You are able to buy a certain amount of tickets depending on how far you are in the RP. So if you have reached Cherrygrove City, you can get one free ticket and purchase two more or if you have reached Olivine City, you can get one free ticket and purchase seven others!
The winning number will be rolled on December 28th!
