the sky. As it began landing in the area, Joey felt the horrific burning sensation melting away at his skin. With a number of intense wails of pain, Joey began raking at his face to stop the burning sensation but only served to cause him to yell harder. In his hands were remnants of the flesh that had once clung to his face. Letting out a terrifying howl, Joey sat up in the real world and panted heavily as he looked around the area before him. His entire face had been sweating bullets and it appeared that rain had indeed began pouring down on him but the cover of the pine tree had shielded him somewhat. Letting out a sigh and planting his forehead into the palms of his hands, he began breathing heavily. It was only when a heavy, stone like hand patted him on the back that Joey sprang to life once again with a startled cry. Looking to see what had touched him, he was lost in disbelief as a boulder like figure had tried to comfort him. It looked similar to Stallone and even boasted the same red headband over his forehead. Thinking deeply, Joe spoke out. " Wait... Stallone? Is that you?! Just before I passed out you were evolving..." Realising his mistake, Joey's face turned to one of jubilation. " Well don't you look a whole lotta more badass. You're like a walking boulder now, haha!" Stallone smiled warmly and nodded at his trainers words. A few small flexes of all of his arms were made as Stallone presented off his new form. Still smiling, Joey also realised something else that shocked him. Sat around a little camp fire behind where he had been resting were all of his party members. Floating solemnly in the air was Koffing who seemed deeply concerned by everything that had happened. Tucked together by a cut down log was Metalhead and Lupin who appeared to be resting themselves. A tree above them seemed to be housing Vlad who was hanging upside down from a branch and wrapped himself up in his wings. Last but not least was his Charmeleon who was getting infuriated with the pathetic camp fire which appeared to be failing every few seconds due to the horrific winds and downpour of rain. Overjoyed to see all his team, Joey yelled out. " Oi oi! Why are ya lookin' all so glum, eh!?" As he finished calling out, all of his Pokemon seemed to jump and divert their attentions to their trainer. With a sudden rush, Metalhead went bounding over as did Koffing who with nothing to obstruct him in his levitating path, made it to Joe a lot quicker. Behind them jogged over Lupin and Charmeleon with Vlad now swooping down from his post. They all cried out happily to see Joe was looking a lot better than he had done when they entered. " I dunno what just happened but I had some weird sort of dream... Guess the rain kinda influenced it to." Looking out from under the pine tree's cover, Joe was surprised to see that it had fallen to nightfall. " Woah, just how long had I been out?" Charmeleon shook his head and seemed to be poking up his claws as if to signify the hours but got frustrated when he realised he didn't quite have enough. Koffing seemed to laugh at this and instead, communicated through his own methods. With a series of puffs one after the other with his body, it seemed Joe had been out for a good ten hours. Letting out a puff, Joe shook his head and laughed. " Pheeeeew... Seems like my body was crying out for it." Feeling around, Joe noticed his body now felt a lot less painful but was still very much tender. " Ow... Guess you can't just get over a fall like that, huh? Hmm... I feel okay to walk about though. Maybe we can get a move on elsewhere." The rest of his group seemed in agreement with this but Lupin shook his head. It appeared the gallant Pokemon had something for Joe first. Extending his long, green arm out to Joe, the biker was surprised to see a Pokeball. " Oh! Was this back from the Pineco encounter? Heh, good thing you were on the ball." Patting it up and down, Joe thought about how defensive the Pineco had been. " I wouldn't mind testin' him out some." Looking to Stallone, Joe nodded. " Hey, mind if I send you back to the warehouse? I think the wireless is down so I can't contact them to let them know i'm ok. I bet they're wonderin' what's going on..." With a stern nod, Stallone awaited to be returned. " Okay, sending you back now." With a flash of red light, the Graveler was sucked into a Pokeball and digitally transferred back to Joe's warehouse. With the Pineco now in his party, Joe stood up and seemed ready to get a move on elsewhere. " Right. Let's make a go for it team." Returning most of his team back to their Pokeballs, Joe allowed Lupin to stay out for support in walking through the piny cove. " We can't scale back up and especially not in these muddy conditions with all the rain... Let's just waltz over this way." With an arm around his Gallade, Joe began trudging his way through all the pine cones dotted along the floor and began following a subtle trail. Looking over to the side, he noticed Lupin had the Farfetch'd slung over his back wrapped up in the leather jacket. Rolling his eyes, Joey laughed. " Stallone knocked him out pretty damn hard, eh?" Lupin nodded and with that they pressed on. PinecoName: Knox Gender: MaleLevel: 15 Attacks: Protect, Selfdestruct, Take Down, Bug Bite Ability: Sturdy Nature/Personality: Not the biggest fan of fighting, this Pineco prefers to soak up hits with its immense defences, leading to the foe tiring themselves out in the process.

Finally.
It had taken him long enough.
The better part of the whole day had been spent walking through forest after forest in the giant maze that was Ilex. Justin didn't like walking through it as much as the next guy. "Simba, we finally made it. Camping out... now." Practically breathless, Justin leaned against a tree and allowed himself to slide down it. His camp needed to be set up, but there probably wasn't enough time in the day, nor enough energy for Justin to do it. Instead, Simba sat down next to the exhausted man and kept watch while Justin regained his breath.
"I've got a few things I need... to get while i'm here. A partner included. Maybe someone to carry me out too. I'm not picky."
Justin snickered, digging into his bag to pull out his camera to fiddle with a few of the photos he'd already taken. He could choose what pictures he wanted to keep, and what photos he wanted to delete before he even got to a computer to upload them. Could've been time consuming in the first place, but why not do it now?

It had been some time since a human soul had come venturing into the secret alcove that was Pine Gap. Ilex was myriad enough with its many areas and unknown locations but Pine Gap seemed unusually unspoilt compared to the rest of the forest. Sure the last person who had come venturing through this way had nearly broken every bone in his body in entering the area but at least Justin had a lick more sense to be careful when exploring. If there was one thing that was in common between the two adventurers, it was how tiring the journey up until this point had been for them both. Pine Gap was definitely a ways out the way from most of the other sections of the forest and getting there meant having great fortitude in persevering through all the hiking. As the male slumped against the massive pine tree to try and rekindle some spark of energy, the forest gap was eerily quiet with only the odd bird like cry off in the distance able to be heard. Having ventured so far into Ilex, it was almost as if Justin and Simba had been shut off from the worst of the world. As Justin's camera was pulled out and he began to look through the pictures on the device, it would inspire a rare Pokemon in these parts to come out of hiding or rather, lazing about itself. Making a small rustle as it moved along the tree branch above Justin and his Luxray, the Pokemon was careful in not giving itself away too quickly. Despite the small rustle, the Pokemon appeared to avoid being seen. Allowing a bit of time to pass, it stretched its neck out slightly as it looked downwards. Still tinkering away with his camera, the mysterious Pokemon was unsure of what it was but it looked interesting enough. As far as it could tell, it seemed to house miniature beings in the device which appeared and disappeared in the blink of an eye to show other inhabitants. Having lazed off to the side a bit too much, the Pokemon eventually felt itself losing its grip and made a half hearted attempt to reassert itself, causing more shaking. This time, it wouldn't have been nearly as lucky in avoid being detected. Amazingly, it succeeded as it camouflaged itself in with the branch itself. Letting out a sigh, the was intrigued to say the least. Despite having seen a bit of the camera, it wanted a better look. Deciding it worth the risk and considering it hadn't been spotted, the Pokemon used its lanky arms to grip to the tree branch as it rotated itself around. Its arms hugging the branch and its feet clawing into it as well, the Pokemon was now stationed upside down as it drooped looking downwards. It was all too perfect a plan aside from one hitch. All the movement and rustling had alerted Simba's attention who without a doubt would have been suspicious from the get go. Letting out bit of a sigh, the Pokemon drooped one if its arms free and made a small little gesture as if to say hello. It didn't look threatening let alone even motivated. Unbeknownst to all the parties involved, the Slakoth had actually been hanging around in a Spearow's nest. Having been away to look for some grub, the Spearow had since returned to its nest of eggs and been terrified to notice an intruder. Wasting no time in seeing off the interloper, the Spearow snuck up on the branch the Slakoth was hanging from and with a relentless peck, struck out at Slakoth, causing the sloth to let go of the branch and come hurtling downwards, its arms now flailing about wildly as if wanting to initiate a fight. Snickering to itself, the Spearow went back to its nest and made itself comfortable as if to watch the antics unfold. Encounter

Justin watched the Pokeball wiggle back and forth a few times, before clicking into place with a satisfying sound. Justin let out the breath he'd been holding in anticipation, glad to be breathing once more and not attacking the poor sloth. Despite the malice the Spearow seemed to hold for the poor thing, Justin was more than willing to settle this off as a non-combat situation. Why did everything have to be settled with battles? Justin liked these battles -way- more. Nobody got hurt.
"Hey well, there we go. Let's see our new friend here."
Justin released the Slakoth, who grinned up at him with a dopey expression.
"Well, I told you i'd show you the camera, right?"
The man smiled, settling back down against another tree (as Spearow seemed a bit defensive of it's nest) and the Slakoth wrapped it's arms around Justin's neck as if he were a large, tall, muscular photographer tree. Well, kind of. Justin was tall enough, probably. The pictures moved in front of Slakoth in an almost rhythmic fashion, causing the creature to go to sleep after it was satisfied with the tiny picture box. Justin returned the sloth, and sent him to the PC for a nice rest.
"I tell you what, guys. That was cute."

Sporting a gleeful look of victory as the hubble from down below appeared to move elsewhere away from its nest, the Spearow settled in its mismatched made nest. As it settled however, it opened its eye for just a moment before it could relax truly when its sight stopped it from completing its rest. Perking up, the Pokemon watched as Justin continued moving away from its tree to the tree of another. Letting out something of a snicker to itself, the Spearow knew that the tree he was headed for was a far worse choice. After all, it was why it had chosen to nest here and not there. Letting out a relaxed sigh, it finally achieved a state of comfort as it knew it wouldn't be long before a ruckus was kicked up that would alert it to open its eyes again for the fireworks. As Justin's group greeted the newest addition to their group, it was a miracle that things hadn't kicked off sooner. It was only when the newly acquired Slakoth had been sent off through the wonders of wireless technology (Technology that worked even far out in such a dense forest such as this) that the situation took a far livelier turn. Close enough to the tree as they were, it began to rock about wildly as if the very pine tree had come alive itself. Falling from the sky were endless pine cones that were being lost from the sheer trembling of the tree. It was as if the heavens had opened up and decreed it rain with pine cones and not water. Still shaking on, it appeared that not a pine more could be dispersed when things became apparent as to what was going on. The tree itself was marked as territory to a particularly foul Pokemon of the area. It had a reputation amongst the others to steer clear or instead face its unyielding rage. Sadly, none of the Pokemon would have been able to translate that important fact for Justin when he arrived. Appearing at the tip of the tree with a start was none other than the perpetrator of all the rustling. An unmistakeably crazy looking Mankey. Its tufts of hair were long and wild and it was already screeching with its pig like snout. Noticing Justin and Simba down below, the Pokemon did little to back off its aggressions but instead pent them up. Making a leap, the Pokemon jumped off its lofty perch and landed before Justin's group. Flailing its arms around angrily and not so much a care, the Pokemon made it extremely clear Justin was on HIS territory and he would now have to pay the price. Rather amusing for a Pokemon that may or may not have realised just who he was up against. Encounter

(Feeling sick after typing up that wall of text for Rhoan, so this'll be short and sweet. Sorry T.T)
The shaking of the tree was a definite shock to Justin, who immediately stood up after sending Slakoth on it's way to avoid anything that might drop down angrily. Which, was a smart move indeed. Using his keen eyes, Simba peered up into the trees, spotting the angry Mankey before it made itself shown. Growling, the feline let an electric pulse ripple through his fur. Taking this as a hint, Justin stepped behind him in enough time to see the Mankey reveal itself angrily.
"Whoah! What an angry little bugger..."
Justin murmured, bringing the camera to his face to snap a few shots of the creature. I take it he's pretty miffed, i'll tell ya that! The man thought to himself, picking up his camera bag. Well, there were plenty of trees around here. He could merely settle at another one.
"Oi, no worries little man. We'll back off. Don't wanna bark up your tree and all that..." The trainer called out to the Mankey, having no interest whatsoever in fighting at the moment. Instead, he picked up his gear and settled at another tree, which hopefully didn't have an angry inhabitant inside. Simba swapped glances with Surreo, who merely shrugged. Who am I to judge if he doesn't want to fight? The Pokemon are weak here. -Justin doesn't engage in battle-

Ooc: No problem. Also speak of the devil and he shall appear. I am so jealous right now. Going to post a link to the encounter in a sec as I did not want to spoil it before I posted this. As Justin walked away from the tree with the angry Mankey and approached another one everything seemed to be fine at first. It was not until Simba looked up that he noticed a Pokemon high in the tree. To the untrained eye it looked like a part of the tree but the lion did not fall for the Pokemon's camouflage. As the Pokemon in the tree realized that it's cover had been blown it slowly jumped down from branch to branch. Each branch shook violently as the Pokemon landed on it until the Pokemon reached the last branch before the ground. The small Pokemon stopped to look and see what it would be use against and it did not like what it saw. The giant lion looked like it would be a very tough opponent to face and it had no idea what else the young man may have. Seeing as how it would not likely be able to get out of the situation however the small Pokemon jumped from the last branch and onto the ground. The Pokemon landed in a puddle of mud as it hit the ground and was covered in mud and dirt as it looked over at Simba who had watched the Pokemon on it's descent out of the tree. The Pineco then looked over at Justin with a rather angry look on it's face. The small bug was mad that Justin's Pokemon saw through it's camouflage and wanted to fight out of spite.
