Johto Journey

As the trees of Route 29 cleared to give way to Cherrygrove, exposure to the elements for Silvius only became worse. The piercing cold of the wind was replaced by the blunt pain of chunks of ice falling on them. Scout and Scatterbug had insisted on hiding in the Pokeballs, and Tank was hiding in his shell. For Silvius, that meant carrying the turtle, specifically holding him above his head to protect himself from the hail. At the very least, Tank was being a lot more useful than anyone else could be. His hard shell gave Silvius at least a bit of cover, though not much as any wind caused Silvius to be battered from the sides.
He kept his head down, miserably trudging along in the vague direction of forward. Was this terrible weather going to continue for the entirety of his journey? Was Johto really just this terrible or had he at some point in his life angered a Legendary Pokemon that was now inflicting it's wrath on him by creating terrible weather?
Silvius sighed, and in response Tank let out a sympathetic whine from inside his shell. Even if the wind hadn't bothered the reptile, the hail certainly wasn't fun for him. On top of that, Tank could sense Silvius's distress, and didn't like that his trainer was struggling so soon in their journey.
