If you don't like to hear people complain, then leave the topic now. I've just got stuff to get off my chest.
Yesterday was riddled with bad luck like you wouldn't believe on a number of different levels. First, work was horrid when I was yet again stuck working the counter by myself when we got what seemed like a thousand buses, something you about never see on a Monday morning. I had to take orders and run them all day long. What hell it was until I got off.
Following that, I went to the YMCA like I usually do after work. While I was doing my swimming, a couple of kids there were being rowdy and thought it'd be a great idea to jump into the pool right as I was swimming by and got landed on twice. The lifeguard kicked them out since they were being really bad, but doesn't make up for all the sore spots from that.
Then I got home from the Y and was going to just hang out on the forum and let it all just slip away. Well, fate loves me very much and while in the middle of getting on, my computer screen FRIES ITSELF. Well, didn't see that one happening, but it was something I had to get fixed ASAP since I can't just sit around doing nothing. I mean, I take my classes online with my computer! So I get showered and decide to head into Wichita and stop by Best Buy to buy myself a new computer screen and a keyboard since my old one was... getting old.
Things get better. While I was driving to the city, guess what happens! I burst a flat tire and nearly drive myself into a ditch! I then had to wait on the side of the road for around three hours, waiting on my dad to help me out since he had to run to work for a meeting early and couldn't be back for a while. The local garages had no used tires, so I had to buy a new one which cost me almost $90. When my dad shows up, he helps me change out the tire and I get going again. The whole time I was waiting, I ended up getting a really bad sunburn.
So I finally make it into Wichita and get the stuff I needed from Best Buy. I go to hook up my new monitor and by this time, it was already getting hell o late. I then had to crash out and get ready for work this morning.
Fun.
