This time you click the box for the type/gen and it gives you the options there, and you pick one, then you can from them pick your favorite of that type. It can even help you pick the favorite bird, or pseudo legendary, vivillon or spinda! XD

I... haven't gotten around to make one yet, but I will!

Got one made! All the blanks is because I couldn't decide, either because there were more than favorites, or none said me anything. And with some, like picking between bayleef and quilava was impossible, so since I had picked bayleef for another, quilava got the spot under the starter list
