Departing from the Unova Festival now three Pokemon lighter and several making her journey heavier, the Rocket Grunt had decided to depart from the base back in Goldenrod and just enjoy some alone training time with multiple new members of her ever growing team. Stopping off in the outskirts of Azalea in the late evening, Sharada kept her head low and rushed through the darkness, her Slowpoke Well mission meaning her face was less than welcome back in this town. Not that it was their peaceful community which she wished to mingle in but that of the cave which connected back towards the Violet City area. Recent radio reports announced some rare bug lurking about which she wouldn't mind grabbing for the boss but it was more of a side goal. Deciding to take some time out to sit in a traveling yatai to collect her strength for the night ahead, the rather lonesome girl held her head low as she chewed on the food available to her. Upset in some form or another, many thoughts were filling her mind. The Rockets, the loss of a Pokemon in Joe's gang due to her stupid plan, parting from Yojimbo and Joe... It all just appeared to happen all at once.
Sighing heavily as she took another bite, her eyes blinked suddenly as a rumble from her Poketch kicked in. Grumbling under her breath, she stared at the screen, expecting it to be someone back in base demanding her return. Yet the number and name what continued to flash in front of her was something she hadn't expected. Jumping up from her seat and giving the yatai owner the payment for the food, she rushed into the nearby wilderness and took the call, cheeks flustered and face surprised at who the caller was, "D-Daddy?!" Right on the screen before her, a beaming face of a buff, pompadour possessing sailor lit up her screen, there was no way she could mistake her own father. "Bwhaha! Sharada! It has been months since you're mother and I heard from you, we were starting to get worried. Good thing I remembered you had that Poketch contraption... Aeheheh, even if it is a little late of me." Her expression faltering, the brunette managed a smile, eyebrows raised, "Late is better than never. I-I know it has been a long time and I should've phoned home sooner but, a lot of things have been going on."
His eyebrows raising and a grumble escaping his lips, the large male on the screen made a beaming grin, "No, no, no need to worry. You're mother and I didn't want to disturb you, we were planning on waiting a little longer for your word but I couldn't help it, I got a nice present for my favourite girl!" Blinking back at him, Sharada tilted her head and smiled, "A present, Dad? I hope it isn't anything too big, I'm not sure if I have much bag room." Rubbing his nose and laughing deeply, her father waggled a finger in front of the camera, "It's something small and right up your street! A Pokemon, in fact! Heh heh... Me and some of the boys went over to Mauville for a weekend trip and on some stint of pure luck, I hit jackpot! Won a little critter in return for all my splashing of cash. Your mother wasn't all too happy with me, but she gave me the idea of passing this Piplup onto you." Shaking her head from side to side with an amused grin plastered on her face, hearing such a thing didn't actually surprise her all that much. Her engineering father usually had either a wrench, bottle of booze or a cigar in his fingers, so gambling wasn't anything to be shocked over.
Noticing he was trying to work out how to ship the Pokeball over to her, Sharada put on her biggest grin at the news, "A Piplup?! Daddy, that is great! Water types are really something I love~ How is my Luvdisc doing aswell?!--" Trailing off, the two fell into a deep conversation about how home was doing. Mainly how he line of work had kept him busy and her mother, too, was doing well in her store. Briefly explaining her own journey so far, she missed out on parts like Joe, the Rockets and other changes to her personality but it appeared her father was still able to pick up on them. "Hahaha! I see! Seems like you really do have a lot more life from when you did back here in Dewford. I'm really pleased for you, I dont think I remember seeing my little girl smile so much. Make sure you keep up this cheery side to you, alright? When you come back home, you can show all those gits how much stronger you have become." Flinching as he was obviously referring to all the other kids her age, it was clear the memories had hit her, not that it stopped her father from continuing, "Just so you know, all those lazy ass kids are still moping about. I'm pretty sure only a handful of kids including you have bothered trying to stretch your wings... Heh.. U-UH Uh oh!" His attention turning elsewhere, he turned back to Sharada frantically, "Best be off, it seems Rapunzel has woken up haha. I'm sure you wanna have a word with her but it's best I let you go for now otherwise we'll hold you back even longer. Take care, kiddo!" "--D-DAD--!! A-aahh..."
Clicking her Poketch off as the call ended rather abruptly, she stared at the Pokeball which held another new addition in her hands, "A Piplup huh? Well I guess they are kinda cute." Pulling back her hand as if ready to release him out for the first time, a shiver was sent down her spine at the sounds of howling Pokemon began echoing from the wilderness, the night beginning to approach. Looking around in fear of any watchful eyes, she placed the Pokeball on her belt for now and began to stroll speedily along the path, heading towards the entrance of the cave. Not quite stepping in, Sharada placed a gloved hand on the rocky wall, peering cautiously at the innards, noting the dimly lit lanterns strung along the walls. "Well atleast it isn't completely darkness in there." She grumbled with narrowed eyes. Checking over her belongings, she took in a deep breath and stepped inside the cave to do a bit of exploring.

UNION CAVE- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
Though the cave wasn't completely immersed in darkness, the lighting system wasn't top notch. Some lanterns flickered erratically, a sign they could possibly go out with no warning, perhaps plunging unwary travelers into a perpetual state of nothingness. A few were already out entirely, creating pockets of inky black down the winding path that eventually opened up to Route 33 at the end.
Pokémon were quite abundant in these black pockets, though many preferred blending in without the need for shadows. Geodude pretended to be immobile rocks, backs facing outwards and arms tucked in to complete the facade. Wild Onix stretched out along the walls, their heads hidden so that they merely seemed to be a pile of boulders. Others, like the one that was about to drop in on Sharada, took to the ceiling.
Plentiful Zubat hung from the stalactites, dozing or fluttering about quietly as they went about their day. A small insectile Pokémon was crawling through their midst, searching for something to eat but finding no luck. It spotted a grub in a returning Zubat's mouth and positioned itself, leaping out at the blind bat with its forelegs ready. But it had misjudged its aim and went soaring over its quarry, sailing towards Sharada and bouncing off her head.
It landed on its back, shocked by the sudden descent. Its legs had curled in on itself, but the critter quickly regained its composure and rolled onto its feet, gazing up at Sharada with a mixture of fear and curiosity. The Pokémon was a Nincada, a fairly uncommon sight around these parts. It didn't seem inclined to fight, but it wasn't backing away either...
Attention!A timid Nincada (Level 15) has appeared before you! Will you battle it or flea flee?

The previous time Sharada had entered this cave was that of a swift stay, mainly to just crack on with the Rocket mission which was being held in Azalea. But now that she had a bit of time to herself, as well as darkness approaching her from all directions, she decided now would be a good time to have a good look around. Mountainous treks and scurrying about in caves weren't usually on her top list of things to do. In fact, she disliked the feeling of being so surrounded by dirt and rock, the fear of being trapped inside and not being able to get out or being buried alive having crossed her mind numerous times. Putting on a brave face for now, it was needless to say many things about the brunette had changed since she had begun her journey. "...But I still hate this cramped feeling." She grumbled to herself, a hand guiding her across the wall. Deterred by the chaotic flickering of a few lights, she had crossed her fingers in hope of them not conking out on her last moment. Perhaps venturing in her was a bad idea after all.
Realising her mistake, the brunette stopped on the spot, a steadily lit lantern showering her with light as she contemplated on what to do. Up ahead was just nothing but darkness, behind her was a similar darkness due to the light rolling in. Maybe just hiding behind a nearby boulder and waiting out a few hours would be her best plan. Grimacing, she bravely took one more step forward, "Psch, darkness. It's endless." Rubbing the corner of her eye slightly with her gloved hand, a sudden flicker of debris dropping from the ceiling distracted her. Frowning her brow, she was about to look up until something bounced right off the top of her head. A hesitant shriek escaping her horrified facial expression, her usual girlish outburst and running off blindly was replaced with stiff turn, to see who dared use her as some sort of trampoline. Her furrowed brow slowly raising, the brunette needed to blink as few times, her suspicions of what the creature was finally confirming as soon as it flipped to it's feet.
"A Nincada? I wasn't aware any were even in Johto, let alone this cave." Leaning forward to try and narrow the darkness between them, her scrutinising stare flickered over the small bug, a grinned spreading across her cheeks. "As if I would pass up on such an opportunity as this~ I know you evolve into a right speedy thing. Perhaps I can make some use of you." Plucking out a Pokeball, Sharada enlarged it with a single push of the central button, reeling her hand back before tossing it forward, "Dimitri! This on is yours!" Flinching herself as the flash of light penetrated through the darkness, what soon stood before her was a tiny Shroomish. At first he appeared calm and collected, staring dead on at the bug which was about his size, if not smaller. But then the darkness around him began to kick in.
Shaking nervously, the fearful Pokemon looked from side to side before shutting his eyes tightly, muttering it's cry over and over. Raising a hand to her forehead, Sharada tried to cheer on her Pokemon, "C'mon Dimitri! You are more than capable to do this!" Ignoring her words, the petrified creature continued to shake, jumping in the air erratically as the partially blind Nincada appeared to flicker an antenna. Shrieking, he dashed back to Sharada, hiding behind her legs and quivering in fear. Sighing out loud, she quickly went for another ball, "I dont want to lose this thing, so just stand back and watch, Dimitri!" Sniffling as she tossed her second attempt forward, she had high hopes for him but knew that he most likely wouldn't hold back. "Diablos." She stated firmly as a rippling shriek of a roar boomed out from his odd maw. Getting accustomed to the pitch black darkness which surrounded him, the tall demon was soon aware of it's puny opponent. Snorting with disinterest, he was going to terminate it. "Diablos, used Seismic Toss!" Her voice stern and orderly, she didn't want this Pinsir to think of her as some pushover. Although he was agitated by now being owned by a human, he stomped forward to fulfil his order.
OOC: Just to confirm, Shroomish was sent out at the start but then replaced by Pinsir and used Seismic Toss.

Standing its ground, the Pokemon was trying to act as neutral as possible in this situation as it made a somewhat irritable chirping noise that didn't seem to be ending any time soon with how incessant it was. Merely staring at Sharada, it hoped that it could fool her into thinking it was some sort of statue or feature of the cave but that would prove futile as she exclaimed out, recognising the species of the Pokemon from her home region. Blinking its large, bug eyes, it let out a loud chirp as it tensed itself up. Sending forth a Pokemon, it seemed that it wasn't going to be getting out of this one as easy as it had thought. Blinding also by the sudden expulsion of light, the Pokemon was completely disorientated as its eyes span around in opposite directions trying to reclaim sense of its surroundings. By the time it did, it noticed a strange mushroom like creature ahead of it. If that was what it would have to face, then so be it. About to move into a battle attack, the Nincada paused as it noticed how tearfully afraid of the dark the Shroomish appeared to be. Even with encouragement from its trainer, it did little to avail the situation. Watching as the Pokemon hurriedly retreated off, the Nincada carried on with its unsettling cry as it knew it had an opportunity to take advantage of a free round. As the girl pondered what to do next, the Bug began to hum strangely as its cry became much more hollow in sound. A sudden tensing of its muscles and the Pokemon had used Harden to bulk its defences. Unfortunately, with the trainer's next choice of Pokemon, the Nincada's tactics would likely prove ineffective when it saw the brutal fighting prowess of what it was up against next. Unable to fully make out Diablos' outline, the Nincada's cries became more frequent as it felt the ground quake with it launching up ahead to it. Closing its eyes, the Pokemon was terrified as it felt itself being gripped tightly in the stag beetle's arms. With a hefty buckle of its knees, Diablos lifted off the ground with an unbelievable leap. Previous uses of Seismic Toss had taken both parties high up into the sky but with the obstruction of a cave ceiling... It would prove hardly any different. Smashing its larger pincers back and forth, the Pokemon dug upwards into the cave's roof before disappearing into the rock. Seconds later, the Pokemon came crashing out of a new hole as it landed downwards, this time pinning the Pokemon beneath its foot as it came tumbling down to the ground. With a sickening crash, the Nincada should at least be grateful its hardened shell had allowed it to remain unsquished. Still forcing its foot down on the Pokemon, Diablos let out a cacophonous screech as it reeled back. Fed up with being thrown around so easily, the Nincada had swiped up with its dull claws and forced the brute off. If Sharada didn't intervene in the next round, who knows what brutal retaliation Diablos would exact?! Wild Battle

Eyeing Diablos cautiously as he pounded out onto the battlefield, only time could tell how he would react. This was their first battle together and first time out in the open after the Bug Catching Contest which was held in National Park. Back then he was as violent as anything, ripping up lamp posts and trying to slice her Slowpoke in half. Luckily he was too chunky and the power of sleep helped them to capture the beast. But it was clear he held some sort of grudge against her with the odd piercing glare he sent over his shoulder. Feeling the hair on the back of her neck standing up on end, she gulped slowly, trying to keep a serious and calm expression of her own. Amazingly, he did indeed start to move forward to attack. Maybe to make use of his skills or maybe he wouldn't be as hard to tame as she first thought. Regardless, his help was appreciated... So long as he didn't squash the poor thing.
Looking down as little Dimitri by her ankles shivered even fiercer than before now that Diablos was in the area, the brunette knelt down slightly to give the shroom a delicate pat of support. "Don't worry so much Dimitri, everything will be al--" Freezing on the spot as the Pinsir grabbed the bug and then used his large pincer like horns to drill a hole in the ceiling, there was no doubt that Sharada's face soon filled with the look of shock horror. Mouth agape, eyebrows frowning and eyes looking up at the new cave decoration in the roof of the cave, she jumped as a second one was made in the form of him crashing back down. It was amazing the pair of them were alive after that, let alone the poor Nincada. "Diablos! Stand back!" Straightening herself back up as the Pinsir placed a foot over the bug in attempt to squash it, he was soon sent reeling back due to a rather sneaky scratch. Eyes narrowing to the tiniest of points, he was going to erupt!
Needing to think fast, Sharada grabbed a spare Great Ball from her belongings, enlarged it with a click and tossed it upward into the air before sternly catching it again. Pulling her arm back before fiercely tossing it forward, she just hoped it would work, otherwise there would be one flat Nincada on the cave floor.

As the ball hurtled onwards to its intended target, Diablos caught wind of the approaching device. Remembering how a similar sphere was used to obtain it, the vicious beetle tried jumping into the air and intercept the Greatball with its great horns. Clashing together and missing them by a split of a second, the blue, red and white ball carried on without so much a deviation in its course. Eventually losing steam, the Greatball fell downwards in its projection and with an amazing display of accuracy, landed directly on top of the Nincada. Grasping it with a red light, it wasn't long before the Pokemon was whisked inside and the Greatball fell to the floor gently with little to no height in the drop. Now rolling back and forth, only time would tell if she had been successful. Once... Twice... Thrice...

As the Greatball rocked slowly to a halt, Sharada hardly had any time to celebrate this new capture as something much more important stood before her. Having witnessed her Pinsir attempt a sneaky swoop to try and obstruct the capturing device from reaching it's prey, the angry Diablos has since turned to send a deathly stare to Sharada. He wanted to squash the Nincada like the puny insect it was, not capture the darn thing. How would he prove his might if all she was planning to do was chuck balls at everything what moved? His pupils becoming thinner as the brunette took a step forward, she soon froze once again to try and talk some sense into her partner. "Diablos, what the heck is wrong with you? Stop acting so rash and return." About to lift up his Pokeball, she flinched as he began to oddly stomp his feet around manically, his brown shell almost glowing red with rage and steam ready to float off his being.
Not wanting to take any risks incase he began charging at her to give the female a taste of his Seismic Toss, she swiftly returned the beast back to his ball, feeling a sense of relief now that his presence had been taken care of. Even little shuddering Dimitri appeared a bit more calm, even if every single rock inside the cave was scaring him still. Crouching to her knees and sending a warm smile to her mushroom like Pokemon, she didn't quite want to pet him incase he accidentally released a hoard of spores on her. "You did a good job, Dimitri. Did you feel a little inspired or stronger after watching Diablos battle?" Appearing to ponder, the Shroomish shook his body from side to side, gesturing a shy no. Laughing at his cute reply, Sharada raised her eyebrows playfully, "We'll continue battling this way if it helps you. I know you can win if you try hard enough. Return for now, buddy."
Lowering his head slightly as the beam of red light drew him back inside the safety of his Pokeball, Sharada released an exasperated sigh. So far she had opposite sides of the spectrum; Dimitri who was incredibly shy and nervous and Diablos who was filled with murderous intent and confidence. It was going to be tough bringing them both to a balance in personality. Stretching her arms as she straightened herself back up onto her feet, the brunette stepped forward to scoop up the ball containing her newly captured Nincada. Shrinking it with a press of the button, she sharply turned and began heading to the exit. Chances were the Pokemon in this cave were practically made of rock and right now, none of her team would prove to fight too well against them. She needed more gentle opponents, especially with one of the babies on her team suddenly popping to mind. An egg in her possession had hatched back in Goldenrod and whilst she had decided to dub the little cutie as Fujiko, the two hadn't met since. Looking down at the holster on her leg and knowing one of them held her Pokeball, perhaps this quiet evening would be a good time to go so.
Stepping outside of the grim cave and out into the late evening of Route 32, Sharada shuddered slightly at how dark it was starting to become. Hurrying off to find some sort of safety in the form of a large tree, she sat with her back against the trunk, eyeing the swaying tall grass close by incase of any Pokemon jumping out at her. Picking out a Pokeball, she looked at it for a good moment before tapping it against her lap, the ball bursting open and bright light morphing into the shape of a small, pink, balloon like Pokemon. A tired yawn escaping the Igglybuff's mouth, she blinked her large eyes up at Sharada, squealing with joy and clinging onto her arm. Smiling at the sight of a happy Pokemon for a change, she gave the small pink creature a delicate pat, "Hello again, little Fujiko." Suddenly reaching a spare arm into her bag, the brunette brought out an odd item which hadn't yet melted from her time at the festival, "Here, would you like something sweet to nibble on? I'm sure your hungry after hatching."
Surprised as the once cute Igglybuff jumped up with excitement and rather rudely swiped the ice cream from Sharada's grasp and ferociously tucking in, the brunette was left a bit lost for words. Shrugging it off and pinning it on the fact that she was just a new born, Sharada was going to be in for a rude awakening once she worked out that inconsiderate was a main factor in this little ones personality. "Woah woah woah, slow down there Fuji. Take your time, I have plenty more, haha." The gluttonous Igglybuff slowly turning her body, her look of concentration turned to one of a sugary sweet smile, one which was ready to eat whatever was given to her.

With the area now in the grip of Autumn's chill and mostly unbearable for the majority of Route 32's denizens it meant that things were a lot less active than usual, given how active this route typically is with the number of people and Pokemon frantically bounding around its lengthy stretch. The occasional gust of Autumnal wind blew the tall now orange hue grass, giving the false impression that a Pokemon was fumbling about going about its daily life. There wasn't even the sound of birds chirping in the trees or the signs of any smaller bugs crawling about to their destinations. Things had started to die down as if reflecting the season and the frozen winter that would follow. However, off in the distance from Sharada and her group was a speeding blur of brown that offered a small possibility of something to follow up on in the less than active route. Zipping backwards and forwards between the worn dirt path and amongst the tall swathes of grass, it was as if playing a game with itself. It was hard to distinguish what it was as there were a number of brown critters that could be found here but nevertheless, it was notably speedy. It got closer and closer and closer to Sharada's proximity as it made one last dash into a patch of grass right before Sharada's feet. A pair of long ears twitched from out of the hiding place as if scouting the area by using its excellent sense of hearing that it had been gifted. As if determining that Sharada was indeed in the area and that her presence was that of a human, itt wasn't long before the inquisitive blur made itself known. Using its stripy tail to stand itself up, out popped perhaps the most fluffiest Sentret known in history. The windy chill had forced it to fluff up lest it be at the mercy of the season. Bouncing up and down wildly, the cutesy little Sentret seemed to be pulling faces at the trainer. If there was one thing that could be certain, it was that this Pokemon had no fear of humans and was strangely quite bold given the nature of the species. Encounter

Despite the constant breeze of autumn, Fujiko was enjoying the cool taste of the creamy, Casteliacones, almost as if unaware of the weather around her. Face overjoyed, each lick made the little pink ball glow with even more happiness, something which was enough to bring a smile to the face of Sharada. "A bit of a chomper, eh? Well, I have no problem with those who like a bit of eating." Laughing to herself, the brunette placed a delicate hand on the back of the Igglybuff, rubbing her cautiously as she appeared to suddenly get a bit of brain freeze. Eventually handing her a cookie to try and rid her body of the chill, she laid her back further against the trunk of the tall tree, looking out across the route she sat on. The world was certainly different when night time was settling in but with some of the things she had seen and experienced, it probably wasn't scaring her as much as it would do when comparing her to her younger self.
Appearing deep in thought, it was only when Fujiko squeaked out playfully when Sharada noticed a sudden flicker of movement before her. Immediately crouching onto her feet, ready to spring up at any second, an arm scooped up around Fujiko protectively as her eyes narrowed on whatever was approaching them. Interestingly, a pair of brown ears emerged from the blades of grass, attached to a fluffy brown body she immediately recognised as a Sentret. Losing her uptight posture and relaxing her tense expression, Sharada let out a sigh, "Phew, nothing to bad then... But jeez, this one seems like a bit of a nosy parker." Hoping it would run in fear at the sight of a human, she instead twitched her brow as it moved in curiously to inspect her and the young Fujiko shared a similar emotion. Jumping right out of the brunettes arms in a cheeky manner, the small Igglybuff wore a beaming smile as she charged with out stretched arms toward the wild Sentret, wanting nothing more than to touch it's fluffy fur. However, Sharada wasn't going to let her new born get in trouble just yet.
With a single lung forward of her leg and a reach of her arms, Sharada managed to scoop up the youngster just in the nick of time, "Hoooold it right there, you. I think it's best you watch someone else fir--" Listening in and taking it as his cue, a sudden flash emerged from a Pokeball strapped to Sharada's leg, bursting out with little care to reveal another young team member, Darumaka. Hopping up and down on the spot before waggling it's arms around frantically, it appeared to be chanting some sort of weird beat, feet tapping in line with his vocal rhythm. Unsure about letting him fight either, she was unable to hold back the energetic fire type as he dashed in regardless, "Umaro! What are you up to?!" Unaware of Unova Pokemon information in general, let alone their move sets, she was a little bemused as her Pokemon began waving his arms around, preparing a Hammer Arm to be used on the opposing Sentret. In the most playful way, of course.
OOC: Sent in Igglybuff, brought back and sent out Darumaka and used Hammer Arm.

The feisty Sentret grinned widely at the Igglybuff, chattering animatedly at the tiny creature. It was so round, just like the balls it nabbed from unsuspecting kids. The Sentret darted forward, aiming to playfully tackle the Igglybuff, when a burst of light momentarily blinded it. Screeching, the scout Pokemon curled instinctively into a ball, hiding from any potential danger. But when nothing happened, it slowly uncurled itself, peering out to see what exactly had happened. The round, pink Pokemon was gone, and in its place stood – or rather, danced – a strange rotund, red creature. The newcomer was odd, chanting some strange song and dancing back and forth.
The Sentret flicked its ears back and forth, wondering just what exactly this strange creature was doing. The scout Pokemon unconsciously swayed back and forth on its tail. The beat wasn’t all that bad, and was actually quite enjoyable. The Sentret imagined that this Pokemon was fun to be around. After deciding that this creature would serve as a suitable playmate, the Sentret springboarded off its tail, doing a quick flip before hitting the ground and racing off toward the Darumaka. Quickly becoming a blur to the naked eye from the sheer speed at which it ran, the scout Pokemon circled Umaro once before slamming headfirst into the dancing Pokemon’s belly.
Umaro rolled backwards from the force of the blow. He tumbled a ways along the ground before coming to a halt mere inches from Sharada’s boots. Chattering happily, he jumped back up to his feet and started dancing again, albeit a bit faster than before. The Sentret stood on its tail a few feet away, swaying to the music again and humming playfully. The Darumaka gave one last chant before jumping up in the air above the wild Pokemon. He extended his now-glowing arm as far as he could, reaching for the heavens before driving a punch downward onto the top of the Sentret’s noggin. The Sentret let out a strangled cry, holding its head in its paws and glaring at Umaro as he hopped away, oblivious to the pain he had caused the wild Pokemon.

Noting that the flash of light had startled the Sentret to curl up defensively, Sharada was still unsure about her pair of new comers fighting straight away. Still gripping the energetic Fujiko tightly in her arms as she tried to wriggle free in order to touch the fluffy fur of the Sentret, she quite clearly had her hands full and couldn't lunge forward to pick up the dancing Darumaka. Standing on the spot as she watched the Unovan Pokemon trip forward with glee, it appeared the Sentret wasn't overly put off. Almost swaying along with the beat, it sped forward with a great burst of speed, sending Umaro tumbling backwards. But oddly, he didn't appear stunned by the attack. A bit of damage had been dealt but the Pokemon sprang back up and chuckled happily, waving his arms around to show he was still full of life. Releasing a sigh from her lips as her tight grip remained hung around Fujiko, Sharada raised an eyebrow, "Umaro, are you sure your doing okay?" Yet her curious question would likely be unanswered.
Skipping forward with arms held high, both Sharada and Fujiko gasped in absolute shock at the attack Umaro performed with such precision and strength. Looking cheerful as he continued with his song and dance, the same couldn't be said about the Sentret as it writhed it pain. Looking over the wild Pokemon, Sharada appeared unsure of what to do next. Sentret were fairly cute, it was a surprise she hadn't captured one before in the past, especially during her first run of New Bark Town. That and the fur on this one was so delightfully fluffy, she almost couldn't hold back her hidden girly personality. Cautiously loosening her grip around the Igglybuff and reaching into her bag of belongings, Sharada pulled out a spare Pokeball, examining the Sentret as it continued to comfort it's head. "Skip back here for now, Umaro. I'm gonna capture this one!"
Fujiko shrieked in glee at the idea of having such a fluffy companion and Umaro just looked as happy as ever. It was a nice change to blunt Rockets, to say the least. With a toss of her hand, the lone Pokeball went flying forward.

The Sentret had managed to get back onto its giant fluffy tail, balancing atop of it, but it was swaying back and forth, as if it didn't have enough strength to hold itself upright. The ferret Pokemon winced as the bruise from the earlier attack sent pulses of pain throughout its body. It warily watched the female Trainer and her Pokemon, unsure if it could make it out of this alive. To the Sentret's surprise, the Darumaka retreated a few paces back. Ears pricking up with interest, the Sentret wondered, for a fleeting second, if they were retreating. The Trainer suddenly taking out an empty Pokeball instantly answered the Sentret's question. Letting out a terrified squeak, the Sentret quickly got back onto its paws and tried to flee, but it was too late. The Sentret let out a cry of surprise as the Pokeball tapped it on the back before sucking it inside. The Sentret fearfully tried to see the last light of day before the capsule closed on it, trapping it in darkness. The Pokeball gently landed back to earth before wriggling violently, the red button in the middle flashing as the Sentret tried to put up a fight. However, its weakened state was unable to allow it to break free and it accepted its fate as the Pokeball stilled, a small beep eminating from it to show it was caught. Congratulations! Sentret Name: Marzipan Gender: Female Level: 8 Moves: Scratch, Foresight, Defense Curl, Quick Attack Ability: Keen Eye Nature/Personality: One of the fluffiest Sentret's known to Sharada, Marzipan is a sweet, innocent and all around adorable Pokemon. Not a fan of battling, Marzipan is just content with travelling around and meeting new people and Pokemon. Curiosity often gets the better of her as she tends to run off to investigate things. Being so young, she doesn't quite understand the ways of the world.
Ignoring Rage and also giving Umaro +1 Happiness and Fujiko +2 as she was holding a Soothe Bell~ Also, since Igglybuff has reached 5 Happiness Points and gained a level, she should have the option to evolve but I'll sort that bit out.
As the Pokeball rocked for the final time and came to a halt, Sharada grinned at such a cutie now being in her Pokemon family. Watching as Umaro tripped forward to collect the ball, he tossed it around playfully in his hands before presenting it to Sharada and jumping around in the air, flailing his feet as if trying to fly. Crouching down onto one knee, Sharada removed her grasp of Fujiko and accepted the ball, smiling warmly at how pleased both Umaro and Fujiko were about their victory. "You both did great and now we have a new, fluffy friend. Do you think we could continue a little longer?" Laughing as her Darumaka began drumming his chest affirmatively and the female Igglybuff span on the spot, she pocketed the Pokeball and took a quick glance around. As much as she wanted to explore, it was starting to get incredibly dark. A slight look of uncertainty crossing her face, she glanced back down to her Pokemon, "Come to think of it, how about a little rest instead? You both worked hard and it's becoming dark." Umaro appeared to be little caring, still as jolly as ever but Fujiko didn't want to go to sleep yet. Who could blame her after that huge sugar intake she previously took?
Flinching as the tiny Pokemon puffed out her cheeks with an angry frown, Sharada took the hint. Laughing nervously, she cautiously placed a hand on the head of the Pokemon, "A-Alright, we'll carry on, okay? Okay. Besides, the two of you are so strong that you can protect me and each other from the baddies out here, right?" Releasing the air from her cheeks and smiling up to Sharada sweetly, Fujiko was pleased with how easy this human was to bow to her wishes. Feeling almost a little stronger with this knowledge, a bright light engulfed the young Igglybuff, causing Sharada to tumble backward and shield her face, eyes wincing painfully due to how close and unexpected the light was. "Woah woah WOAH! Fuji?! You're evolving?!" Erupting with even more enthusiasm and energy than before, Umaro hopped around the evolving Pokemon whilst cackling deeply to himself, pausing and raising his arms up towards the air as the light died down to reveal...
"A Jigglypuff!" Sharada exclaimed with glee, clapping her hands together as Fujiko looked down and tried to examine her own appearance. But surely, there was something off about her? Jigglypuff wasn't exactly all that common over in Hoenn so Sharada couldn't really put her finger on it but to anyone familiar with the creature, it was clear that the usual blue shade of eye had stayed to that of a crimson, similar to when it was still a Igglybuff. Shrugging her shoulders, Sharada still hadn't noticed nor would she mind regardless. "You look even more adorable than before, Fujiko!... Wanna go out and try some more battling?" Trailing off, she stood back to her feet, keeping both of her Pokemon out and looking between the two of them. "Let's go see what else is out there. Umaro, pay careful attention to Fujiko and protect her okay?" A sly smile spreading across the Jigglypuff's lips as Sharada turned away, she settled her crimson red eyes on Umaro, who was still hopping like a lunatic. Silly trainer, why battle when this brain addled oaf could do it for her?

The crisp twilight air was the perfect temperature, bordering on chilly, but not freezing. As such, the normally quiet evening was alive with the sounds of various Pokemon. The Pokemon of the day were preparing to settle down to sleep, while the Pokemon of the night were waking up to a new day. A few brave trainers were out as well, taking advantage of the clear weather and stretching their legs.
Not all of the trainers were solely focused on stretching their legs, however. One trainer appeared to be doing some actual training. As Sharada and company climbed the crest of a nearby hill, they happened across a young picnicker shouting orders to a Nidoran. "Keep it up, girl!" she encouraged, oblivious to the new presence on her training grounds.
The Nidoran, though, was not so oblivious. She skidded to a halt, spinning around as soon as she smelled the newcomers. Her ears shot up and she stared intently at Fujiko and Umaro, her nose twitching slightly as she carefully observed the two. Her trainer finally noticed, turning to face Sharada with a surprised look on her face. "Oh, I-I'm sorry! Are we in your way?" she stammered, quickly lowering her gaze and stepping back off the path. It was then that she noticed Fujiko, and a huge smile lit across her face. "Oh my gosh! That Jigglypuff is adorable!" she gushed, kneeling down to take a closer look at the puffy pink Pokemon. "Um, I-I know this is sudden, but would you like to battle? I've been trying to train my Nidoran, but we haven't found any real challenges..."
Picnicker Liz wants to battle! She sends out a Nidoran (level 12)! Choose a Pokemon for battle!

Unaware of both Umaro and Fujiko skipping off a short distance from Sharada as she cast her icy gaze across the moonlit landscape around her, the brunettes ears perked some as the unusual cackle of Darumaka erupted. Turning with a look of intrigue, there he was skipping about on the spot, pointing his little hand and guiding the crimson eyes of his partner, Jigglypuff, up the hillside. Looking up to see a bit of training going on between a female and her young Nidoran, Sharada flinched. Hurriedly delving a hand into her bag, she ripped out a long, woollen scarf, wrapping it loosely around her neck so that the lengthy tassels would shield the large red R sprawled across her chest. The last thing she wanted was to scare this young girl as she seemingly came skipping towards her Pokemon in a carefree manner.
Pretending to look distracted by something else, Sharada eventually stopped looking around the sky and sent her relaxed expression over towards this young girl properly, now that she had approached. Smiling ever so slightly as she took in the appearance of her Jigglypuff, she nodded, Fujiko putting on a fake little giggle of cute herself to attract a bit more attention. "If only you had turned up a little while earlier, you would've been able to see the little thing evolve from an Igglybuff." About to try and scuttle away now that Fujiko had retreated back to the side of her trainer and the dopey Darumaka swiftly following his leader, the question the young picnicker asked sparked a bit of interest in Sharada. Perking her head upward and looking down her nose ever so slightly at the feisty little Nidoran by her, the brunette closed her eyes. "A battle, you say? Well it just so happens I'm after a bit of training too."
Looking down to Umaro, she smiled and flicked her head suggestively towards the young girl, watching as he jumped up and down before cackling and waddling forward happily. "I choose this guy, Umaro the Darumaka. He is pretty new on the battling front but he packs quite the punch." Her warm smile turning to that of a confident smirk, she held her head high, "Now, let's see what--" Unexpectedly, Fujiko wasn't amused by this choice. Finding the Darumaka dumb yet useful to cling to due to being so warm in this blasted cold, she didn't want him to battle this particular fight after all. Climbing up the leg of Sharada and slamming her tiny hand on a particular Pokemon, a bright light shot right past the shocked Darumaka and formed into none other than Diablos the enraged Pinsir. Shrieking and running back to Sharada's side, Umaro huddled behind her leg, clinging childishly to the now smirking Fujiko. "H-huh?! Wha?! Buh?!... Diablos?! N-Nooo! W-WAIT!" Eyes burning with an intense rage as he realised he was thrown into battle, there was no stopping this bringer of death now. Lunging forward with wide open horns, Diablos was readying a Vice Grip on the poor little Nidoran.
OOC: Darumaka sent in, switched out for Pinsir and used Vice Grip.
