All Pokemon encountered are level scaled with range of some +/- 3 levels of your team's average.

Pokemon with "Level X+" means they will start minimally at that level so be prepared!

If your Pokemon is high enough levels, the wild Pokemon could be evolved as well!

Fishing/Water Area Outside:
Since Route 27 is mostly water route, this residence also provides some spaces for fishing, if you like Magikarp or Tentacool. The fishing/surfing space is available outside the Residence gates. Bring your own rod please!
