OOC: Please place Aphrodite's Vulpix into her PC. Thank you! =)
After spending a few days of serious training around the numerous routes surrounding previous town, Aphrodite had finally managed to make her way into Violet City with a newer and stronger team of Pokemon under her command. It was still a little surreal that she had already fully evolved two of her current Pokemon through difficult battles and trusting friendships. She was feeling even more confident and determined to great her goal of becoming a Top Pokemon Coordinator now. Her golden eyes pierce through the thick fog engulfing her petite body. She wasn't expecting such an odd weather condition to be taking place within Violet City at this time. "How I am supposed to see how interesting and majestic this city is supposed to be if I can't even see much of anything because of this stupid fog!" She spoke out more to herself than to anyone else, who may have been passing by her. She was a bit annoyed by the foggy weather, but soon later calmed herself down a bit by attempting to focus on the more positive things on going around her. At least she made a safe and rather peaceful trip to the new city and luckily enough the Pokemon Center wasn't too far away from her. Inhaling and exhaling for a few seconds, the gorgeous, golden blonde trainer made her way into the Pokemon Center and healed up her beloved Pokemon. She thanked the kind nurse for her assistance before exiting the warm and cozy building only to find herself being exposed to the cool and thick foggy weather. "Well. I can't allow this foggy weather get in my way and discourage me from enjoying my stay here. I'll just fight through and wonder around the place for a few minutes into something more interesting comes up." She spoke softly to herself as she started making her way through the thick fog covering majority of the city.
A few minutes passed arm the beauty trainer found herself passing by what appeared to have been a Pokemon Trainer School. Unfortunately, the Pokemon Trainer School appeared to have been closed at this time. "I would have loved to check out this trainer school, Hmm, maybe tomorrow morning would be a better time for a visit." She spoke softly at herself again as she prepared to turn her body away from the decent sized trainer school in order to follow another path. However, before she could even start walking towards another path, Aphrodite heard what sounded like a horrifying cry possibly coming from a Pokemon. "Wh-what was that?" She asked, crossing her arms together as she felt a cold shiver rushing down her spine. Shortly after hearing the cry, a brilliant light emerged from one the red and white Poke Balls attached to her curvaceous hips. The flashing light soon materialized into her small Ralts. "Titania, what are you doing out of your Poke Ball?" She questioned the small Psychic/Fairy type Pokemon. "You must have heard that cry too, huh?" She asked with a small smile. Titania simply nodded her head at her trainer's words. Ralts were known to be able to pick up on humans and other Pokemon's emotions. Therefore, it was quite possible that Titania sensed someone something in trouble. The horrifying cry echoed through Aphrodite and Titania ears again, but this time the cry sounded even more painful than the first time. Titania quickly used her psychic powers to trace the sound of the painful cry. Oddly enough, her psychic powers even allowed her to see what appeared to have been a small fire-type Pokemon being whipped by the vines of two grass types. "Someone needs our help." She spoke telepathically to her trainer before using her psychic powers to teleport her trainer and herself outside of Sprout Tower. "Wh...Where are we?" Aphrodite asked quietly as she glanced up at the unique tower. Her warm amber eyes soon recognized a traveling sign that read Sprout Tower. "Sprout Tower, this must be where those painful cries are coming from, right?" She spoke, glancing down at her Ralts. Her attention was soon rattled, once hearing another painful cry. "Okay. We can't waist anymore time. Let's go Titania!" She called out before rushing into the mysterious tower.
Once inside of the tower, Aphrodite and Titania soon witnessed a rather distasteful sight. A poor Cyndaquil was being beaten by two Bellsprout in a ruthless manner and to make things even more odd to elder monks were standing their watching the terrible scene take place without intervening in the situation. Perhaps those monks were the caused of the Grass/Poison types attacking the innocent Cyndaquil. "Titania, we have to protect that Cyndaquil!" Titania nodded her head and quickly used her psychic powers to disable the vines from beating the Cyndaquil. "Hey! What are you two think you're doing. Haven't you two heard about playing fair and treating others the way that you would like to be treatment. You're supposed to be monks for crying out loud! How could you both just sit here and take part in such a distasteful act? You do are a disgrace to all monks! Where is your Elder? I demand to talk to him right now!" Aphrodite spoke out loud to the two monks. It was pretty clear that this beauty trainer wasn't going to put up with their nonsense at all.

((OOC: Vuplix has been moved)) Chow and Jin watched with cold eyes as their Bellsprouts ruthlessly lashed vine after vine against the pesky Cyndaquil. The two remembered the first appearance of the fire Pokemon and they had been nice enough to warn it away, occasionally humoring it with battle in order to send it off. However, the continuous return of it made the even the Elder become fed up with its persistence to challenge the Elder. So now, it was quite satisfying to see the fire behind the Cyndaquil's back slowly flickering and dulling out with each stroke of the Vine Whip attack. Suddenly, the Bellsprouts froze in place, their vines quivering in mid-air as their attack was interrupted by some unforseen force. Chow and Jin simultaneously whipped their attention towards the entrance, noting the appearance of a blonde girl with her Ralts. Taking advantage of the moment of relief from the barrage of attacks, the Cyndaquil quickly scurried back, shooting Aphrodite a nod of gratitude at her intervention. "Girl, do not interrupt matters here. The Sprout Tower is closed for tourism until we get rid of that fire pest,"Chow commanded coldly, waving a dismissive hand at Aphrodite. "This Cyndaquil has been plaguing this area for months on end already. It will surely burn down this memorial tower if it continues to linger here. We are merely doing some pest control,"Jin added. "The Elder will have no time to see you until we get rid of that," the monk said, pointing disdainfully at the Cyndaquil who let out a growl of hostility. "I would leave matters to us girl. But if you insist on aiding it, we will have to treat you as an enemy. Defeat us, and we will allow you to approach our Elder,"Chow said, with Jin nodding his agreement. The Bellsprouts seemed to have also regained their composure and both stepped forward without hesitation, their vines cracking against the air as they prepared to fight. The Cyndaquil let out an assertive cry, stepping forward and igniting the flames behind its back with renewed energy. It glanced back at Aphrodite, wondering if she would aid it. Sages Chow and Jin are challenging you to a Double Battle! Both sent out Bellsprout Lvl 10 Cyndaquil Lvl 10 will be fighting alongside you!

Aphrodite rolled her warm amber eyes at the two monks as she listened to them attempt to explain their reasoning for punishing the Cyndaquil. "Just because the Cyndaquil is a fire type doesn't mean that it will automatically burn down the tower. I'm pretty sure that this little Cyndaquil has a good reason for wanting to climb higher towards the tower." She stated turning her attention away from the two monks and giving her full attention to the Cyndaquil, giving the small Pokemon a kind smile.
She nodded her head at the monk's statement about treating her as an enemy. "Fair enough, but I'm doing to do whatever it takes to help out this Cyndaquil. I don't know why, but I feel like it's the right thing to do. Besides, I can't just stand here and let it fight alone." She spoke in a calmer tone. "Titania, use your Confusion attack on that Bellsprout!" She commanded, knowing that the attack would be super effective against the Grass/Poison type. After giving Titania her first attack, she glanced down at the Cyndaquil. "Cyndaquil. We're going to fight along with you. I hope it's okay, if I give you a command." She spoke in a warm and friendly voice. She didn't know too much about the Pokemon itself besides it being a Fire Pokemon, yet she was confident that it would at least know one fire type move. "Cyndaquil use Ember!" She commanded, hoping that the Wild Pokemon would follow her command.
Titania will be attacking Chow's Bellsprout.
Cyndaquil will be attacking Jin's Bellsprout.

The two sages narrowed their eyes and stared unfriendly at the graceful young lady, who dared to question their methods. "We're not obliged to answer to you, you know nothing!" Jin hissed furiously and Chow placed a hand on his arm. "She needs to understand why she is wrong. If not she will just continue her wrongdoings and perhaps even return like the pest is." Chow said quietly while their two bellsprouts waved threateningly with their vines. "I guess you are right, hopefully she is a better learner than that cyndaquil. It is a lost cause." Jin said melodramatichly and Chow nodded solemnly. "Young one, how long have you been here? One minute? 5? How can you know what this cyndaquil had done and not done whne you ahve only seen it in such short time, where we have been here for years and have several encounters with this particular stubborn and dull pokemon, hm?." Chow then asked Aphrodite seriously. "Let me enlighten you child," Jin continued before Aphrodite got a chance to answer. "Your little friend there once battled Our Great Elder Li's bellsprout, the strongest there is, and it lost. It is no shame to lose to It as It is special and one of a kind, but this rattata here decided to come back again and again, threatening to burn down the whole Tower in its fruitless attempts to get back in. Elder Li was to so generous to grant it a second battle, which it lost too." "It doesn't stand a chance and we were simply trying to get it into the thick skull of it, that it should get one with its life and do something else! Be a good girl and take it away, capture it and let it battle some wild bellsprout it actually has a chance against." Chow ended their long speech and dismissed her with a wave of his hand. They both stared furiously at her, when she still refused to go, but instead ordered both pokemon to attack! "You are not thinking this through...!" Chow started but then Titania's invisible attack hit his bellsprout, who simply collapsed on the floor without a sound. "Wha...?" He said confused. "Bellsprout, get that ralts out of here! Teach it a lesson!" Jin shouted and his bellsporut hurried forward and directly into the embers Cyndaquil blew at it. Several of them landed on the wooden floor which started to smoke. The bellsprout continued and let its vines whip hard down at Tiania, who could feel the pain, but had surely tried something that was much worse. "ARE YOU CRAZY?!" Jin shrieked and ran forward to start stomp on the embers who was smoking more and more, as they threatened to start to burn for real. "Isn't it enough you are refusing to listen to your elders and are disrespectful, are you now going to be as recless and that thing and burn down this sacred Tower?! Do you have any idea what this is?" He asked her frantically as he put out the last of the embers. Chow slowly sat down to lift his unconcious bellspout, he seemed quite shocked.

Surprisingly, Aphrodite listened to the monks words quite carefully. She allowed her mind to think deeply about the new information that the elders had shared with her. Of course, she didn't know the whole story related to why the Cyndaquil appeared to be so determined about climbing the stairs. Aphrodite nodded her head a couple of times before fixing her mouth to say anything else to the elders. "I understand why you're both feeling that way towards the Cyndaquil. Still, that's no reason to punish it in such a painful way. You can't fight someone for having goals and dreams of their on. This Cyndaquil someday dreams of defeating Elder Li's Pokemon. It doesn't care how many times it losses. It still refuses to let anyone get in its way and allow anyone to stop its dreams from coming into reality. Don't you two have dreams, too? How would you like it if someone made fun of your dreams and discouraged you from chasing after those dreams just because you've stumbled back a couple of times? Dreams aren't supposed to be easy to achieve. It takes handwork and determination. I have dreams of my own and I refuse to let anyone belittle those dreams. This Cyndaquil shows a lot of heart and I just have to help it achieve its dream." She replied in a much softer tone this time.
She turned her attention away from the monks and focused her warm, amber eyes on the battle going on in front of her now. She watched as her Ralts had managed to take out one of the Bellsprout without having to put up too much of a fight. It was due to her Pokemon being a couple levels higher than the monks' Pokemon. "Good job, Titania." She smiled at her Ralts. It wasn't too longer that she noticed the Cyndaquil's blazing embers staining the wooden floors a bit. Her eyes widen as she watched the monks rushed to put out of the flames. Maybe it wasn't a good idea for the Cyndaquil battle here. "Oh, sorry. I'm sure the Cyndaquil didn't mean to start a fire... It can't help that it's a fire-type." She spoked with an awkward smile curved against her lips. "Umm, Cyndaquil. Let's try a little harder not to burn down this place this time, use Ember once more!"
Cyndaquil used Ember!

"Dreams? Don't talk to me like that about dreams! That demon just dreams of burning this tower down. If I dream of harming other people and committing crimes, would you be stopping me too?" Chow replied quickly, hissing with anger in his tone. Jin then nodded to every word that he said, because he did agree with his friend's point. Jin grumbled, upon hearing that the female ordered the Cyndaquil to use Ember once more. The good news was that this time, both the Ralts and the Cyndaquil launched their attacks together, fainting the last remaining Bellsprout, and the floor was spared from getting burnt again, as the Cyndaquil fired at last second and at close distance. The bad news was that, however, that the Cyndaquil was one step closer to its goal of meeting the Elder Li's Bellsprout. Squeaking happily that the oppoents' Bellsprouts were defeated, the Cyndaquil ran up the stairs before the sages could say anything. Chow sighed and replied, "Well, at least your troublesome demon didn't burn the floor this time, but it would be bad if the burning demon burn upstairs. I better call Elder to let him know about this." He said disappointingly, and then headed toward a phone to warn his superior.
Titania gained 2 levels from defeating the Bellsprouts, and is now level 16! She gained 1 happiness, now +4! The Bellsprouts were defeated and heading up the next floor, would Aphrodite follow? OOC: im just gonna assume your Ralts using Confusion again

Aphrodite rolled her eyes as annoyance as she listened to Chow's response. No matter how hard she attempted to explain the Cyndaquil's true motivates, the monks were not willing to agree with her. "This entire conversation seems to be pointless. You guys are too narrow-minded about this." She sighed, shaking her at the the elder men. She turned her attention back onto the battle, noticing that the Cyndaquil and Titania had finally finished off the last opponent. "Good job you two!" She praised the two Pokemon, giving them both a thumbs up,
The Cyndaquil quickly bolted towards the flight of stairs, leaving Aphrodite and her Pokemon downstairs to look at the two monks. "I do hope that you will find it in your hearts to forgive this Cyndaquil. It just wants to follow after its heart and to fulfill its dream." She replied with a small bow before rushing off towards the stairs to chase after the fiery-mouse Pokemon. "Come on Titania, we have to hurry!" She called out to her Pokemon, who quickly used her psychic powers to grant her the ability to travel by flight.

(Ooc: I'm so sorry for the wait.) Jin stared furiously at Aphrodite while he was standing guard over Chow, who was calling upstairs to warn about the fiery intruder, again. Jin had no way to stop the young trainer, but he clearly wished to do so. The cyndaquil proved to be really fast and even though Aphrodite hurried and Titania flew ahead, they did not catch up with it before they reached the second floor. There they were met by yet another sage, who was kneeling and talking to the cyndaquil, when Aphrodite entered the room. "So you managed to get past those to dimwits downstairs again? That is quite impressive, I must give you that." The sage said with a fond smile to the cyndaquil, who looked like it enjoyed the praise. "But are you sure you are ready to meet The Elder? You must remember It has been trained by our Elder in a very long time, and is much stronger than anybodyelse in here. If you had any trouble with the two downstairs I will suggest you go out and train some more." The sage said seriously and the cyndaquill looked like it was thinking about it. "Cynda!" It then exclaimed and turned to look at the set of stairs that lead higher up into the tower. It hadn't had any problems with the bellsprouts downstairs, at least not after Aphrodite had appeared and it hadn't really been a battle before that. "Very well, I wish you luck then," the sage said with a smile and looked after the cyndaquil as it continued up the stairs. "Oh, hello," the sage said with a smile when he noticed Aphrodite and he rose to turn to her. Then the phone rang and he gestured to her to wait a minute while he went to the wall to answer it. "Yes Chow? An intruder you say? I have seen the cyndaquil yes, oh no it has run furhter up already. No, I cannot run after it, I'm getting too old for that sort of stuff. Hmm? A girl you say? Yes, she is here, what? No, I don't want to do that, that is just too silly! Listen... no... why.. but.." The sage sighed and just stood and listenend to the rambling from the other end of the line. "Calm down, I agree with you on that. Yes I do! But I need to leave now, if she is not just going to walz past me up to Elder Li." He said when he get the chance and quickly ended the call. He hung it back on the wall and then walked back to Aphrodite. "I'm sorry for the rudeness for me not giving you a proper greeting, I am Sage Neal," the sage said and gathered his hands in front of his chest as he bowed slightly to Aphrodite. "I can understand that you helped our little challenger to get its first obstackle, unfirtunately we all agree it has to meet its rival on its own. Otherwise it wouldn't be the test of strength and its own battle tactics as it wished it to be. If you are stille going to follow it, I will have to stop you." He said kindly and his bellsprout, who had been looking out the window, turned to join him. Sage Neal is waiting for you at the second floor. He has a Bellsprout |Level 9|. Choose a pokemon for battle.

After a couple of minute of giving chance after the flaming mouse Pokemon, Aphrodite and Titania soon found themselves nearing yet another monk. Unlike the other previous monk, this one appeared to be a little more pleasant. At least for the time being it appeared that way. Aphrodite and her Pokemon continued to stand off to the side as Sage Neal gave the Cyndaquil a little lecture. Sage Neal cunning words of wisdom caused the Pokemon to question his own desire. Luckily, the Cyndaquil decided to continue chasing after its dream of challenging the Elder and his BellSprout. A small smile curved against Aphrodite's lips as she watched her new friend move towards the next flight of stairs. Unfortunately, the Sage wasn't going to allow Aphrodite to proceed any further without challenging her to a battle.
"Hello Sage Neal. I do wish to continue following after that Cyndaquil. It's kinda like a new friend of mine, and I'm sure that you know the importance of being a supportive friend, right?" She questioned in a gentle tone as another friendly smile touched her lips. "I understand that we'll have to defeat you first in order to proceed further and assist our new friend. We're fine with that, right Titania?" She spoke, glancing down at her little Psychic/Fairy friend. She figured that she Titania was able to take out the previous Bellsprout then she shouldn't have too much of an issue with taking out another one. "Confusion!"

Sage Neal nodded in understanding when Aphrodite told him she wanted to help the cyndaquil. "It shouldn't surprise me, but remember the quarrel is between the cyndaquil and the our Elder Li's bellsprout, if you rush in and do the work for it, it will do more damage than good, for it." He said seriously, while his bellsprout waved back and forth like it was pushed to by the wind. "I can understand you want to help it, that is very typical for nice people," Neal said with a smile and watched as Aphrodite gave her ralts an order and his own bellsprout collapsing without a sound. He knew about ralts and their abilities, so it didn't surprise him either, he had expected it and mostly tried to keep her back to get a chance to talk with her. He recalled the bellsprout and stepped in front of the door to make sure Aphrodite stayed a bit longer with him. "Do you understand what I'm saying?" He asked her as he watched her intently. No matter her answer, he would point it out to be sure she knew what she was about to do. "Perhaps if you help it with its victory and do most of the work, it may even believe it has won over its rival, but in time it will realise it didn't and then it is back to square one. It will feel it has all been a lie," He explained and looked closely at Aphrodite to see what she was saying to that. If she decided to continue anyway, he would step aside as he didn't have anyway to stop her. When she was within reach he would place a hand on her arm. "Your ralts is strong, don't take away its victory. Don't make all its hard work mean nothing," was his last word to her and he would watch her continue up the stairs. The battle against Neal and his Pokemon pretty much ended before it even started up. Aphrodite wasn't surprised that Titania was able to knock out the Bellsprout in one hit. The Psychic/Fairy type Pokemon had proven to be one of Aphrodite's strongest Pokemon at the moment due to her high special attack power. A small smile touched Aphrodite's lips as she recalled her Ralts back into her Pokemon for a decent break. Titania had done more than enough work for the day and she deserved a nice break. She would just have to relay on her other Pokemon do the rest of the fighting. Aphrodite listened carefully to the monk's wise words and to be honest she had never thought about damaging the Cyndaquil's confidence or even shattered his dreams by wanting to help him fight his own Pokemon. "Yes. I fully understand what you're telling me. I will make sure that the Cyndaquil does majority of the fighting on his own. Especially against that Bellsprout." She stated giving the monk a half smile.
She exhaled a deep breath before rushing passed the monk. She had to make it towards the Cyndaquil before it becomes too late to him help. "I have to make sure to let this CYndaquil do majority of the work or else I'm just ended up letting him down." She spoke to herself as she continued climbing up the stairs. It didn't take her too long to make it towards the top of the tower, once there she noticed the Cyndaquil standing in front of the Elder, challenging him to a battle.

Perhaps Aphrodite was expecting some other monks to cross her path, or the Elder himself, maybe even a trained Bellsprout that could defend itself against her and the Cyndaquil without a Trainer. But she probably was least expecting a pudgy, colorful Delibird standing atop the stairs, waving at her merrily as if they were old friends. The Delibird let out a gleeful chirp, hopping down the stairs to meet Aphrodite halfway. The Cyndaquil beside Aphrodite bristled, unsure what to make of the newcomer. The fire mouse was most certain it had never seen this...colorful penguin running about in this tower the many times it had came to challenge the Elder. However, the Delibird merely gave the Cyndaquil a hearty pat on the head and a gleeful chirp, which almost knocked the poor rodent off the stairs as it was startled. The Christmas Delibird then waddled up to Aphrodite and procured a present bag out of the large sack it was carrying behind it. Then, the jolly bird gave a low bow to Aphrodite before pushing past her to hop down the stairs, maybe to give the monks below a gift too. The Holiday Delibird has arrived to give you a gift!x3 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ At the next landing atop the stairs, Elder Li was sitting quite peacefully on the floor, eyes closed and seemed to be in the middle of meditating. However, the Cyndaquil raced towards the old man, staying a few feet away, and let out an angry cry. The Elder, however, was not startled, but merely opened one eye and let out an exasperated sigh. "You again? Must I teach you another lesson you pest?"he muttered disgruntled, slowly getting onto his feet. It was then he noticed Aphrodite behind the Cyndaquil. "Hmmm a visitor? I assume that explains that's why this fire rat was able to get past my monks below. I assume you have been helping this pest?"he asked the girl softly, though there was a cold, harsh tone in his voice. "It seems my Pokemon and I will have to also teach you a lesson,"the Elder said, taking out two Pokeballs and releasing his Pokemon. In a flash of light, a Hoothoot and a golden Bellsprout appeared. The Bellsprout, in particular, gave the Cyndaquil a nasty look. However, the fire rodent was not intimidated, but glared back in determination. Elder Li challenged you to a battle! He sends out his Hoothoot (Lvl 10) and Bellsprout (Lvl 12)

A surprised "Eek!" escaped from Aphrodite mouth as she noticed the random and uniquely colored Delibird standing at the top of the staircase. It was pretty safe to admit the young beauty trainer wasn't expecting to see such a sight, at least not at this exact moment. She placed her dainty hand against her chest and closed her eyes for a few seconds as she started to calm herself down from the previous shock. Luckily, it only took a few seconds for her to recover. "You almost scared me to death, Delibird." She giggled before flashing the penguin Pokemon a friendly smile. She was a bit relieved to know that it was indeed a friendly one.
"Oh, this is for me?" She questioned in a surprised tone as she reached her dainty hands out to obtain the present. "That's very kind of you Delibird, thank you." She smiled before carefully placing the gift into her design bag. She waved goodbye to the Delibird then turned her attention back onto the Cyndaquil. "That was an interesting encounter. It's over now, so we should probably go back to focusing on your challenge." She smiled at the small fire-type Pokemon, who seemed to appear with her statement.
After making their way up to the top of the staircase, Aphrodite's radiant, golden eyes glanced towards an elder monk, who appeared to have lost in his thoughts. Perhaps, he was undergoing some sort of meditation ritual or something. She didn't want to really disturb the monk from completing his practice, but the Cyndaqull didn't seem to mind interrupting his peaceful moment.
Aphrodite gave the Elder a polite bow as he acknowledged her presence. "Yes Elder, I have been helping this little guy out a lot. It's not because I choose to be disrespectful or rebellious. It is for a good reason. I want to help this little guy fulfill his dream." She stated before coming to an end. What's the use. The Elder probably wouldn't understand her reason for wanting to help out the Wild Pokemon. Therefore, she figured that she would just leave it again for now and focus on helping the Cyndaquil defeat him and his Pokemon.
Aphrodite nodded her head as the Elder released his Pokemon. "Lana, I'm going to need your help!" She called out, releasing her Dedenne from her Poke Ball. "Cyndaquil use Ember on that Bellosprout. Lana use Thunderbolt on that Hoothoot!"

The elder was impressed by Aphroditie's response as most people would not care about helping a Pokemon in need around these parts no matter how troublesome that Pokemon had been. " Young lady it is highly admirable of you to help a creature in need. I just wish it would have been any other Pokemon as this one has caused us so much trouble time and time again. I cannot tell you how many times this rodent has tried and failed to defeat me nearly destroying the tower in the process." As the elder looked over at the fire type it cringed for a moment as it remembered the last time it had tried to take on the monks by itself at the tower with poor results. It had a feeling things would be different this time however. The elder was not one to deny something that had worked so hard another chance and so he accepted the fact that he would have to battle the creature again. " If you must try again Cyndaquil then I will battle you but do not expect mercy. This is our home and I will do everything I can to defend it. I expect you will give it your all as this time you have help." Before the elderly man could order an attack Lana fired a large Thunderbolt at Hoothoot causing a massive amount of damage and shortly afterwards Cyndaquil fired an Ember at Bellsprout. The monk was impressed at their speed however his Pokemon had been trained well enough that a single super effective move would not be enough to knock them out. " Those moves were impressive but my Pokemon will not go down in a single hit. Hoothoot use Growl on both of those Pokemon and Bellsprout use Growth to make yourself stronger." As the Hoothoot let out the most adorable growl one could imagine Bellsprout began to grow in size. Neither move caused any damage to their foes but the growl caused both Pokemon to lower their aggression a bit as they found the move to be so cute they struggled with the idea of hurting Hoothoot again. " Let's see if your Pokemon can keep up this impressive show this next round or are they only able to use that strength once?" He asked as he waited for Aphrodite to respond. Double Battle

Aphrodite nodded her head and flashed the Elder a soft smile as she listen to her his words in a careful manner. "I know that you are all frustrated with the Cyndaquil for damaging your tower and bothering you all for challenges, but this little Cyndaquil has a huge dream. It wants to prove to itself that it can defeat you. It doesn't mean to cause harm to your sacred tower. It can't help the fact that it's a fire-type Pokemon. He was destined to become a fire-type, just like you were destined to become a wise Elder." She explained to the older gentleman, hoping that he would understand that the Cyndaquil does not mean any harm by wanting to challenge him over and over again.
The golden beauty smiled as she watched Lana and Cyndaquil's attacks hit their mark. She wasn't too surprised that Lana's attack wasn't enough to KO the Elder's Hoothoot. She was well aware that his Pokemon had also been properly trained to stand their ground, too. "Thank you. I've been working pretty hard to train my Pokemon." She smiled at the Elder. She then focused her attention back onto the battle. "Lana use Thunderbolt once more and Cyndaquil keep the Ember going!" She commanded and within seconds the Pokemon fired their second attacks towards their foes.
