Not many new and exciting changes to report this time. I've only built on some pre-existing ideas and made a few tweaks here and there. A summary of changes is listed below.
Level Restrictions
I've decided to restrict the levels of wild Pokemon so as they appear in a certain range (e.g. Level 5-10). The reason for this is because with the current leveling system, it is extremely easy to train Pokemon and already levels have been blown out of proportion. However, it isn't my intention in the future to change the system but I will be making adjustments to levels as members progress. I think the pace of leveling is shouldn't be changed too much as it'll mean that by the time people reach the Elite Four, we could possibly have a level 70-80 showdown, which is what I'd like to see.
By restricting the levels of wil Pokemon, there will also be a point where no experience will be gained by staying in one area and I greatly encourage people to keep moving on instead of staying in the same area forever.
My final reason is that wild Pokemon are mainly there to be caught and not trained on. The level of difficulty should be directed to catching the Pokemon (which will be harder since fainted Pokemon cannot be caught after the Zephyr badge), while NPC trainers should be the source of gaining experience.
Updated Violet City Guide
I've added a few more NPC trainers including one specialist trainer. Now members will be able to obtain the TM: Double Team.
More Mod Rewards
I've added some TMs to the list of rewards. Although expensive, these TMs are moves which deal some devastating damage such as Earthquake. Eventually, all members will be able to obtain moves like this through the rp but I don't expect this to happen until far into the rp so right now, Moderators are theonly source of these TMs.
