Appearance
Fiona and her outfits are completely different. Whilst Fiona herself is a very colourful person, her clothes are often somewhat bland. The dead giveaway from this her obviously dyed Rose Gold, shoulder length hair which is often tied up into two buns, just above and behind her ears. The best guess someone could make is her natural hair was a nice brunette however in an attempt to dye it straight pink, it turned to rose gold. Her eyes seem somewhat standard if not large. They're a pure hazelnut colour with no sign of any colour, these reflect the sun well when outside in a brightly lit area. Her nose is somewhat small and acute, like the rest of her face. Whilst almost the entirety of her forehead is covered by her different length bangs, if someone ever gets to witness her eyebrows, they would appear somewhat thin. Her eyelashes are the complete opposite of her brows, however. They are thick and large. Her default resting face almost always resembles a smile. Her face seems to have make-up on constantly, however it's at best only a foundation, concealer and mascara.
When it comes to the rest of her body, she shows no hair on her arms nor legs, seemingly clean cut, and her nails are never outgrown, because of this she seems to be well groomed. Her skin is vibrant and fair, it seems to be a mix between Soft Honey-Dew and a Soft-Ivory tone. She doesn't seem to hold any muscle, which isn't uprising for her age. She's neither over-fed or under-fed, seemingly being a perfect inbetween. She only stands at 5''2ft, just around the average height for any other girl her age. She seems to only be 43kg.
Her clothes are rather normal and bland. On her torso, she wears a plain, white button up shirt with a chest pocket. On top of that is a black blazer with white trimmings, donning two pockets at the sleeves on both arms. To finish the torso up, she almost always wears a smooth, pure red silk ribbon tie, which seems to be loosely fit, this seems to be her signature finish. If not wearing this, she would be wearing a standard black tie or a light blue scarf with a snowflake decal on it.
On her bottom half she wears a modest skirt, going to knee height. It's plaid with a black stripes stroked by red on a lavender background. On her feet is a plain pair of white socks with an arching pattern at the top. She wears a set of black shoes, seemingly to have small heels at the back.
Her accessories often are a navy blue bag with little specialty to it apart from several pockets and another, smaller bag attached to it which seems to be a camera bag. She wears a standard Pokemon trainer belt around her waste, with holsters for pokeballs. She will sometimes wear bracelets and charms.
Personality
Three main features of Fiona would be she's energetic, outgoing and competitive. However, once you get past her competitive side, she's a person that's easy to love and get along with. Fiona cares little for actually learning, she only cares about being "the best", her photography hobby, having fun and making friends. Albeit, if she could help it the latter wouldn't be one of the things she cares about, however she keeps on finding herself trying to make friends, even if intentionally stopping herself from doing so. She pushes education aside, as to her it's boring and bland, however when asked why, she simply shrugs it off and gives the answer of her preferring to learn through doing, not writing or watching. She's a charming person.
Fiona's mood is almost always consistent, and never changing. Not once in her life has she shown a single bit of harshness to anyone. Even if someone annoys her, she always tries her best to get along with them, yet again even if she doesn't want to. Fiona doesn't know why this is, however she chalks it up to not being able to find a single tainted part inside her self. Fiona is dedicated to her craft, hardly ever giving up. She always tries her best to please people. This is portrayed by her photography hobby, as she's doing it to make her mother happy.

History
There have been no major events in Fiona's life. In fact, like many, she's barely one of a kind. She was born into an upper-class family, however that's probably the most outlining feature of her past. Her father works as a baker and actually owns a few bakeries in some cities, bringing in a portion of the money. Due to this, Fiona was bought up in a world of bakery, giving her a fond taste of baked goods and knowledge how to make them, however she doesn't make that the main goal off of her life. Her mother was a very successful photographer, and because of this she was often travelling each region. Fiona rarely saw her mother because of this. However she didn't mind too much because on the rare occasions that her mother was home, she always done her best to make Fiona happy and give her what she wanted. Fiona grew a deep connection to both parents, and as they both done their best to make her happy, she did her best to return the favour and make them happy too.
Her childhood was mediocre. She had plenty of friends and she wasn't exactly unpopular. In fact she was quiet the opposite. She was rather popular, one of the more popular kids in her classes. Fiona always was a natural for smooth-talking people and getting along with them. And with a mix of this smooth-talking and her rich parents, popularity came flushing towards her. She was an idol child for many of the kids around her. Two rich parents, no problems and talented in multiple fields.
She had few relationships, though nothing too serious. This wasn't allowed when your family was bouncing from region to region and city to city. This was one of her downsides for having a rich family. However, her mind went onto other things and at the end she didn't care about losing out on any of her past-lovers. After all, when she looks back on it now, she realises she was only young and there was nothing there anyway. It was mostly hand holding and she just leaves it at that. Eventually, her family stayed in the Johto region for awhile. During this time, Fiona escalated the age where everyone began Pokemon Trainers, and like many children, she found an unknown and unexplained attraction to becoming one. So at the age of Fourteen, she set off to become a trainer. However, she wanted to give back to her Mother and so she gave herself another mission. To take a photo of every new Pokemon and every accomplishment she came across. That would be the ultimate thank you to her mother from her. And so, as she set off to become a trainer, so did her parents and they moved to another region due to her fathers bakeries and her mothers career. With no clear place to call home, she pushes forward.
