Nature/Personality: Basil is a very timid little guy and quite honestly has no backbone. He takes orders from anyone which sometimes results in a massive amount of confusion for him. He tends to panic easily and is easily spooked by uncommon things and new experiences. He hates change and needs an organized set of instructions to do his best.
Basil's mind is often cluttered with 'what if' questions; therefore, he hopes for the best but always expects the worst. He is overly concerned about the needs of others and often makes many personal sacrifices to ensure that even strangers will have a smile on their face.
He prefers not to battle and can be described as a coward when faced with conflict, but he tries his absolute best with anything he does.
Sadly, his best doesn't seem to be enough for people to accept. This is why he enjoys the company of Rutherford; he has found very quickly that the girl isn't very eager to judge or insult, and instead, has a vast amount of patience and love to give. He still doesn't trust her, but is slowly becoming more hopeful and gaining tiny slivers of self confidence.
