Incoming from Shady Glen
Even with a hurricane roaring full force overhead, the area Tanya and her team wandered into was bright and beautiful, lit by some ethereal glow. Starscream landed on the stump of a long gone tree and tucked his wings in, having not seen anything out of the ordinary. Saphira dashed in ahead of her trainer, taking great sniffs of the clean air and also searching the nearby shrubbery for the mischievous Farfetch'd. Tanya stopped after walking a few feet in and let out a sigh.
It was nice to see areas so untouched by humans, so pure. It made her miss Blackthorn with its rugged beauty and the residents having taken use of the natural landscape to build into versus clearing it down flat. "Alright Ironhide, come on out!" she said with a toss of the ball she gripped in one hand. A young Aron with bright blue eyes and an odd yellow helmet perched on his head landed in the soft grass.
He looked around before turning to Tanya and giving her a scathing look that was easily read; 'The hell did you bring me here for?' Tanya lifted an eyebrow in response to this. "If we run into one of these Farfetch'd, I want to be prepared. You'll be able to vent some of that energy on a good battle," she said, finally gaining a reluctant nod. Clearly Ironhide was eager to do some damage to something; why not one of the hooligan birds? Would probably smarten it up a bit too.
Starscream suddenly cawed from his perch, hopping off it to stride over to a set of rustling bushes. "Eh? Got something have we?" Tanya murmured as she hurried over to where her Skarmory stood, glaring at the bushes with Ironhide at her heels and Saphira watching from a safe distance. "Show yourself!"

What a day it had been. First off it had been ordered about by that inexperienced trainer to do some more cutting. Feeling insulted by being marched around by some useless brat, the brown feathered bird had decided to take a stroll around its favourite forest to take in the beautiful sights. Which, inadvertently had bought about the next problem. The weather. Not too sure as to why it was behaving the way it was, the onion leek wielding fighter seemed ticked off by how spoilt all the beautiful trees and blades of grass were by the incessant disturbances of the unrelenting wind. To top it all off, some red headed trainer was now commanding it and it could feel the steel like daggers of a pair of eyes digging into it. Although this goose more than had the capacity to do what it wanted, it didn't feel too confident upon hearing this female's voice. There was some... Zest to it. Unbeknownst to it, the fact Tanya had in her possession a Hive Badge also likely had some influence but that was neither here nor there for the time being. Picking up its leek, the bird let rip with its wings and came flying out a nice hiding spot amongst a heavy amount of foliage and made itself known. Starscream was certainly a masterful hunter as it now became clear he had tracked down one of the troublesome Pokemon. It was none other than Farfetch'd. Letting out a rueful cry, it slashed around its stalk with expert swordsmanship and vigour and seemed to be warning Tanya to back off so that it could be going back to its relaxation in the trees. Farfetch'd Encounter
One of the Farfetch'd duo has appeared! Please select a Pokemon in order to knock out the Pokemon and return to Sylvester.Battle continues here.

(Iron Defense replaces Harden)
Tanya let out a cheer as Ironhide finally finished off the Farfetch'd, leaving it to collapse amongst the leaves. Walking over, she gently picked up the bird and cradled it in the crook of her left arm, making sure to grab its leek as well. Ironhide butted his head against her leg lightly, reminding her that his duty was done. Grinning at the little metallic beast, Tanya held up his Poké Ball. "Excellent work my friend," she praised him before recalling the Aron.
Starscream flared his wings and quickly took to the air again, circling around lazily as Tanya replaced the ball in her pocket and motioned Saphira over. "That's one down. Now let's head back to Sylvester and drop this fella off before he wakes up and tries to sneak back into the woods," the girl said aloud, nodding at Starscream to lead the way.
With a caw and flutter of his wings, the steely bird led the way back out of the beautiful glade and back into the gloom of the forest. The raging hurricane above seemed like it would never abate, the howling wings sounding like moaning from where Tanya and Saphira walked on the forest floor. It was rather creepy, and the feeling made her hurry faster to return to the Shady Glen.

Comin' at ya from Mahogany Knoll. As they pressed on through a narrowing closing, it wasn't long before Joey and his group of Lupin and Charmeleon made it into a familiar looking zone. It was a gloriously illuminated part of the forest and it was one Joey would be remembering for a long time to come. For it was here that he found the mysterious stone that triggered a radical change in his Kirlia. " Now this is a place I wouldn't mind winding up in forever. Just look at this beautiful shine. Hard to think you could keep up being depressed for longer than a minute." Stopping in his tracks, he took in a good view of this forest. " Y'know what? I think i'll make my mark on this forest." Handing the tied up Farfetch'd to his partner, Lupin, Joe went into his pocket and pulled out a treasured flick knife. With a stylishly quick flick of it, the concealed blade presented itself. After giving it a longing gaze, Joe proceeded to the nearest tree and pondered what he'd leave. " Heh, I know. Let's see." With a sticking of his tongue out the side of his mouth, the thief began etching away a little writing and an image to go with it. After a fair amount of time passed, he stood back, readjusting his bandanna and flicking the knife back into a safe handling position. " Now part of me's gonna be with this forest forever." Admiring what he put, he laughed at the thought of people he knew coming by and seeing the little message. " Alright, let's go." And with that, the trio trudged off to a familiar looking path, one that hopefully ventured back to Shady Glen. As they left, Joe took one last look at the etching on the tree. Joe woz 'ere accompanied with a Koffing's skull and cross bones symbol.

Sandy Katayko Not wrappin' this in ribbons... ------------------------------------------------ Entering from Shady Glen
Sandy stumbled a couple of times on her way across the forests. Into tons of bushes, and she now smelled of fresh pines and dirt. She sighed and steadied herself on a tree. How many times was that, that she had fallen today? The fourth? She had only left Sylvan half an hour ago for crying out loud! Berry had since given up on traveling on Sandy’s shoulder, and was walking on the floor beside Scatter. She thought that his smell was even worse now that it was being made stronger by the woodsy smell around them. Sandy really needed to consider giving him a bath!
“Come on now guys, don’t slow down, we have to keep moving.” Sandy reminded the two. Scatter flickered his ears and moved forwards after Sandy, purposely whacking his tail against the tiny turtle and knocking her into the bush. The Squirtle yelped and it made Sandy turn.
“Scatter!” She said sternly, walking over to the bush and digging around. After a few moments she managed to pick her Squirtle out of it, the poor creature was covered in leaves and twigs. Sandy knew this was certainly going to be one long trip through the forest.

Incoming from Shady Glen
"*****!"
Tanya cursed violently, glaring at the vale. At first it had been gorgeous, now it was just plain irritating. Ilex Forest was a right pain in the ass to get through, wasn't it? Saphira, however, ignored her trainer's outburst and peered through some bushes, spotting a familiar sight. It was Sandy, a friend of Tanya's, looking around the vale as well. Had Sylvester begged for her help as well? The dragon wondered if he was an idiot and somehow let the other Farfetch'd go while they were out looking?
Man the kid had serious issues. Saphira snorted dismissively and stalked out of the bushes, intending to greet Sandy when Tanya grabbed her back. "Leave her alone, Saphy. You don't wanna scare the wildlife," Tanya said in a low voice. Sandy seemed preoccupied with her Squirtle, and the fiery-haired girl didn't want to be a bother, or get caught up with chatting when she had to keep scouring the forest for the other hooligan bird.
With a sigh Saphira nodded and trudged after her trainer, their feet barely making noise on the somewhat mushy leaves. They disappeared quickly into a cluster of trees and shrubbery, moving along to the next stop on their neverending tour of the forest.

As Sandy delved her hands into the bushes in an attempt to find her little Squirtle, Berry, she was soon able to find the hard shell wearing creature beneath the foliage and lift her to safety. Only, as the worried looking Squirtle was lifted up into the safety of her trainers arms, something else seemed to be brought up with it. Brushing away the odd clump of leaves and tiny twig, there seemed to be some sort of vine wrapped around the middle of her shell and it didn't seem to want to let go. Upon tugging a little harder, the culprit came into view.
Dangling from Berry's shell was a lone Tangela, it's body made up of nothing but messy green vines, large white eyes and oddly a pair of bright red boots! An almost scared squeal escaped from it's mouth, which can only be guessed that one was hiding underneath the bundle of vines, as it saw the human and quickly proceeded to let go. Landing on the floor with a painful thud, it's eyes winced for a moment as it withdrew it's vines, staggering back to it's feet and shivering nervously at just what could happen next. It didn't seem all that vicious but at the same time a Pokemon so rare to come across cant be pushed aside!

Sandy Katayko The scars of your love... ------------------------------------------------
Sandy knelt down and picked up the Pokeball, deciding on the Tangela’s name, Lily. She then turned back to her three partners, picking Mellow up off the floor and holding her, since the other two could walk, they would have no problems. Darryl and Pechoki followed after her, the leaves crunching under their feet as they went along. Though, Sandy couldn’t leave Luminous Vale.
It shimmered, and it was very lively. Maybe the Farfetch’d would be somewhere around over all these wild Pokemon, but she wanted to keep looking. If she ran into more battles, that was fine, it was just more training, and that was what they needed. She had Berry and Hotaru prepared if the bird in question was to show up.
“Darryl, keep on the lookout for anything, alright?” Darryl gave a simple nod at Sandy’s request, and stayed just behind her, while Pechoki travelled at her side, probably hoping for some food from the blonde.

A FARFETCH'D CHASE
[Entering from Mahogany Knoll]
Well, how was this for convenient? After getting ahold of the second Farfetch'd that had scampered off, Cheeky had led his trainer and fellow companion, the Pikachu, back to this particular, bright area via a short cut.
"Hey, who knew? I thought we had gone much deeper into the woods than this..." Nadia mused to herself, taking a look around. This was the same area she was in before: She could tell because of the Apricorn bush nearby, though it looked like the fruit was gone: What a disappointment. Nadia was really hoping to get a hold of one of those and see if she couldn't have it turned into a special Pokeball or something of the like. She heard that a guy in Azalea could make Pokeballs the old fashioned way with those things and it'd be a cool thing to have... well, may just as well pass it up anyway. Who knows how long it'll be before Nadia comes back through this neck of the woods again.
...figuratively speaking.
"Well, better get this bird back to its owner. I'm already way behind schedule for getting to Goldenrod..."
Adjusting the bird that is slung over her should, looking down at the ground to make sure Chuchu was still following her, Nadia snapped out of her momentary daze and continued on head to where Sylvester should be waiting for her return. At this rate, it'd be nice to actually get back on track with her Pokemon journey.

------------------------------------------------ They leave me breathless... Dozing in a tree behind Sandy's back was something that was sure to pique her interest. One of the miscreant Farfetch'd was propped against the trunk on a thick branch, its leek leaned against the inside of one wing. The bottom of the vegetable was sliding against the smooth bark of the branch, gently easing itself from the bird's grasp. Blissfully unaware of the predicament of its leek, the lazy avian let out a snort in its sleep, twitching slightly.
Unfortunately this slight movement was too much for the slowly sliding leek and gave it the momentum it needed to slide all the way down the rounded side of the branch and fall to the leaves below. The crunching thud it made as it hit the forest floor had Darryl whipping his head around, instantly suspicious. He squeaked at Sandy and dashed off through the leaves, sifting through them and finding the leek.
The shrew picked it up and studied it, twirling it around before grinning. He spun it faster and faster until it bonked him on the head and made him cry out in shock. Startled by the noise, the Farfetch'd squawked in its sleep and awoke, fluttering its wings madly. Realizing its precious leek was gone, the bird shrieked upon spotting it in Darryl's paws, leaping off the branch immediately and sped towards the stunned looking Sandshrew as a raging, feathery ball of death.
Uh-oh! You found one of the lost Farfetch'd, but it's none too happy about seeing its leek stolen... Engage it here!

Incoming from Mahogany Knoll
When the bright, ethereal glow of the vale came into sight, Tanya breathed a sigh of relief. Oh, it wasn't out of doubt of Starscream's sense of direction, but more for the fact that they hadn't done some funky detour somehow and ended up even more lost in the woods. Sadly that was still probably going to happen because after dropping off Farfetch'd, she still had to find her way to Goldenrod. Ugh, just ugh.
She bit back a sigh as she trekked into the eerily lit patch of forest, the lights playing off her glossy auburn hair. The wind from the hurricane had seemed to die off somewhat, only a faint roar audible from the forest floor. Perhaps the foul weather had abated and move away from Azalea. Mm, all the better then; Tanya wasn't expecting to waltz into Goldenrod bathed in sunlight, but she had hoped not to be running like a maniac for cover from torrential rain.
Stifling a yawn with her hand, the girl paid little attention to her surroundings and merely adjusted her grip on the bird to make sure it didn't drop out of her arms. Saphira trotted alongside her, having no desire to play leader, seeing as how Starscream was easily discernible against the brown trunks that erupted from the ground. The trio cleared the vale fairly swiftly and departed the area to move back to where Sylvester waited.

Having now left the panicking male near the forest's entrance to, well, panic, Sharada had found herself in the job of tracking down the naughty Farfetch'd. Well, a part of her didnt mind, she was able to have an explore around the dense forest, get attacked by bugs, fall into piles of leaves AND get penalised by the Rockets for taking so long to get the mission started. Yup, sure was a fun life for the brunette so far. Taking a moment to herself, Sharada lent her back against one of the many tree trunks which surrounded her, lighting up a cigarette and slipping it into her lips, breathing in the addicting fumes which were just barely managing to keep her calm. Holding it loosely between her fingers, Sharada tilted her head from side to side to look at her surroundings, blowing smoke from between her lips as if she were a dragon.
There was no doubt about it, the forest was beautiful and deserved much better than Sharada's cigarette pollution. There were worn patches of mud along the ground where other people may have trampled but not a clear path. Instead, she was completely surrounded by lush green foliage, which was surprising in itself since the autumn weather, which was known to turn the most beautiful plant into a mere withering weed, was now nearing winter. The incredibly tall trees were mesmerizing, however, light beaming through as if there were a heavenly spirit looking down with it's watchful eye. Well, if anything was watching they would be pretty disgusted as Sharada tossed her cigarette butt onto the muddy ground below and stomped it out with a swift motion from her boot.
Readjusting her bag, nothing seemed out of the ordinary and so she instead decided to venture elsewhere.

Sandy Katayko The scars of your love... ------------------------------------------------ (Not Having Hotaru learn Roar.)
Sandy gave a soft sigh and walked over to Hotaru. She bent down and shook her head. Hotaru needed to let go of the Farfetch’d. She lightly tapped the Mighyena on the head, trying to get her to let go. Though Hotaru shoved the Farfetch’d into her face, placing her paws on the girl’s knees. Sandy flinched at the sight of Hotaru’s teeth and pushed her off, moving backwards. Hotaru let her ears fall, dropping the Farfetch’d on the floor and turning away, walking over to stand back to Sandy in front of a tree, her ears down. Sandy cursed at herself and took the Farfetch’d into her arms, walking over to Hotaru.
“Hotaru? I’m sorry…” she bent down, placing one hand on the Mightyena’s head. With another gentle sigh she tried to think of a way to explain without hurting Hotaru’s feelings even more.
“I know you were only trying to give Farfetch’d to me, but I just get scared easily…I’m not totally over…my fears yet. I promise you I’m working on it though, okay?” Hotaru’s ears flew up and her tail began to wag. She was just happy Sandy wasn’t mad at her, or upset. Sandy smiled and stood up again.
“Come on now, let’s get this Farfetch’d back to Sylvester.” She suggested, leading the way back towards Shady Glen. Hotaru let Darryl onto her back and trotted after Sandy, tail high with confidence.

Moving out of the Hollow, Sharada kept her eyes constantly on Arbok just to make sure the sly serpent wasn't going to gulp the wild goose down for dinner. She could see the glint in her eyes, the drool running down her fangs. "Arbok, you sure you dont want me to carry that thing? I get the feeling you're gonna accidentally bite down on it sooner or later." Dodging a patch of wild mushrooms on the ground, the stumbling brunette recieved no vocal reply from her loyal snake but instead was horrified at the sight of Arbok readjusting her jaw, causing the bird to slide a little deeper into her mouth.
With a thunderous lunge of her arm, Sharada whipped out the Farfetch'd by it's double webbed feet, holding the soggy bird by it's ankles before pulling a look of disgust. "I dont trust ya, I'm carrying it." Walking on ahead, Arbok drooped her hood, laying herself low on the ground until she eventually slithered underneath the bed of leaves which covered the forest floor. Turning and slithering, the duo were about to return to the area were Sylvester stood but all before Arbok slid to a halt.
Ripping through the leaves powerfully and scaring Sharada half to death, the nostrils of the purple creature began twitching maniacally before stopping by one tree. "What is it now?.. Hmm?" Examining the tree Arbok was hissing at, Sharada raised her eyebrow before shaking her head from side to side. Joe woz ere was etched into the tree, his scent being all too familiar to Sharada's snake friend. "Ahh c'mon. Joe moves too fast for his own good. It probably means he's already in Goldenrod if not a rotting bag of bones in this bloody place... Tsk, if I go back and HQ it blown up.." Grumbling expletives under her breath, Sharada continued her venturing back through the forest.

Incoming from Shady GlenWhat a game changer. Justin sheilded his eyes from the bright lights around him. Simba himself was also having a hard time dealing with how beautiful and bright the place was, due to his good eyesight. As soon as they adjusted, having come from a dark, depressing, awful looking place, this new section of the forest HAD to be where that damn bird had run off to. Man, this place is pretty beautiful. He exclaimed. He released a Pokemon out into the clearing. Yo, Dayn, check this place out! It's beautiful! He smiled. The Gyarados formed and looked out over the forest, nodding his giant head in agreement with his trainer. Hey. Simba, Dayn... keep your eyes peeled for that bird, alright? We only got one more, and then we're off to Goldenrod, got it? He said. Both Pokemon nodded while they started to look. Dayn curled up into a coil and then lifted himself, using his tail and his lower body as a base to stretch up into the air and be a big set of eyes for the trainer. Justin could only sit against a tree and wait. At least this one didn't break... [Waiting for something, Farfetch'd Encounter needed]
