Appearance: Alexandra is a small woman, only five feet tall. She is a healthy body weight and build, weighing 107 lbs. Her skin tone is a medium tan, marking her Nigerian decent. Her eyes have a unique shape, somewhat big, and almost Asian. They are dark eyes, and show a hint of sadness signature of someone who has been through a lot.
Her face is handsome, the jaw wide and square. Her nose is large, and the nostrils are slightly uneven. Her forehead is also big, but is hard to notice since she covers it with her bangs. Her ears are an average size, but they stick out. This has always been her favorite feature, because as much as people dislike her ears, and want her to change them, she loves them anyways.
The next feature about her that she also loves is her lips. They are a bit bigger than average, and fit her face well. Her hair, in a bowl cut style, frames her face perfectly. Overall, aside from her acne spots, she likes how she looks.
Unfortunately, her winter clothes are not as exciting as the rest of her wardrobe, which is filled with mostly dresses. She often times wears dark long sleeve shirts, with khaki colored pants. Personality: Alexandra is a quiet person. She is open to being social, but prefers to travel alone. It is difficult for her to trust others. She has a sarcastic and sometimes dry sense of humor. History: Lily Nofi is born of a Nigerian father, John, and French mother, Dawn. She spent the first ten years of her life in Celestic Town, of the Sinnoh Region. Celestic Town was a good place for her. The people treated her fairly well. She constantly dreams of becoming a trainer, and finding all kinds of rare Pokemon. School, however, always took first priority.
At age seven, her parents revealed that they would soon divorce. Afterward, John repeatedly moved in and out of their house. He eventually moved out completely, to stay with another woman. During that time he had become especially mean. When he realized that Dawn would no longer tolerate his name-calling, he turned on his daughter, knowing she was much more vulnerable.
Just before the divorce was finalized, John chose to go into bankruptcy to avoid debt collectors. He tried to convince Dawn to enter bankruptcy with him, but she refused. Doing this sadly forced the debt collectors to chase Dawn, which brought foreclosure on their home. Dawn and Lily both decided to pack up what they had, and move to Sunyshore City. They hoped that they would like it there much better, and possibly create better memories. It was a little over a year before she saw her father again.
Lily did not stay in Sunyshore City for very long. Her mother was stricken with an illness, which no one would give Lily the proper details on. Eventually, a friend of the family separated Lily from Dawn completely, and forced her to reunite with her father. Lily and John then moved to Twinleaf Town.
Eight months later, Lily was reunited with her mother. She learned that Dawn had had cancer, which had thankfully been eradicated with chemotherapy. Dawn chose to move into the house Lily and John were sharing. Over time, the living conditions of two divorced
individuals became so hectic, that John once again moved out, and stayed out. Lily has not spoken to him since.
At age eighteen, Lily attended college for the first time. In her school she was offered a position at the on-campus preschool. She enjoyed this job very much, as it gave her a sense of purpose and closeness with her community. Upon receiving her diploma in Studio Art, her job as an teacher aide had to end. Still, she continued to seek out a profession as a teacher.
She soon began working with refugees. The job was delightful, since the children came from all around the world. Sadly, Lily took notice of the lack of diverse employees where her school was located. Soon, her supervisors discovered she was part Nigerian. They began talking to her like she was unintelligent, and even started neglecting the school and the children. Lily knew it was only a matter of time before they would fire her, and she was right.
Now, at age twenty-five, she dreams of becoming a Pokemon Master. She has nothing left to lose. She wants to fill the hole left from losing her students, and perhaps raising Pokemon will do that for her. This is something she has wanted for a long time, and she knows she is ready.
Goals: Become a Pokemon Master.
