There were snapping twigs that had Silas whipping his head around. What was that—? 

Violet eyes widened and his breath hitched briefly. Hello there~ Found you. And there would be no escaping him. He grinned at the little creature peeking at him through the foliage, all wide-eyed and trusting and ready to be caught. It looked so small and helpless and LOST. However, he needed to use caution. This storm picking back up meant that there was a chance that the frail thing would flee if hurt too much, and then he'd never find it again in this weather. So best to be cautious and keen. "Parasect, this is up to you again. Do not fail me," Silas warned, nudging the mushroom-bug with the toe of his shoe to turn it around.

The giant zombie mushroom scuttled around, curious, rubbing its claws together as it turned to see what its trainer was gesturing towards. Oh! The pink thing they had been looking for this whole time. How fluffy. And small. And adorable. <Were you drawn here by the smell of honey?> it couldn't help but ask.

<Don't run your mouth. This is a battle, not a jaunt in the woods> Ace scolded. <Do as you were told and serve our master well. Try not to disappoint.> She flapped her wings with warning and menace. She would strike this bear down herself, but she knew as well that her strength was too great for such a delicate task. Hmph. How frustrating. With a caw, she flapped up to settle in the shelter of some branches so that she wasn't getting assaulted by the wind and sand.

Parasect hummed and looked to Silas for guidance. Okay boss. What was next?

"Spore. Keep it asleep as long as possible," Silas said simply. "That is your duty. Your only duty." Because parasect hit like a wet noodle. Its only purpose was to use that sleeping move, no matter the weather or the foe. If it endured one hit and disabled a foe, then it had done its job. Parasect chittered a bit before scuttling forward and scattering bright blue spores into the air, attempting to use the direction of the wind to its advantage. Sleeeeep. Go to sleeeeep. The cloud of spores was dense and suffocating. Hard to escape.

Silas smirked and prepped his final nest ball.

Once Parasect moved out of the way, he threw it.

Stufful quickly fell asleep after taking a big whiff of the incoming Spore. As it snoozed away the Nest Ball had no trouble trapping the stuffed bear inside. After three quick shakes the ball clicked shut bringing the battle to a close.

Parasect gained 750 experience for their participation in the battle. They now have 1467/1951 experience towards the next level. They also gained +1 happiness and now have +5 happiness overall.
