Hmm. I thought I'd get the charm since I had a nursery but I see it's a choice now. I'll still take the charm. I haven't gotten around to updating them but I will now, charm being stored in Nursery/with Zaiden and Rare Candy going to Zaiden as well. Self-Updating.

Reason: I really enjoyed reading the backstory of what incentivised Aria to take the plunge and start her Johto journey and keen to find out more about what happened to Banks. The reactions from her mother and younger sister are cute and feel real and believable especially the sibling rivalry. I'd be interested to keep track of the updates Aria gives to her family as she continues her journey and also how her relationship with her father develops since he is in academia and may give guidance on Aria's future research projects.

Additional Reasoning: 2nded! It is awesome to see Oak incorporate the annual event into their post, adding to the already rich continuity which it seems like they are trying to incorporate into the character, in addition to the already established canon. Also "One acorn left unplanted is one oak never grown." urgh, Oak is such a good writer that it's almost poetic prose. Wonderful prologue, and their story is looking great too.

Reason: I love how confidently Nate handles their pokemon. Their skill as a trainer comes through in their writing and actions, and the speculation on her battle strategy in character is quite good, even though we as players get a chance to check out what team Nemona is going to use. The pokemon are strongly characterized, with Levi starting out the battle strong, but if Nemona is gonna switch, then so will Nate! Veronica comes in clutch at the end in a sick mic-drop moment for Nate as they show why they are feeling so confident. Dang, Nate is a cool character!
