Naveen's Water Gun was able to hit its mark yet again. However, the Silcoon did not seem to be too bothered by the water spraying its protected body. Could the Bug-type Pokémon even feel the impact of the attack making contact with its body? Naveen wondered, slightly confused by his attack not making any cries nor attacking him back in order to protect itself. The Poliwag glanced back at his trainer, a small sweatdrop hovering above his forehead. Essence simply sighed and shook her head. "It's not going to do too much. Finish it off already!" She ordered the Poliwag, slightly annoyed by how the battle has been going on at this point.
The Poliwag nodded his head before sending another blast of water in the direction of the Silcoon.

 Naveen managed a critical hit to blast away the annoying cacoon! He grew to LV 16!
Spawning another to help speed up - can use items before battle if desired

After knocking out the Silcoon with another powerful blast of water, Naveen leaped on top of the fainted Pokemon's body, performing his victory dance before using his long tail to slap the Silcoon away. Naveen then walked over to his trainer, giving her a proud smile. Essence nodded her head at her Pokemon's ability to take out of the Silcoon. Now, the two of them can move on in search of another bug-type. Unfortunately, their next encounter would also be a grass-type, too.
"This is ridiculous. Let's just head back and wait for the contest to be over. There probably aren't anymore bug-types that we will stand a fair chance against here anyway," she added, turning her back on the Paras and wanting back towards the entrance of the building.
