Wild blueberries grow in abundance alongside blackberries and grapes on thick shrubs and climbing vines. The trees bring forth fragrant flowers within the springs that eventually grow sweet peaches, juicy oranges, and succulent pomes, among many others. Trainers are known to stop along their trails to enjoy the wild fruits that grow within this part of Ilex. They are warned of their toxic lookalikes, such as nightshades and cotoneasters.

Incoming from Gloomy Ravine
The next area Tanya and her team entered was a rather beautiful grove of trees. Despite the hurricane raging above, which sounded much fainter, there was an odd, mysterious blue light that lit up the orchard and made it much more endearing. Sadly, she couldn't stay and admire the beauty of the place, as she had much more pressing matters to deal with.
Saphira jogged alongside her trainer, panting slightly from the pace they were moving at. Starscream kept a punishing speed and the two on the ground were struggling to keep up. Tanya glared at the lightweight steel bird and wondered how he moved so quickly despite being entirely clad in metal. (Lucky git. My legs already feel like lead...) The girl bit down a sigh and kept following her Skarmory out of the orchard.

Sandy Katayko The scars of your love... ------------------------------------------------ Coming in from Gloomy Ravine
“How does it go from Gloomy to pretty within five seconds?” Sandy questioned her Glameow and Butterfree as they entered the new area. This was Enchanted Hallow, and the Pretty blue hues nonetheless drew Sandy right in.
She slowed her steps and came to a stop, glancing around to observe the pretty sights. She let Mellow fly off her arm, the Butterfree looking around the area from above. Sandy was still searching for that final Farfetch’d, and she was determined to find it for Sylvester.
“Tell me if you see anything Mellow!” she called up to her Butterfree, who crooned back excitedly, which Sandy had to assume meant she’d look. She sat down against a tree with Victoria, and looked up as she watched Mellow whizz around, trying to find the bird. Once they did, maybe they’d be able to get out of here. Sylvester may have known the way out, and if helping him was needed, that’s what they’d do. Still…Sandy couldn’t help but feel a little annoyed. The forest was nice but she was getting pretty tired of it.

Enchanted Orchard was definitely one of the more surreal parts of Ilex. But when you had other areas which were made up of nothing but brown colours with even the Pokemon there being all brown and another location of the woods which were filled to the brim with nothing but mushrooms, it balanced out the whole absurdity of the dimness. In fact, the perpetual gloom that covered this area meant that it felt as if it was constantly in the early hours of the morning. Pokemon favouring the safety the dark blessed along with those of a nocturnal nature found this to be an absolute haven compared to the sunnier parts of Ilex. It also just so happened that one of the troublesome Farfetch'd workers for the kiln found this place to be to its tastes. Coming here often to settle down and snooze off for a few hours meant that it had been coming here for a long time while trying to evade Sylvester's attempts at reclaiming him back. In the centre of this encirclement of trees was a really stout trunk that had been cut down many years ago. Since then, natural weathering and abuse from the varying Pokemon in the forest had made an artificial hollow inside on the wooden post. Finding it just the perfect size for it, the Farfetch'd had actually grabbed a load of hay and grass to pad things out for comfort. As it strolled along happily, that was the only thing on its mind. A sweet, sweet slumber in its favourite sleeping spot. It was only a few hops along until it could nestle but much to its chagrin was a large oddly shaped Butterfree that was flapping quite a storm with its wings. Feeling its right eye twitch, the Farfetch'd rested on its leek with a lean and shook its head. Another reason why it had loved this part of the forest so much was due to how peaceful it was here but now there was some brightly coloured sap stirring up a fuss. Stomping its webbed feet forward, the Farfetch'd let out a grumpy quack as it pointed the tip of its leek towards Mellow in a similar manner a swordsman would issue a duel with the tip of his sword. Having let its anger blind it, the Farfetch'd had no idea Mellow actually belonged to a trainer. It was sure to be in for a rude awakening once Sandy came into the picture. Farfetch'd Encounter

Becoming somewhat tired after all this walking, Gloomy Ravine seemed to suck the life right out of Sharada, the brunette now hitching a ride on the back of her Arbok. Leaning on the back of her hood, the brunette let out a defeated sigh, "I hate chasing after this, it's a waste of time..." Rubbing her eyes wearily, the grey which surrounded her still happened to be there which only made her grunt further, "And whats with this forest, it's like there are invisible lines which make each and every section significantly different." Arbok, grumbling under the weight of her trainer, couldnt seem to disagree either.
Closing her eyes and resting her cheek on Arbok's back, she held on tightly as the snake continued to aimless wandering or atleast, it wouldnt be aimlessly for much longer. Feeling a few rays of light hit her face, Sharada tried her best to perk herself up and as she did, was just hit with confusion again. The once dim grey area had now regained it's green, although the tall trees over head made the area come across as dark. Streaks of light blue light piercing the few gaps in the leaves. Tapping Arbok on the back to suggest her to stop, Sharada jumped down onto the floor, eyes glued to the view above her, "W-Wow, this is more like it, I guess. It's kinda calming."
Nodding her head in a pleased manner, she smiled to Arbok, "Alright, we'll rest here for a while. Dont go too far and let me know if you find something. I'm counting on you for the second Farfetch'd, too."

Sandy Katayko The scars of your love... ------------------------------------------------
Sandy scooped up the defeated Farfetch’d before playful old Hotaru could get her paws on it. Laughing gently when the Mightyena started trying to stand on her paws, whimpering as if trying to get her to drop the creature. She shook her head.
“No Hotaru, this Farfetch’d isn’t a toy.” She warned sternly. Hotaru let her ears flicker downwards, but her happy demeanor returned moments later when Sandy started to move again. Loyally, she bounded right after her trainer. They were headed back to Shady glen, and Sandy went forwards instead of backwards, hoping that would lead them back to where they were going. She didn’t want to get involved with Gloomy Ravine again.
She stopped before she exited though as she noticed a girl she had never seen before. Older or younger, she wasn’t sure, but the girl wasn’t facing her direction anyway. Hopefully things were okay with her but she didn’t have time to call out to her and she seemed busy anyway, so instead she disappeared into the brush with Hotaru trailing close behind, probably hoping Sandy would drop the duck or something similar to that.

She was talking about a Farfetch’d…this girl was talking about a Farfetch’d. Not that there would be anything wrong with that, if she wasn’t talking about it. Farfetch’d squawked quietly to itself, supposedly a curse if it were a person. So, Sylvester was sending people after it now? Stupid Sylvester. With a sigh, it crooned loudly, drawing the attention from Sharada that it needed. It wasn’t going to let her win easily, it’d make sure of that. Flying down from its perch, it landed squarely across from Sharada and her Pokemon, the leek under its wing held there tightly. Another indifferent squawk showed Sharada that it was quite serious about fighting, and it was ready whenever she was. It viewed Sylvester as annoying, and he didn’t even have any gym badges! What kind of a trainer didn’t have gym badges?! Okay…well, maybe he wasn’t a trainer, but in that case Farfetch’d was never going to listen to him. Turning its attention back to Sharada, it gave another squall before preparing itself for a fight. ____________________________________________________ Warning! Having already seen the extent of Harionna's ice beaming ability at her full, anti-smile rage moments, the sight of the cocky Farfetch'd having it's leek stolen before being sent ripping through the ground wasn't something overly shocking. Infact, Sharada had instead ventured into her pocket to pull out a cigarette, casually lighting it and smirking slyly as the naughty bird suddenly didn't want to laugh nor fight much longer. Afterall, any sort of joy aimed at the innocent looking female only led to nothing less than a good blast of ice to the face, as odd as it may have sounded. Breathing out a stream of smoke between her lips at the sound of cracking ice which had encased the avian in a glittering coffin, Sharada took swift action in recalling Harionna with no congratulations what so ever. She was looking a bit too murderous for the brunettes liking and needed to be left to herself and her maw to calm down.
"Say, Arbok... These birds are a bit too stuck up and irritating for my liking. Dashing around and just being an all around pain. Makes me wonder if this guy is as innocent as he seems." Thinking that Sharada's speaking was an indication for the serpent to collect their prize, the snake uncoiled herself and slowly moved towards the fainted bird, chiseling away the chunks of ice before scooping it up into her jaws. Though pulling a puzzled expression at her strange trainer's idea that Sylvester was more than he seemed to be did indeed make the brunette chuckle. "Nah, of course, I'm just being dumb. Hah, probably just some guys son with poor behaving Pokemon... Yeah.."
Shrugging off her odd thought, Sharada took a glance around her, deciding on which route to take next. "Well I'm pretty sure that way will lead us back to the gloomy area." She began, pointing a thumb over her shoulder to indicate the way they had came before slowly pointing it in the opposite direction, "And it seems a bit lighter down that way so I say we carry on straight ahead."

Leaving the gloominess of the ravine behind them, Tobias and his company eventually made it into what appeared to be an orchard of sorts. However, that wasn't the only distinguishable feature of the place. There was an undeniable hint of what felt like magic in the air. It was truly enchanted. " Hmph, all these overgrown plants are merely playing tricks on the eye." He mumbled, noticing how Flak was looking around with his mouth agape to everything. Prometheus on the other hand appeared all too aware of this and merely shrugged off all glowing blue lights that swirled and shone through the overgrowth ahead. Moving further through the area, Tobias began to think out loud to himself. The target had given him some clues, the first of which he had already followed correctly upon but the last wasn't as telling. " An area not too far? The last section I was in had a Farfetch'd so that leaves this one i'm in now or the one I met the youth in... Hmph." Thinking he had cracked the location of them, Tobias was certain that a Farfetch'd couldn't be hiding under their noses in Shady Glen. It would be far too impossible. Therefore, that only left this part of Ilex. About to call out, he heard a large clang and turned to notice something. " ...Flak." Murmured Tobias in his gravelly tone. All too enamoured with the orchard forest, the Timburr had missed a trunk and walked haphazardly into it and had thoroughly roughed up his face. " You cannot act as a protector and enforcer if you are in such a state." Angrily delving into his jacket, he pulled out a small item. Spraying it all over the Timburr, he littered it to the side and returned to what he was doing, with a straighten of his tie. " I deduce the next Farfetch'd... To be here!" Raising his voice, he had hoped for a confrontation of some sort. If this meant the next Farfetch'd could be trapped then they'd simply have to return to Sylvester and force him into a deal. Given the amount of wood and trees in the vicinity of Azalea, its charcoal kiln must have seen a lot of business. And it was about high time that Team Rocket got in on the action. Item used:x1 Potion on Flak (Auto-updated).

Compared to the dingy darkness of Gloomy Ravine, Enchanted Orchard wasn't too far off on the eerie meter. Just as dark due to the overgrown foliage and plants which swept across the floor, this area held a bit more colour, or more of a creepy illuminating shade of blue. The sight was almost calming but it would be best not to settle in such an unknown place, especially one as dense as Ilex Forest. The sound of Tobias' fashionable shoes crunched against the undergrowth, his single eye probably struggling to take in everything and pin point any signs of movement due to how cluttered the area was. Yet, for a different pair of eyes, his piercing white suit was as clear as day, slicing through this veil of darkness. Watching with heavy breath as he dealt with the injured Timburr, the second avian he was after was indeed lurking within the safety of the surroundings. Once again, this Pokemon just wanted a darn break from the young and irritating Sylvester.
Not so much as flinching as the bird heard it's name being called, it appeared more up for the skirmish. Not yet realising it's friend had been knocked out, the bird began to descend the tree it had been perched in. Hopping from one patch of foliage to the next, the frantic rustling would've been enough to shake up even the solid of hearts. But it was okay as what popped out and slid down the trunk was exactly what Tobias was after. Letting out a bit of an irritated quack, the bird stomped forward with it's yellow webbed feet, approaching Tobias with a sterner expression than it's brethren had before it.

As the Farfetch'd fell with little to no resistance, Tobias couldn't help but let a small yawn escape his mouth. It wasn't that he was tired but these two Farfetch'd had put up such a bore inspiring fight that it was enough to put any trainer to sleep. " Lateralus, prisoner addition." Floating forward in the air, the Porygon zoomed towards the now fallen Farfetch'd and wasted no time in procuring the new quarry into its imprisonment that it had set up. With both Farfetch'd now obtained and knocked out for the time being, it meant that Tobias had most of the cards he needed to act out on his plan. Standing still as he surveyed the area, he was about to step off with a quick sprint when something blinded his eye. Where Flak had been positioned, an amazing array of lights was now exploding. Taking cover as he moved behind a tree, Tobias faced the other way and was amazed at how much light was being given off. " Hmph, about time that muscle actually got some." Closing his eye, he looked up as he timed the extent of the evolution. As he did, the light itself died down and a hefty slam sent a noticeable disturbance of a quake through the floor. " Have I never felt better! Crushing them birds was GREAT." Yelled the new form of Tobias' Pokemon as it slammed its steel girder to the floor. Moving in from out behind the cover of the tree, Tobias knew what to expect. Examining the new Pokemon, an evolved form of Timburr known as Gurdurr, Tobias nodded as he acknowledged the change. " You may now perhaps serve as a better enforcer." He drolled in a round about way of his own in praising his Pokemon. " Quickly, we take these Farfetch'd back to the boy and demand his co-operation." Looking over his shoulder as he began to take the only available path, he sneered. "I suspect he will have little say in the matter given your new appearance." Grinning from ear to ear raucously, Flak flexed his muscles before yanking up his girder from off the ground. " I'll use that pencil neck like a tooth pick if he even thinks anything funny! HAH! HAH! HAH!" Storming after, the new weight of the steel beam seemed to do little to slow down the now hulking monster.

Coming from Gloomy Ravine. As Marchbaby and Kamikaze reached the orchard they were truly amazed at the beauty of the trees but at the same time the sounds of the trees blowing in the slight breeze and the sounds of Pokemon making noises in the distance was a little creepy. It was a far nicer area than the Gloomy Ravine which Marchbaby was thrilled to be out of but Kamikaze did not mind either area. She was used to moving around a lot with her mother so she did not mind at all if she did not stay in an area for very long. She did like how open of an area the orchard was however as it allowed her to test just how fast she could run. She laid the Farfetch'd down in front of a tree as she began to run around with the trees making excellent objects to test her reflexes. As Marchbaby watched her enjoy running around he decided to let Shellshocker out of his Pokeball so that he could watch the Farfetch'd to make sure it did not escape. As Shellshocker kept a close eye on the Farfetch'd Kamikaze was still having fun running around the trees like a maniac. She had not had many chances to run in such a large area before so this was a wonderful opportunity for her to stretch out her legs. As Marchbaby decided to sit down to rest for a moment Atropos decided to come out of her Pokemon since she noticed Kamikaze was off in the distance. " So I see that unholy demon is enjoying herself. Good as long as she stays away from me I do not have a care in the world what she does." She said as she floated around Marchbaby who was trying his best to ignore her. He knew that she was flat out crazy and if he even tried to acknowledge her that he would probably regret it. He could not ignore her any longer however when she used Will O Wisp to send a ember right next to his head. He stood up and knew he would have to acknowledge her at this point. " Atropos I am tired after all this walking what could you possibly wait that cannot wait until later? He asked as she began to speak again. " I want to watch that terror get her butt handed to her by whatever comes our way next. I want her to suffer more as she has not nearly suffered anywhere near enough in her life as of yet." She said as Kamikaze noticed her and began to run towards her. Being terrified of the demon Atropos again hid in her Pokeball like a coward to avoid confronting Kamikaze. Kamikaze seemed ready for a break so she sat down next to Marchbaby and hoped that the Farfetch'd would maybe smell it's friend and come to them instead of having to go and find it themselves.

Stepping out of the gloomy, dull colours of the Gloomy Ravine, Marchbaby and Kamikaze soon entered their next area of search. Although the area was dark due to the thickness of the foliage that shrouded the area, the way that the suns rays shone through the gaps made the area look almost magical. As they passed through chunks of overgrown ferns, Kamikaze took this as an opportunity to stretch her legs. Springing from the side of Marchbaby, she began her exploration of the area, the only noise being her steps as she flipped from tree trunk to tree trunk with impressive energy.
Having left the knocked out Farfetch'd to one side, the slumbering avian had a certain scent, one of burning wood, a smell very familiar to a particular Pokemon. Beak twitching, the second Pokemon that they were searching for was lurking close by. Hidden between the leaves, it's beady eyes watched from afar, mainly focusing on the human who had since sat down. Immediately it knew what was going on, as it's partner was cleanly knocked out and not trying to escape at all. Of course, being watched over by a Wartortle hardly gave the Farfetch'd a chance to flee even if it had been awake or able to move. Sighing, it knew that it was next on the list and clearly, it's opponents were tough. Still, being the tougher of the pair led the Farfetch'd to summon a bit of confidence. Tucking the leek tightly under it's arm, it was about to step forward when the sight of Kamikaze caused it to jump right out of it's feathers.
Her foot bounding against the tree trunk it was hiding by, Kamikaze landed back on the ground as Atropos disappeared. Slinking to the side of Marchbaby, they waited for the appearance on the second Farfetch'd still unaware that it was lurking close by, horrified. The Wartortle was one thing but the dark, demon looking creature was something else entirely. No wonder it's partner had fainted! Gulping, the Farfetch'd wanted to turn and run away on it's little webbed feet yet pride said otherwise. Trying not to be put off by Kamikaze's appearance, the Farfetch'd puffed out it's chest and waddled out of it's hiding place, a mighty rustle likely drawing the attention of Marchbaby and his group. Seconds later, the second Farfetch'd had appeared, a slight frown apparent on it's face as it took in the sight of it's fainted friend. Cawing loudly, it pointed it's leek towards Marchbaby, as if bravely challenging him to a battle.
The second lost Farfetch'd (Level 20) has appeared! Knock it out in a battle and take it back! Progress to the battle.

As the close battle between Kamikaze and Farfetch'd came to a close with Kamikaze managing to outfight the bird Marchbaby and his team had finally succeeded in finding and securing both of the Farfetch'd that Sylvester had asked him to find. Kamikaze let out a sign of relief before she picked up the Farfetch'd that she knock out and threw it over her shoulder as she began to carry it. A moment later Shellshocker picked up the other Farfetch'd and began to carry it as well. Both Pokemon had no trouble at all holding onto the bird Pokemon but Kamikaze was pretty tired after the last two battles. She really wanted to rest but knew that the Farfetch'd would have to be returned to Sylvester before she could do so. As the group began to walk they were not sure if they should go back the way they came or if they should go in a different direction. From the stories Marchbaby had heard in Blackthorn it was really easy to get lost in the Ilex Forest so he was originally considering going back the way he came. He then remembered how long of a walk it was and he could not make up his mind. As the sun had begun to set he knew he would have to make up his mind soon and he decided to take the risk of going the way he had not been yet and he hoped he would find himself in the Shady Glen when he had last seen Sylvester. As he walked through the orchard the sounds of something moving around really freaked him out. The sooner he got out of the orchard and back to the Shady Glen the better. As the young man walked for a while more and more trees began to surround him. He had a feeling that he was heading in the right direction. As he found a path with footprints on it he decided to walk in the opposite direction of them and he hoped that would lead him back to the Shady Glen and hopefully Sylvester as well. He was not sure how much longer he would have to walk and he knew his Pokemon were getting tired. The young man thought about sleeping and trying to get back to Sylvester in the morning but as he did not want to see the young man get in trouble he knew he had to get back to him soon. Heading back to the Shady Glen
