After heading back through the treacherous Ilex Forest Marchbaby found himself back at the entrance to the Union Cave that he had visited a while back on his journey. This time around he was a proud owner of a Dragon type Pokemon and the rest of his team had gotten stronger since his last visit. Even though most trainers did not have much of a reason to revisit the cave after they departed he did have a very good reason. An ad he had found for the Kalos festival mentioned that a stall would trade some newly discovered Pokemon for others that had been known for a long time and one Pokemon on the list caught his eye. It was a Pokemon called Carbink and only those who would trade a Geodude for it would be able to get one from the festival.
He had remembered that the cave was home to Geodude and a trainer or two had even been known to use them there. Since there was a decent amount of time to capture a Geodude before the fair ended he was not in too much of a hurry to get one but as there was still a time limit to run into one he knew that he had to get one soon. In the mean time he could also train some of the weaker Pokemon on his team that could really use some extra levels for his upcoming gym battle with WHitney whenever he finally gained enough confidence that his team was strong enough to take up the challenge. Until then this would be the perfect time for him to bond with the Dragon he had acquired from the contest that he had won.
Eager to get a better look at his Dragon Marchaby let the Goomy of of it's Pokeball. He soon learned that the Goomy was female and it's skin reminded him of rubber but that did not quite sound like a good name. Trying to think of a slightly better one he remembered Wailord and Wailmer had a thick layer of fat called Blubber and even though it might not have been the coolest name ever for a dragon he thought it would work for the time being. As the dragon yawned after being stuck in virtual reality for what felt like ages Marchbaby thought it was quite cute. The pair then ventured off to explore the cave and see if they had missed anything the last time he was here as Blubber tagged along just as happy as could be.
Ooc: I am not sure if we have to rp our way back out of the Ilex forest or not but if we do I will gladly do so before I receive a reply to this. I was not sure if we were supposed to or not and I do not want anyone to think I am trying to horde Poke by going through it again so quickly.

If it were Geodude that Marchbaby had ventured back into Union Cave for then there was no doubt he would come across them as they were actually quite a common appearance within the cavernous passage. Naturally enjoying the environment that caves themselves presented, it meant that great numbers of their kind flocked to such areas. In fact, the average trainer that crosses through a locale such as Union Cave has likely crossed paths with an estimated two hundred or so plus by merely walking through. Of course, these weren't confrontational encounters. Instead, by walking through the caves, they had passed by the rocky beings as they embedded themselves on the walls and ground and camouflaged themselves to blend in with the scenery. In Marchbaby's case, the first thing they would bump into was a most fortuitous sight. Off in the murky distance appeared to be two floating rocks with fairly ample sized arms which appeared to be punching away at a massive boulder. So busy working away on wearing down this boulder, the two Pokemon were unaware of Marchbaby's presence. It was only when he neared with Blubber with him that one of the Geodude turned around, letting out something of a surprised cry. Encounter
A startled Geodude (Level 13) appears! Please select a Pokem... Oh?... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... Although this appeared to be a case of stumbling across two wild Geodude, things certainly didn't feel quite right. And this was hit home even further when a sudden yell cried out from around the corner of the cave. "HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!" Echoing loudly as the deep voiced boomed off as warning, a sudden bulbuous fellow came jogging from around the corner. Wheezing heavily out of breath as he wiped the sweat from his forehead, the man looked over to Marchbaby. Clad in hiking gear and possessing a massive backpack, there was no doubt this was a hiker. Almost as common as Geodude were on rocky terrains such as this. "Hooooold up good sir! I do apologise! I left my Geodude here to work on this boulder. I went off to examine the cave further in. I apologise for the confusion. These aren't wild Pokemon. They're my own." Coming to his side, the two Pokemon folded their arms and nodded. "What a pickle. How about we have a battle? The three of us can do with a break from our scouring." Trainer Encounter
Hiker Russel interrupts! He sends his Geodude (Level 13) forward, who punches their fists together! Please select a Pokemon for battle. OOC: And it's no problem about Ilex, March. You've cleared it once. If you had to backtrack through there, you'd have to do the same for going back to another city and vice versa.

When the Geodude let out a surprised cry Marchbaby was about to get very excited since he had thought for sure that he had encountered a wild Geodude. It was only when he looked over at the boulder that he realized that they must have belong to someone and sure enough he heard stranger noise from deeper in the cave that to him sounded like it had come from a human. Then when the rather large man stepped out from around the corner he realized that this man must own the Geodude. Although he was a bit disappointed that he would not e able to capture either of them he did not give up hope. He was sure something good would come out of it.
Sure enough after the man explained the situation he asked for a battle and Marchbaby was more than willing to battle. This would be a great chance to train one of his Pokemon in particular Blubber who had never been in a battle before. As the young dragon tamer looked down at his young dragon he felt a deep sense of pride that all of the training he had done without dragon types had finally made him ready to use an actual dragon in battle. " As soon as I looked at the impressive way these Geodude were working on that boulder I should have known they belonged to someone. I can never pass up a battle however. This will be the first time I have actually used a dragon type in a battle before but as a dragon apprentice that is always seen as a giant first step towards becoming a dragon master and I cannot pass it up. Let's go Blubber I want to see what you can do."
There was a bit of a problem however. Blubber was not very keen on battles just like Cinnamon and instead of wanting to battle she scooted off to the side. Marchbaby was a bit displeased believing he had done something wrong but as he had already accepted the mans challenge he had to do something. " Well it does appear my Goomy is a bit too friendly for battles so I guess my first actual battle using a dragon will have to wait for the time being. In the mean time I guess I will have to choose another Pokemon. Let's go Bonecrusher. This fine gentleman will get a free turn since I had to switch in but after his free turn try an Iron Head Attack on Geodude." He said hoping to make up for the lost turn.
Ooc: Sounds good thank you Joey. For the first round March is sending in Blubber the Goomy and then immediately recalling her and sends out Bonecrusher who uses Iron Head. So for the next Mod the NPC will get two turns and whenever Bonecrusher knocks out Geodude Blubber will gain 1 level for participation.

"A dragon pokemon? Those are incredibly rare if you ask me. This should be an exciting battle to see such a battle before my own eyes." The Hiker said with some excitement as the Geodude was poised, ready for battle as he prepared for it. He locked eyes on the Goomy that had been sent out by the trainer before them. Only to be a little disappointed after Marchbaby sent the pokemon back into its pokeball. It looked like it wasn't going to be able to challenge it at all! "Geodude use Magnitude when this new pokemon comes out! Then use Defense Curl!" The Hiker called out as Bonecrusher appeared on the field. Bonecrusher was an unusual, and unique pokemon as he was a shiny type pokemon. The rock pokemon standing before Bonecrusher, struck the ground with its hands and the ground shook, like the unmistakable sound of an earthquake, it shattered the ground below them. This stunned Bonecrusher a bit but he recovered from the attack no problem. And to follow things up, the Geodude rolled itself up into a ball as it tried to brace itself for the oncoming attack, but by now it was already too late, the Geodude was going to loose. Bonecrusher rushed forward with its head prepared to make a powerful blow on the Geodude. He rammed the geodude with such force the pokemon slammed into the rock nearby in the cave walls as dust and bits of cave flew everywhere shocking the hiker at how strong the pokemon that Marchbaby was. He managed to faint his pokemon in one blow! "Aw no Geodude!" He called out hoping that his pokemon had some how survived the attack, but it was too late now. Seeing that his Geodude was down and out for the count, the hiker returned his fainted pokemon as he had one more in for battle. He tossed another pokeball into the air as another geodude appeared onto the battle field. "You surprised us this round but I assure you won't make that mistake twice in one row." The hiker said. Despite how the tide of battle had shifted, he still seemed pretty confident. Battle

Despite the less than fortunate waste a a turn Bonecrusher's Iron Head had quickly turned the tide of battle. The single Iron Head had caused a catastrophic amount of damage to the Hiker's Geodude leaving even Marchbaby stunned as he was not expecting a one hit knockout. Although the first Geodude's attack had done a considerable amount of damage to Bonecrusher he was still quite confident in the young dinosaur especially after witnessing another fantastic attack. He felt it was a shame that his first dragon was a pacifist who would not battle was a true shame since all the dragons he had met before loved to battle but he would find a way to overcome that obstacle.
The good news was that this battle had been a fantastic way to train Bonecrusher who was clearly getting stronger by the minute. Marchbaby had a feeling in his gut that if he could keep up this pace it would not be long before a Lairon would be standing in front of him. As he dreamed of the day that Bonecrusher would evolve Blubber was still watching from the sidelines with no interest whatsoever in battling herself. He would not dare force a dragon to battle if she would not but he still wanted to train one of the weaker members on his team. Remembering that he had received a Pineco from a friend a little while back he at least wanted it to gain a bit of experience for participating.
As he reached for Cannon Fodder's Pokeball he had a plan all ready to go in his mind. He was going to utilize the same rules as he did with Blubber so that the bug could gain a little knowledge of battling. " Well since I am allowed a free switch in every time I knock out a Pokemon I think this one here could use a bit of experience. Let's go Cannon Fodder." In a right flash the pine cone like Pokemon appeared in front of Marchbaby with a near lifeless expression. He had heard Pineco were not the most lively bunch but this was ridiculous. He knew that it would not stand a chance in a battle at all and knew he would have to lose another turn. " Well the good news is that Cannon Fodder will get a tiny bit of experience however I do not think he will be able to have a chance against your Geodude. Bonecrusher it is time for you to help out again."
As the shiny Aron nodded he knew what had to be done. Marchbaby hated wasting a turn again however it would be for a good cause in the long run. " After this gentleman get another free turn try another one of your Iron Head attacks." He said hoping to make up for the lost turn.
Ooc: Bonecrusher should have actually gained 975 exp instead of 2 levels since he is above level 25 and he is holding a Lucky Egg. I have gone ahead and edited March's profile with the correct experience amount and level. The only other thing is that Hiker Russel's Geodude do not know Magnitude. Tackle and Rock Throw are their only attacking options while they can use Defense Curl and Rock Polish to change their stats. Just wanted to point that out for future reference since the attack did not make any major difference. Thank you for the reply Sacred Fire. As for events this time around March sens out Cannon Fodder and then switches him out for Bonecrusher at the cost of a turn who then uses Iron Head.
This next Geodude has Sturdy so it will take two hits to knock it out no matter what. I am thinking of taking a bit of a risk in the next turn if everything goes well this round.

With the first Geodude down and out, Russel had no choice but to send out his next one. "I think we may be in a bit over our heads at this point, Geodude, but let's give it our all anyway!" He was hoping his Pokemon were just tired from working on the boulder, or that Marchbaby was just incredibly strong and way over Russel's league. The OHKO's were a bit embarassing, but he was sure that this Geodude wouldn't have that problem. "Not using the Aron? Well, I gotta say, i'm a bit pleased." Russel chuckled, and then grinned widely when the Pineco appeared. Sure, it may not have been lively, or happy, but it was a Pokemon more their speed. "Alright Geodude! Let's see how that Pineco fairs with a Rock Throw!" The hiker commanded. Geodude seemed to be used to that move, and began to pick up some of the rubble at it's, er... feet? However, Russel's heart sank a bit when the Cannon Fodder, odd name indeed, was switched back out for Bonecrusher. The attack was already underway, and Geodude hurled the rocks towards Bonecrusher in an ongoing onslaught. "Yeah, you've got this!" Russel reassured Geodude. However, when the dust settled, Bonecrusher hardly looked phased. "That's a mighty sturdy Pokemon you've got there." Russel nodded. "But that doesn't mean we're out yet! Geodude, try that again! Let's really penetrate it's defenses!" Russel ordered, but Bonecrusher had other ideas. Iron Head again would knock this Pokemon out and they could be on their way. The impact would have surely busted the Geodude into mere bits of rubble and rock, but thanks to it's ability, Geodude was still standing, albeit weakly. "The preservation of mountains, and the sturdiness of them too. Good job, Geodude!" The Pokemon proceeded with it's rock throw, although it was just as lackluster as the first. "Well pity." Russel's Geodude - Level |13| Health: 1/37 Current Status: Solid as a rock! Successful Rock Throw! Successful Rock Throw! Marchbaby's Bonecrusher - Level |28|
Health: 56/74 Current Status: Won't be singing that next turn. Switched out for Cannon Fodder! Successful Iron Head!

Seeing the results of Geodudes attack had led Marchbaby to believe that he had made the right call to switch out Cannon Fodder for Bonecrusher since the poor bug type wound not have stood a chance against the Rock Throw attack. He hated not getting to use Cannon Fodder yet since it's evolution was part steel type which was his second favorite type however it would have been a waste if he did not make the switch. The good news was that his Pineco did gain a little bit of experience just by being present at the beginning of the turn which meant it was still a tiny bit closer to reaching it's true potential. As He got ready to call his next attack however Blubber slithered back over towards him seemingly ready to fight all of a sudden.
He had been wanting to try he out in a battle as well but her dislike for battles had gotten in the way earlier when he wanted to use her. Now that she suddenly wanted to battle however he was certainly not going to pass up the chance to use a dragon type. " Well it looks like I will actually be getting to use a dragon type after all. I cannot say I am not worried since she has never actually been in a battle before and both of your Geodude's have been pretty well trained however I do think it will be a great learning experience for her." As Bonecrusher walked backwards to sit next to Marchbaby Blubber took his place. Sure the switch would cost a turn but if he made the right choice here Blubber would benefit greatly from the choice and he still had plenty of Pokemon even if he made a mistake.
" Like before you will get a free turn since I am making a switch and I know this is a bit risky to do after Bonecrusher tried so hard but as a dragon apprentice I cannot pass this chance up." As he waited for the Hiker to make his move he watched Blubber carefully since he knew that her species was the weakest of the dragon types. He did not want her to get hurt too badly since he was not very likely to run into another dragon for quite some time and having a dragon type this early on his adventure was a bit of a status symbol. Hoping to avoid bad luck Marchbay finally called for Blubber to attack. " Blubber if you manage to hold in there try and use Absorb."
Ooc: March allows Blubber to take Bonecrusher's place and if she survives the first attack she uses Absorb.

Russel was certain that the battle was well and truly over as soon as Bonecrusher entered the battle field once again. Being a Hiker, he had experience with Pokemon who lived in the mountains and Aron was one of them. Knowing that the hard headed species were forces to be reckoned with, even in the first stage of their evolution line, it was truly no wonder as to why he was losing. That and Marchbaby seemed to have an advantage in general. The way he continually switched between Pokemon meant that he held great confidence in his team. That or he just enjoyed the thrill of battles and wanted each of his Pokemon to have a go too. Whatever the reason, Russel was certain the last attack would be the one to finish everything off but then, something odd happened.
Looking over to the young dragon who had slid her way to Marchbaby's side, it seemed this sudden switch might allow Russel to make some form of come back. Or so he hoped. He held no grudge against this trainer but almost suffering from a second one hit was all too embarrassing for the Hiker. He was going to use this switch to his advantage, especially when it was confirmed and Blubber made her way forward. Still, the Hiker smiled and held his hands on his waist. "So, the dragon apprentice is gonna use his dragon this time, eh? I can say that I haven't seen a Pokemon like this before, so let's see just how many rocks such a soft looking thing can handle!" Seeing Marchbaby so uncertain of Blubber's limitations made Russel feel that this time, he was going to win.
"Geodude, use a Rock Throw!" Grunting, the Geodude turned and with a mighty grip, unearthed a rock from close by. Not even taking the time to aim, the living boulder threw the rock like a baseball and watched as it went hurtling towards Blubber. Her body freezing at the sight, all the Goomy could do was flinch her eyes before letting out a cry as she was struck, her soft body rippling from the impact. "Hoho! Excellent, Geodude!... H-Huh?" Preparing some victory speech in his head about not letting Blubber's loss get Marchbaby down, to his surprise, the Goomy was still standing! New to this battling business, she looked back to her trainer wearily, until she received an order. Gulping to herself, Blubber suddenly sped forward, splatters of her goo making it easier for her to travel across the rocky ground. Approaching the Geodude, her entire body engulfed the rock and using her powers, she absorbed the last remaining bits of health, ultimately healing herself.
Opening her eyes, the Goomy wriggled backwards, releasing her hold of the Geodude who laid on the floor, lifeless. A shocked gasp escaping the lips of the Hiker, a simple, "You won." mumbled from his lips. But once again, he didn't take it to heart, as he instead grinned. "Excellent! I've never experienced a battle like it! That Blubber of yours deserves more attention, that is for sure!" Withdrawing his Pokemon, Russel fidgeting through his belongings before approaching Marchbaby and handing him some money. "Here, you deserves this. Well, see you around!" With a final goodbye, the Hiker retreated from the cave to heal his Pokemon.

Ooc: Going to keep Blubber's current moves. Thank you for the reply Morrigan.
Ic:
Marchbaby watched in horror as Blubber was struck with the rock throw attack. Knowing the Goomy were rather sensitive to physical impacts he was not sure if she would be able to handle the impact or not but to his astonishment she managed to recover enough to launch her own attack that was to much for the rocky Pokemon to handle. " Fantastic job Blubber. That sure was close but you still managed to win. That sure was suspenseful to say the least." As Blubber realized what had happened she frew pretty excited as well due to this being her first real taste of battle. Just as he thought the hiker was about to send out a surprise Pokemon he felt relieved by his admission of defeat.
When the hiker handed him some money Marchbaby was still in awe that he had won his first battle using a dragon type. Blubber was certainly not as powerful as the dragon types he had known in Blackthorn but she was still the first one he had ever had a chance to own and use and as such he was not too frightened by her lack of strength at the moment. He knew that with training she would become more powerful but until then he would just have to find a way to take advantage of her strengths while avoiding using her in battles that her weaknesses could hinder her chances of winning. As the battle was now over Marchbaby decided to start walking around the cave since he had not been there in a while and he was not going to encounter the Pokemon that he wanted by standing around doing nothing.
He had spent a little bit of time in the cave and knew most of the areas in the cave. The only part of the cave he could not explore at the moment was the small lake but since the Pokemon he was after did not like water he did not need to explore the lake for the time being anyway. He was hoping that he would find the Pokemon he was going after before too long and since it was a pretty common Pokemon he was sure if he kept looking he could find one so he could trade it for the Pokemon he wanted to get from the Kalos festival. As he continued to walk through the cave with Blubber and Bonecrusher at his side the shiny Aron turned his head as if he was hearing something. " Did you hear something Bonecrusher? I know you are native to this cave so if something is up please lead the way." Bonecrusher then began to run ahead as Marchbaby tried to keep up hoping that Bonecrusher had discovered something interesting.

Union Cave- - - - - - - - - - - - Perhaps Bonecrusher was drawn to the Pokémon that March would next encounter, like attracting like even in the dim depths of Union Cave. This particular 'mon was one that many trainers never actually saw, usually walking right by them on their way through or simply searching for the real rarities lurking in the shadows. As Bonecrusher led the way, he came to skidding halt as a terrible grating sound filled this section of the cavern, a noise equal to or worse than sharp nails on a blackboard. Even the shiny Aron was mystified to what could be making that Arceus-awful noise, looking round in complete and utter confusion.
A stray beam of sunlight cast a small patch of light in the tunnel, streaming in through a narrow crack in the ceiling. As the grating noise grew closer and louder, the source was thrown into sharp relief as it moved into the light. It was none other than a lone Nosepass, jerking erratically as it was forcefully drawn forwards by its magnetic nose. Having been lurking nearby, once Bonecrusher had come into range, it had been forced out of its normally stationary position by a strong magnetic draw.
The grating sound was its stony, motionless feet dragging against the rocky ground. Unable to control its magnetism, Nosepass could only flail the small, arm-like appendages currently pointed at Bonecrusher in an attempt to communicate its distress. Marchbaby would have to act quickly if he wanted to escape the slow, torturous approach and headache inducing noise made by the Nosepass.
Attention!
A wild Nosepass (Level 8) is magnetically drawn to Bonecrusher! Will you fight or flee?

Feeling lucky to have had such an intelligent and useful Aron that could hear things well before he could Marchbaby could not wait to see what Bonecrusher had heard as Blubber and himself struggled to keep up. He suddenly saw Bonecrusher stop as a horrifying noise echoed throughout the cavern. It was too dark to see what was causing the noise as the only source of light was a small crack in the ceiling. As the noise grew worse by the second Marchbaby held his ears hoping his eardrums would not bust from the deafening sound. Suddenly the source of the move came into the lit up area revealing itself to be a Nosepass that had been dragging it's feet slowly heading towards Bonecrusher. He had not encountered a Nosepass on his first visit to the cave but it was yet another amazing encounter.
" On my first trip I encounter Bonecrusher and an Onix and now a Nosepass on this trip. I still have some time left to encounter the Pokemon I am after and with how rare Nosepass are here I have to try and capture this one once I weaken it enough and since Nosepass are not the strongest Pokemon physically in this cave I think this will finally be the first battle that I use only a dragon type. Bonecrusher stay put so that Nosepass cannot escape. I want to let Blubber practice some more so she can catch up to your level." The young dragon was still not entirely comfortable with the idea of battling however after winning her first battle after Bonecrusher softened up hiker Russell's Geodude she was willing to give it another go. Slowly slithering forward like a snail she stopped a few feet away from Nosepass as Bonecrusher stood his ground to prevent the elusive Pokemon from escaping.
With his Pokemon ready to go Marchbaby began to think about all his years of training under Clair and even though this was not technically his first battle using Blubber it was still the first time she would be used by herself in a battle and he was just praying his years of training would pay off. With Blubber patiently waiting for an order he tried not to let his pride get in the way of the task at hand. " Oh how I wish you knew how to use a dragon type move it would make this the happiest moment in my life but even so I am so happy to see you willing to try a whole battle without help from one of my other Pokemon. Blubber try to use Absorb to weaken Nosepass."

Although nervous, the Goomy was in position and ready to rumble. Nosepass wasn't sure if it was relieved or bothered by the current predicament, though. As it was forcefully drawn, and as the Aron sat still to keep it coming towards it, the trainer had sent out a Pokemon. Perhaps a battle would rid the magnetism and would set Nosepass free? The nice thing would have been to return the Iron Pokemon. Nosepass would have been free to go about it's business. In it's rocky mind, the only thing the Pokemon could think of was the trainer's possible willingness to capture Nosepass. Which, honestly, didn't make any of this better unfortunately.
The Pokemon it was up against was foreign to Nosepass, and should be treated with respect until Nosepass knew what it could do. It looked silly, but that didn't mean anything. Nosepass looked silly, but it was still a strong Pokemon. The Goomy began to slither towards Nosepass, making a sloppy sound as the Pokemon inched forward while Nosepass inched towards Bonecrusher. Attaching it's slimy body to Nosepass, it began to suck some of the lifeforce from the rock, causing a good bit of distress. Nosepass shook it's body and flailed it's arms as best it could, but only when the Goomy was finished did it detach and begin to slither away.
As it skittered across the ground, albeit forcefully, Nosepass managed to rock it's body side to side. It was a slow process, but eventually the force from the rocking broke the magnetism and Nosepass was able to cast it's heavy body towards Goomy. Nosepass fell on it's shoulder, sinking into the Goomy for a second or two before the slime popped the Goomy out from under it. The tackle had hit, but now Nosepass was seriously grossed out. Blubber didn't even looked phased by the tackle. Nosepass growled to itself. It was free from the rocking, but now it was stuck in this battle. Wild Nosepass - Level |8| Health: 15/25 Current Status: That's nasty. Successful Tackle! Marchbaby's Blubber - Level |14|
Health: 35/40 Current Status: *SLUUUUURP* Successful Absorb!

Considering the short amount of time Marchbaby had Blubber and the very little training he had managed to do before using her in an actual battle by herself the first round with Nosepass was not bad in the slightest. The dragon might not have been a powerhouse like Honeysuckle however even with her average strength she managed to do a considerable amount of damage on her first hit and even managed to avoid taking too much damage when the Nosepass tackled her in return. Very pleased to see his dragon do so well he considered allowing her to go another round until he got a better look at Nosepass. As he took a closer look at the rock type it was evident that Absorb had likely sapped a ton of energy.
As much as he wished that Blubber could stay in and attack again he did not want to risk knocking the rare Pokemon out and had no doubt in his mind that trying to capture it was the right choice to make given the low likelihood of him encountering another Nosepass. " That was a fantastic round Blubber. You sure did a number of that Nosepass. If anything your Absorb might have been a little too much for it to handle. I hate to do this but I do believe trying to capture it is the best course of action to take." If anything the young dragon was relieved to hear that she would not have to fight another round as although she had enjoyed the last round fighting was not something she loved to do often and she had gotten her fill for the time being.
With his mind mad up he wanted to make sure that Nosepass would not try and run away and as magnetism seemed to have attracted it to Bonecrusher he thought why not use that to his advantage to aid in capturing the stone creature. " Alright Bonecrusher I want you to stand close to Nosepass to draw it towards you so it cannot get away after all the hard work Blubber went though to weaken it. Blubber stay close to it as well so that it will not know how to react so that I can have the best chance possible to capture it." As his Pokemon took their positions Marchbaby grabbed on of his great balls out of his backpack. Taking a careful aim at Nosepass he flung the ball towards it hoping that his attempt would be successful.
Ooc: March uses a Great Ball to try and capture Nosepass. Updating the ball myself. Edit: Great Ball has been deducted.

Feeling the Goomy drain it's energy, the Nosepass was left with over half of it's health but it didn't ease it's mind in the slightest. Forcibly drawn here due to magnetic pull toward Bonecrusher in the first place, the Nosepass had no expected or asked for any of this. Attacking back in defence, if it could help it, the rocky being would rather thump it's way back into the darkness of the cave. Being the type to remain hidden, the Nosepass hadn't had many encounters with humans and their different, bizarre types of Pokemon. So to see this blubbery, slimy Pokemon survive it's rough and tumble Tackle made the creature somewhat nervous. But then, the attacks stopped and the human spoke. Not too knowledgeable when it came to the human language, whatever was being said led the Nosepass to believe that nothing good was bound to happen.
All of a sudden, it's body jerked forward, the sound of grinding stone bouncing against the walls occurring as the Nosepass was drawn once again to Bonecrusher. However this time, it was the young Aron stepping forward to ensure that the wild Pokemon didn't escape. Trapped, the Nosepass looked around wearily, hoping another passing Pokemon of it's species would step in to help but deep down, that prayer was impossible to fulfill. Instead, a type of Pokeball was sent soaring through the air, confirming one of it's least wanted scenario's of being captured. The ball rocked from side to side until suddenly, it became clear that the Nosepass was now under the command of a human, after years of living solo in this dense cave.
WIGGLE. WIGGLE. WIGGLE. . . . TING!
Congratulations! Marchbaby has successfully captured the Nosepass!

Marchbaby ran over and hugged Bonecrusher and Blubber after hearing the ball click as he was so proud of the pair. On top of that he now owned a Nosepass which was one of the Pokemon he really was hoping to capture. He still had a rather long list and he would not complete it any time soon however each and every Pokemon that got crossed off the list meant he would be one step closer to completing his list of wanted Pokemon. There was one that he still needed to get in a hurry as the Kalos Festival was not too far away and it would not last long. He wished he would have stuck around and captured the Pokemon he wanted the last time he was here but it was too late to turn back the clock now. His luck at finding the Pokemon he was after so far had been rather poor however the Nosepass had been a fantastic consolation to find and since he still had some time to acquire the Pokemon in question he did not have to start freaking out yet. The only question in his mind was what would decide to be the next thing that would want to battle as the first two encounters had been nothing alike and it had been a long time since he was last in the Union Cave that he did not recall every surprise lurking in the cave. If it was anything like the first two encounters he was sure it would be a surprise of some kind. As he walked through the cave with Bonecrusher and Blubber he listened close for anything that might be out of the ordinary as his search for his target Pokemon raged on. Blubber suddenly reacted to the sound of dripping water off in the distance and as she slithered towards the noise Marchbaby and Bonecrusher followed her closely as it was their only lead for the time being. The cave was not as dark as the Dark Cave however there was sill poor lighting conditions making it hard to see where he was going however Bonecrusher had no trouble at all being a native of caves and he managed to follow the young dragon without any trouble. As they came to the source of the noise water was dripping down the sides of a wall landing on the ground but their was another sound approaching them. Marchbaby and his Pokemon waited near the dripping wall as the sound approached hoping to get a good look at what it was before they acted. NosepassName: Topaz Gender: Male Level: 8 Attacks: Tackle, Harden, Block Ability: Sturdy Nature/Personality: Topaz is about as far away from being energetic as one could be. He likes to stand in one spot with his nose facing north and not move for days at a time unless he is disturbed. His rocky defenses make him quite sturdy while the magnetism in his nose causes him to have problems around March's steel type Pokemon. Being a cave dweller he likes dark cool places where he can relax although he does not mind going out into the sun from time to time as long as he is left to do his own thing.
