I'm more than happy to sell this on but a couple of things. Even if this is bought, it won't unlock happiness. This has to be done via the Happiness Quest in Cherrygrove. Which also nets you your own Soothe Bell.

So up to you if you still need it. I got it for Tobias completing the quest but it doesn't really fit him (Plus i'm going to be using herbs to get negative happiness for his 'mons) and thought people might want it for happiness farming is why i've put it up here.
