Cobalt is still at Level 10 ~ With Tanya having a Floatzel, a bloody decent Water type, I never really was able to use him.

Depending on how much that Cyndaquil was, I can always lower the price for you. It's not really about monetary gain for me xD *KOFFJOEYKOFF*

Well you already have a fairly decent Water type in Wartortle, so it would probably be better to leave Toto be since most people tend to avoid doubling up on types (especially since, I assume, you would train Cobalt).
