I just came across this video today and I have to admit, this whole fuss Gamefreak are kicking up with a revolutionary innovative new 3D camera is just absolute toss. In fact, the camera angle can be achieved even in the current generation of Pokemon with a little game adjusting know how: So much for there being a whole new game engine. It's literally just going to be from that camera angle with a couple of improved 3D building models thrown in. I can just see GameFreak sitting back in their fancy executive chairs laughing it up with their piles off money as B&W is going to require little to no effort.

We'll gobble it up. Hook, line, and sinker. And just for the record, here's what the game will be about in a nutshell.
You meet the regional professor and get a starter.
You catch Pokemon.
You get gym badges.
You fight an even more wacked out super evil team along the way.
You beat the Elite Four.
You win.
Rehashing a graphic engine doesn't sound surprising. But they might have some new stuff. Like the screenshot in the city? It looks like it'll be a sort of turn-table. SLIGHTLY different. There might be other things, but why nit-pick now when we're handed the same games over and over again, just with new fuzzy creatures added? And are HAPPY with it?

As cool as a 3D version of this game may seem, I still prefer the 2D version better, but either way, I'll most likely end up buying the game anyway just because I'm such a nerd Still, it's something new to try, though it'll probably take some getting used to. Just watching this kinda hurts my eyes

The video release of Black and White did do what I expected it to, and that is the city being on a turn-table perspective! But this was only about... a few seconds, I'd guess. Nothing else was shown in the video. No battles, no walking inside buildings. Just a quick trot in the city, showing the turn-table point of view.

I have seen pictures of a small town which may be the starting town and it looks the same as HG/SS in terms of the camera. This may just be the most disappointing generation yet. Even worse than Hoenn.
