Okay, can somebody help me out here please? I tried to add my new OC, Clem's, profile to my signatures at the bottom of every post I make, but for some reason it just ended up ruining 'em all. Is there some kind of new code that I should be using for something? If so, can someone please walk me through this step by step? Update. I managed to fix the signatures, as you can see below, but now I need the code for their respective PCs. Could someone send that may way please?Further update. I managed to figure it all out. Thanks anyway, people!  |

Glad you got it worked out Venom! ^^ Just in case anyone else comes by wondering, the site is using a plugin to allow more characters inside of signatures. This is great for a lot of member use cases BUT! Comes at a price. Relative links no longer work. I alerted the plugin author about this ages ago but they didn't seem to understand so I dunno if that'll ever be fixed. A 'relative' link is anything that is using a URL which does not explicitly include the site's domain and security protocol in it (https://zapdoszulu.proboards.com). As in, when you see a link that starts with a '/' as seen in Tiki's quote above. To use those as an example, this fix would be to use the full page url (aka an 'absolute' path). So this:
[a href="/thread/15330/venominon-ouroboros"]Profile[/a]
becomes:
[a href="https://zapdoszulu.proboards.com/thread/15330/venominon-ouroboros"]Profile[/a]

Dumb question: If a Pokemon evolves via happiness does it need to level up whilst meeting the happiness criteria or can I just force feed the items to trigger the evo? =P

Okay, here's something I've been curious about for a while now. Most, if not all of us, know that the Birthday Cake item can level up three Pokemon and increase their happiness at the same time. But would it be possible for Birthday Cake to level up three Pokemon across three separate characters? Like Venom's Toxel, Shinya's Wimpod, and Clem's Riolu? It's fine if it can't. I'd just like to know before I use the two pieces of Birthday Cake that I have saved up.

Good question Venominon! That's no problem, since you can just trade the pokemon to one character, or something so let's just spare you the hassle of that and do it right away  The description of the birthday cake will be altered to be more clear about this ^^ |

That does make sense. Guess I never really thought about it like that before. Thanks, Tarlar. However, I'd actually prefer not to use the two pieces of Birthday Cake I have just yet. Like all level up items, I'd like to get as much use of them as I can. And at the moment, Shinya's Wimpod already has 1200 exp points saved up. If I level him up now, he'll just go back to 0. So, I'd like to level up Shinya's Wimpod just one more time the old-fashioned way first. |

Silly question: I'm going back to forum roleplay and it's been a while. Does someone mind listing out the different /'s so that I can get a better grasp of it all? I want to be able to provide an image for my character (though I will of course provide a written description as well). Thanks!

Ah, so just as Tarlar guessed!
If you use the Full Reply (hitting the actual Reply Button to the right of the 'Quick Reply' title bar) it will provide you with all of the various formatting buttons for inserting the basic BBCode.
