Appearance
Much like her personality, Lenore's attire tends to draw attention whether it be the design or the colors. She's not afraid to show a bit of skin but not in a slutty sense, tending to keep mostly covered with fashionable rips and intentional tears, or just simply an array of lace and fishnets. It does, however, lean toward the skin-tight variety as she's quite proud of her hourglass body type. Thanks to her dancing profession she is in fantastic shape. Well toned and nimble, though perhaps a bit too wiry for a height of 6'1; and not much helped by her adoration of heeled boots.
Her hair is soft, and malleable to the point of entertaining some of the most ridiculous looking hair styles. However, when not on stage she prefers to keep it simple and allow her bangs to frame her face, the strands dipping down to her chin on the sides and leaving her dark hazel eyes a focus in stark contrast to the blond hair and fair skin. Due to the length in the back, which she loves and hates, she bunches half of it into a low bun that splays upward whilst leaving the rest to hang free in two split strands.
By far her favorite outfit is one straight from home, with a hint of a "ninja" style. Quite impractical for such usage but it's still a flavor of home that she cherishes. The top piece is a rose pink off-shoulder crop top with fish netting leading into a feathered collar, bundled with brown cotton gloves spanning her entire arm with similar netting at one-third intervals and more leopard print feathers woven into the cuff. Whilst the matching pink shorts are loyal to their name, the fanning overcoat of brown and feather makes up for the lack of cover. It is an open front, custom made to fit her figure with belts criss-crossing her belly. The coat is also where she keeps her pokéballs, the inner sides fitted with leather loops. And finally, on her legs she wears purple leggings that have a bare front and back and are held with black lace on her upper thighs and flow into matching purple shoes with silver toes, outsoles, and three inch heels.
Personality
Spunky and full of energy, Lenore can be the life of a party. Whether that's good or bad is in the eye of the beholder. For her, she loves the spotlight. If she didn't it'd be a wonder what she was doing in showbiz. However, this can lead to a bit of attention seeking at times and while she's no prima-donna there is a streak of selfish arrogance she won't bother to hide if she deems her company beneath her.
That being said, Lenore wouldn't leave someone high and dry without good cause; even at her own expense. Though you can bet she would privilege herself with being the judge of whether the other was deserving of a handout. That, or she might have some other angle for her charity. The woman isn't shy about using her looks to get something; or not get something if the case may be. And underneath that showy exterior and pretty face Lenore is always looking to get herself on top. She isn't afraid to play the long game, often aiming for a spread of friends in various venues of skill. Despite her bit of ego she's able, and willing, to swallow it should it mean grabbing someone's attention.
Putting all that aside, or perhaps not, the girl has a soft spot for nature. If there was some way she could be a superstar and live in piece and quiet in a luxurious cabin estate in the woods she'd be living her dream.
History
Growing up in Fuchsia city no doubt played a strong part in her desire for flash, intrigue, and rarity whilst still having the respite of a vast expanse of nature to retreat into. As a child Lenore spent an incredible amount of time trying to illegally enter the Safari Zone in order to get herself a rare and elusive pokémon. It never happened of course, the clerks and rangers catching her well before she could go very far, leaving the girl a frequent visitor of the zoo. Yes, she did try to break in one time with some hooligan friends in an attempt to procure a Lapras. That ended in superb failure as well.
After learning she wasn't the most subtle person she turned her attention to the town's band of ninja: aka the Gym. Alas, with the only pokémon in her repertoire being the families old Venonat she just couldn't quite cut it as a brutal trainer stomping out those so far along their journey to the Elite Four. There wasn't anyone bugging her about it but she built a shield around herself regardless. One that was entertaining and flashy and didn't appear to care how outclassed she was. But on the inside she finally began building a stealthier craft.
Lenore spent many years learning about people and working out contacts and eventually, finally, she got a solid lead in Johto. With a heavier hear than she anticipated she moved out of the house, taking her beloved old Venonat with her to work backstage. The job was part-time and not great pay but she managed with loans and grants whilst taking business courses at a near university. It took years still for her to move up the ladder and get a part in the shows. It was in the background as a dancer alongside many others doing the same routine, but it was something. She often received praise for her grace but no shining opportunity was up for grabs. It seemed as though the city was just too full.
Then it all changed. But not as expected.
Lila, her dearest Venonat, passed away. It was surprising but foreseeable considering the pokémon's age. Still, it hit her hard. She was alone. Despite all those contacts she made, despite all the time and effort she had gone to get her face noticed, they were just a means to an end. An end that wouldn't get her what she wanted she realized; she'd been doing it all wrong. Here she was scraping at the bottom, smothered by the mass, but she needed to get out there to where no one else was and make something. Lenore didn't know what but anything was better than being alone in that apartment.
