Sharada and Charmander both stared at the rocking Pokeball intently, ready for the moment of truth. Whether is would be caught or not. As it paused after the final rock and made a DING noise, both Sharada and her little fiery lizard jumped into the air at the same time, "YEEAH! We caught another one!" she cheered happily. Charmander seemed to prance around happily too, looking slightly stronger in himself.
Sharada stepped forward and lifted the pokeball into her hands, "I think I'll call you... Ziggy!" she giggled happily. Her attention soon turned back onto Charmander, "Well! You sure have worked hard today! Time for a rest, Charmander." she spoke gently, returning the fire type so it could rest for a while.
The brown haired trainer began to walk forward. She felt that she had been in New Bark Town for long enough now, but she still had not experienced something... A trainer battle! She shrugged her shoulders softly and sighed, "I'll wait til someone comes to me..." she mumbled to herself.

Once Morrigan decided to wait for someone to come to her, a young girl was skipping around with her Hoppip flying beside her. Ceasing her movement, Morrigan had caught her eye and she blinked, tilting her head. "Um... You're a Pokemon Trainer aren't you?" she inquired. "I apologize if this sounds a little sudden, but would you mind a battle with me? My Hoppip could use the training. So what do you say?" she asked, tilting her head.  Aroma Girl Lilly wants to battle! Aroma Girl Lilly sent out Hoppip (Level 6)! |

As a trainer quickly approached Sharada, she couldn't help but smile. It was just what she had hoped for and she wasn't going to let the oppertunity pass her by. Sharada nodded to the trainer in front of her, looking at the little hoppip which was floating around, "Of course! A battle sounds great! " she replied cheerily, reaching for a pokeball on her belt.
Throwing the pokeball forward, a small egg-like pokemon appeared. A Togepi! It bounced happily and chirped, "Toge-pi pii!" Sharada clutched her hands into a fist, shouting out the first move, "Alright Togepi! Start things off with Extrasensory!"

"Togi, togi! Piiiiiii!" Togepi cried out happily, waving her small hand back and forth as a wave of psychic energy hit the Hoppip. "Hooooopip!" it cried, floating back a ways at the force of the attack. It shook its head and floated around its trainer. "Okay, Hoppip! Use Growl!" Lily cried, earning a nod from her Pokemon. Hoppip took in a deep breath and let out a loud Growl attack, making Togepi rather dizzy. She shook her head however and giggled happily. "Togi, piiiii!"[\color]

Sharada cringed slightly as Togepi was sturred by the Growl attack. She watched as it rocked backwards and forwards in a dizzy state, "C'mon! Snap out of it Togepi!" A smile soon replaced her frown as the Togepi seemed to be back in the game... though it seemed a bit happy. Perhaps it was just cheerful because it was her first battle, or just because she was a happy little egg. Sharada shrugged before ordering her next move, "Use another Extrasensory!"

"Togi, togi!" Togepi cried, waving her hand back and forth again, the wave of psychic energy hitting the Hoppip. CRITCAL HIT!! The Hoppip floated back and hovered above the ground, dizzy from the move. It shook its head and glared. "Hoppip! Use Tackle!" Lily commanded. Hoppip complied and rammed into the Togepi, making it roll back somewhat. Togepi shook her head and giggled. She was enjoying her first battle, by the looks of it. Battle

Sharada suddenly let out a cheer as her little Togepi landed her first critical hit, sending the little Hoppip floating backwards. She clapped her hands around happily, "WOOH! Nice hit Togepi! You're doing great! Lets keep this up." She recieved a cheerful reply from Togepi, only to be suddenly knocked down by Hoppips Tackle attack.
Sharada poked her cheek a few times before ordering her next move, "You know what to do! Extrasensory!"

"Togi, piii!" Togepi cried in response, sending another wave of psychic energy towards the Hoppip. Another critical hit!! Togepi was on a roll! The Hoppip floated back again and hovered over the ground slightly, panting heavily. Lily bit her lip in anxiety. "Hoppip, hang on! Use another Tackle!" she commanded. Hoppip lifted itself again and glared at the Togepi, charging at it with full force and caused a decent amount of damage, but was still behind in the battle. Togepi was doing incredibly well for her first battle. Battle

Sharada watched excitedly as the battle continued to unfold. Both of the little pokemon were doing well, but especially Togepi. Sharada slowly sighed to herself before letting out a laugh, "I should totally use her more often.." she whispered to herself.
As Togepi landed yet another critical hit, Sharada couldnt help but cheer some more. She even jumped into the air slightly with excitement! "Amazing Togepi!" she cheered. Calming down slightly, she watched as the little Hoppip lunged forward once more, but obviously wasn't quite as strong as it was before. Sharada smiled mischieviously, "Alright Togepi! We have her on the ropes! One or two more Extrasensory's should handle her! Lets go!"

"Togi!" She cried, once more waving her hand back and forth as the wave of psychic energy hit the Hoppip again. Once again, a critical hit! The Hoppip was getting weaker now and could barely hang on. Lily bit her thumb and began to sweat a little. This wasn't going so well for her. "Hoppip! Use Splash!" she commanded. The Hoppip nodded in response and used the attack to try and hit Togepi, but it missed! Battle

Sharada looked on ahead, slightly shocked as Togepi landed yet another critical hit! This was amazing luck, landing them three times in a continous row. Clutching her fists, Sharada had a feeling that the fight was nearing the end. It seemed as if the next move would finish it, especially as Hoppip's moved had completely failed.
Laughing to herself at how repeatitive she sounded, Sharada pointed her finger towards the Hoppip and cried out, hopefully for the last time, "Extrasensory!"

"Togi!" Togepi cried, waving her hand and unleased a wave of psychic energy towards the Hoppip, knocking it out instantly. The Hoppip fell to the ground and swirls replaced its small eyes, making Lily cover her mouth in shock. She returned her Pokemon and whined to herself, but smiled at Sharada. "That was a great battle. Here's your prize money." she said, handing her the award money. She then waved and trotted off. Battle

 Togepi reached Level 9! Togepi wants to learn Metronome but doesn't have enough room. What move will you delete? Charm, Growl, Extrasensory, or Lucky Chant?

I'll get rid of growl and update myself in a sec ^^ Thanks very much for all the modding, I think I can move on now lol]] Sharada stood with a beaming smile on her face, she ran over to her Togepi and swooped her up into the air, "You did it Togepi! That was amazing!" The pair continued to bounce around happily over their victory, before Sharada felt a hand on her shoulder. She turned slightly and accepted the money from the trainer, "Thanks alot! You really helped out!" she smiled, waving as the trainer began to skip away.
Returning her Togepi to her pokeball, Sharada began to start on her adventure once more, "Alright! Next city, here I come!" |
