Yoshie tried to help the elder Quagsire get up. They needed to get out, fast and soon. Most Quagsires where packed together, afraid to move. "MUD! KIPMUD!" Yoshie barked orders, forcing them to swim, to wards the stairs, even thou the dangerous Kraken had gone insane. He couldn't stop all of them. And if that jelly thing dared attack them, she would attack him first! A younger Quagsire, apparently male, looked at her. "Quagsire!" He appeared to be as ready for a battle as she was. Yoshie nodded, appreciating the youngster. "QuaG! Quag! Quagsire!" He helped her gather the almost panicking Quagsires, and make the ready to cross the battlefield, to safety. Yoshie realized Ronan wasn't doing to well, so she went to support him. He wasn't light, but she easily carried him. She nodded the the young Quagsire, giving him the sign to help the other Quagsires stay together. The elderly female Quagsire was grateful to her savior, and tried to help him keep his head up. Not all humans were bad. This one wasn't. No reason to let the good ones drown. Misty turned around, just in time to see her Squirtle make one hell of a water gun, and see it hit it's target, knocking out the most dangerous one of the 2. Or so she toughed anyway. "Good Work Tamonten!" Said Misty happy. This battle could be over before this thing came to fall apart. And hardly a moment later, Liza made a beautiful leap out of the water, hitting the Jellyfish hard, robbing it from it's beautiful, egal, red jewel. "YES!" Said Misty happy. The Tentacool didn't like what happened, he showed that. He threw Liza away, and she landed hard, but was quickly freed by Tamonten. Misty signed, and uttered a warning to her Pokemon, but it was to late. Tamonten jumped in front of Liza, and took the poison sting. Misty wanted to get closer to her Pokemon, when 2 other Pokemon jumped out of there poke balls, and dragged her to the stairs, where she could escape the water. "Hé! Who's the trainer here?" Was Misty's sharp response. "MISTY!"Misty looked at Ronan. He appeared to be very happy, since the cops had finally decided to join them. About time. Misty wondered how he could hold that stinking thing... Azurill was having trouble swimming. Her injuries were still severe, although the rest had given her a part of her strength back. Luckily, her tail always floated above, making it easy to keep the redhead and herself floating. With her tail strapped to her arm, she paddled hard, to attempted to bring her to the stairs. Waras, the chocolate beaver, tried the same thing. He had trouble swimming, as he hadn't swam that often before. Suddenly, the water began to get rougher, and it splashed into Misty's face. Tentacool had jumped up, and was going on a rampage. "YOU'VE GOT TO STOP IT BEFORE IT BRINGS THE WHOLE PLACE DOWN!" Misty rolled her eyes. "Suuuuure, I didn't notice Tentacool attacking the cops or the building falling apart." She gave him an annoyed look. "GET YOUR ASS OUT OF HERE, I DO THE BATTLE!"Misty turned to her Pokemon: " Yoshie! Get the Quagsire's and Ronan out of here!" Yoshie nodded, and gave the young Quagsire the order to make all of them move in the correct direction. The boy Quagsire made his large pack move into the right direction, to go outside. Yoshie dragged Ronan with her, just behind the Quagsire's. "Keep us floating a little longer guys! we have to leave as last!" Said Misty to Waras and Azurill. She was becoming pale again. The wound on her leg had opened again. "Tamonten! Tackle Tentacool to the stairs! Liza! Pound Tentacool up the stairs!"If her plan worked a little bit, Tentacool would be out of the water, and have limited flexibility, or at least be knocked out. Then, she had to recall Liza, and swim out with Tamonten, Waras and the Azurill. "Make way!" Screamed Misty to the cops. She got ready to hold her breath, just in case. Tamonten swam at Tentacool with a amazing speed -considering he was poisioned- and would tackled him to the stairs, where Liza would knock him up, if everything when like planned... {hey I hope you like this! Quite a lot of Drama ;D I couldn't continue without breaking the the rules, as members can't decide whether or not a attack was successful. YAAY! We reached page 5 O and I also changed my tagline I think I deserve the title Drama Queen now ;D}

[[OOC; I LOVE IT. Here's a little twist your way though XDXD Misty might or might not like it depending on her affinity with water. Also, FIVE PAGES ALREADY? FTW. Feel free to make whatever Pokemon you want appear after this whole fiasco is over Teh Azurill don't count since you'll be getting it anyway XDXD And no, your title shouldn't be 'Drama Queen'. It should be Little Miss Deadpan Snarker. And Ronan is Captain Obvious ]] From the look on her face, Ronan deducted that for whatever god-forsaken reason, that she thought he was happy at the turn of the situation. He wasn't at all sure how someone managed to twist 'absolute, pure, bloody panic' into 'happy', but this was a battle after all and she was high on adrenaline if not entirely lucid at the moment. "Is she always that prickly?" He gave Yoshie an odd look as Mudkip in reply used her thumb and forefinger to suggest 'just a little'. She then barked towards the Quagsires near the stairs. It sounded like she was telling them to get out through the upper levels, but they in turn shook their heads balefully at her and she became rather confused. What, were they thinking of sitting in here and just die? "Sire. Quagsire!" The younger Quagsire who seemed to be the second-in-command to the motley group suddenly jumped underwater before Yoshie could get another word in edgewise. "KIP! Mudkip MUD?!" She yelled at it in the manner of a sane person asking the familiar question, 'ARE YOU CRAZY?!' The rest of the Quagsires much to her shock did the same thing, aiding the older Matriarch as they went on their way to disappear deep underwater. Ronan himself seemed confused as he peered over the banister railing of the first floor to see what the hell the crazy amphibians were up do. He had to withdraw quickly and drag Yoshie with him when the Tentacool's rampage sent a large chunk of the forth floor's stair railing plummeting into the raging waters. He looked upwards and gaged how long it was going to take them to scale all five massive floors of this derelict reservoir and quickly came to the conclusion that they simply were not going to have enough time---even if they managed to reach the top floor, they still had to climb all the way down! Traversing ten floors in an attempt to escape was paramount to suicide! The Quagsires did not rise from the whirlpool of water and he had to wonder---if one died, they should have floated to the surface. None did. Was there something they knew that he and the rest did not? "Mudkip Mud?" He heard the mudfish snapping at him irritatedly while tugging at his sleeves for them to leave. Another clattering of steel steps were heard as the side-railing from the third floor gave way, making their only visible path out look more and more like a rickety Indiana Jones rope bridge. "Ten bucks says there's got to be a better way out of here rather than up there." said the doctor hurriedly as a small idea flashed in his head and he jumped into the water with Yoshie under his arm. The Mudfish screeched in shock and smacked him upside the head for purported stupidity as he let out a sharp "Oww!" before pointing downwards. "Those guys might be on to something---your Missy leg is busted and four flights of stairs plus five more outside ain't the fastest way to get her out. If that's the entrance up there then there's got to be an emergency exit some place down here, alright? Now we gotta find that 'cause once your buddies are down with King Kong Kraken up there, this place is going to the *****ing seadogs!" Tamonten and Liza wasted no time in unleashing their attacks upon the crazy jellyfish who had managed to ease itself between the first and second floors and was struggling to climb even higher despite the obvious dangers. The cops began to back off in fear, taking the Rocket members with them as the upper floor began to sink lower and lower from loss of several stabilizing columns which had broken off and sank into the murky depths. "CALL IT OFF!" came the roar from one of the cops as he shoved the Rocket member who owned the crazy beast close to the edge of the fifth floor's banister so the man was in clear view of the seething leviathan. "YOU WANT US ALL TO F*CKING DIE SON?! CALL THAT CRAZY MOTHERF*CKER OFF!" The Rocket member waved his arms around frantically in trying to calm down the highly-agitated beast who was likely not in its right state of mind after its mind jewel was cracked. The load roar that answered told them that the attempt was not going to work--this made the beast simply more insistent at getting up there so it could make a lunch smorgasbord of bad cop people and rescue master. Several of the younger policemen tried to go down a single level and toss out a makeshift rope ladder down to Misty's level. The Tentacool's flailing almost knocked one unlucky lawman into the water as he let out a sharp yelp of fear before being pulled to safety by a lady officer. The rope ladder slid off the floor which now slanted at a sharp 45 degree angle, forcing the men to scramble back lest they dropped like pinballs onto the lower floors. "SQUIRTLE!!" Tamonten snarled as he finally scaled enough ground to reach at a face-to-face level with the Tentacool. On his back was Liza who clung on firmly to grooves of his shell with her small fins. "Finneon FIN!!" She quipped curtly as he launched himself at the Tentacool's cracked jewel to smash head-first and punch a hole into the glittering stone's ruined facade. Several shards of the ruby buried themselves in his flesh as he hissed in pain and tried to maintain a grip on the thrashing cephalopod. Liza followed suit with a graceful spin off her brother's back to deliver the final, killing blow to the Tentacool's precious jewel with a well-aimed Pound. Her movements seemed starkly serene and beautiful compared to the chaos around them as the jellyfish let out a long, dying howl before its tentacles made one last feeble grip at the fourth-floor stairs and tore them down as it fell into the waters below. The mass of its body made the whole place implode as waves rose up to midway of the second and third levels. "Squirrrrtle!!" Tamonten had fallen with the gigantic animal and for safety, clung on to Liza. When it was all over, he bobbed precariously to the surface whilst hugging the fish close to him. Chunks of the upper floors and ceiling gave way and almost smashed into them as they tried to swim to safety. TENTACOOL WAS FATALITY'D DEFEATED!
TAMONTEN GREW TO LVL 13! TAMONTEN WANTS TO LEARN WATER GUN! FORGET A MOVE TO LEARN WATER GUN?
LIZA GREW TO LVL 8! LIZA LEARNED WATER GUN! All the sudden, a group of three young Quagsires, Ronan and Yoshie reappeared from the watery depths; the doctor looked like something dragged out of the sewers, almost exactly like the unconscious Stunky he had with him, but there was a wild smile of triumph on his face. "YOU LOT." He roared and whipped his hand at the fifth-level cops, hoping that they could hear him amidst the chaos. The fainted Tentacool right next to him did not phase the doctor very much. "GET THE--" The Quagsires broke up--one stayed with Ronan and Yoshie. Another speedily swam towards Liza and Tamonten while the last headed towards Misty, Waras and the Azurill. The look on its face was insistent as it kept diving and coming back up, as though telling her to follow it. "HELL OUT OF HERE." The last word rolled off his tongue as the entire third floor gave way. He could see the the leader cop give him a quizzical look; He simply nodded and set his jaw in a grim fashion and reiterated again with more insistence; "GET OUT!!" They didn't need to be told twice as the ceiling began to crack as well, dashing out and dragging out the two Rocket members with them. Partially relieved that they didn't have to deal with unlucky law enforcement members plummeting into the water to their deaths, Ronan turned his attention to Misty who looked to be in as bad a shape as he was if not worse. The battle was over, but their escape was not. "I hope you're good at holding your breath, Red." The medic said to Misty as he pointed downwards and west of their position where the water seemed to be slowly but surely gushing towards, almost like it was draining out of a bath tub. "See that vacuum? The Quagsires found another way out. Safer. Just follow em' alright? It opens to the ocean. I'll see you out the other side!"

Tamonten Forgets Tail Whip, and learns Water Gun. "YOU WANT US ALL TO F*CKING DIE SON?! CALL THAT CRAZY MOTHERF*CKER OFF!"The Rocked couldn't call back it's Pokemon. It had gone wild. Luckily, It was knocked out before the building collapsed. Misty smiled happy, and saw the cops run up, escaping the building with the rockets. Thou knocking it out kinda almost made the building collapse. Misty, Azurill and Waras could hardly stay above water, the waves caused by the defeated Tentacool almost drowned the young trainer and the not yet water Pokemon by her side. Luckily, Tamonten, who took care of Liza, quickly came to her side, helping them to stay floating. Misty, still rather pale, looked at the stairs, who were slippery cause of all the water, and looked rather... dangerous. The ceiling was falling apart, a big chunk fell right next to them, pushing the water over them, and making them swim further away from the stairs, and from each other. Misty had a determined look on her face, she was very determined to get herself and the Pokemon out alive. "YOU LOT."It was Ronan's voice. Misty turned around, and saw the Pokemon surrounding her do the same thing. The Quagsires came to her aid. The group swum to her, pushing her into Ronan's direction, further away from the stairs. She didn't hesitate, and swum to wards the place the Quagsires pushed her. She trusted them, and she couldn't leave without the old Ronan, could she? "HELL OUT OF HERE."He screamed to the cops, telling them to get out. The Quagsires pushed her and the Pokemon closer the Ronan. Misty was glad to be united with her Pokemon. "Great work guys!" She gave Tamonten, Liza and Yoshie a quick and careful hug. Waras appeared to be a bit jealous, and somehow, so did Azurill and why was that Quagsire looking so desirable at her? Misty gave them a hug, guessing they needed it, alto it wasn't really the time for hugs. "GET OUT!!"The young Quagsire said something. Azurill responded, Waras didn't appear completely understand, and Tamonten and Yoshie quickly joined in the conversation. Misty wasn't quite sure what they were talking about, but the boy Quagsire appeared to be pointing down to something. A way out perhaps? "I hope you're good at holding your breath, Red."Her toughs were quickly confirmed by Ronan telling her to hold her breath. She often trained in holding her breath while she was kid, she could dive like the best. "Don't worry about my breath, Dr.Obvious, I'm a trained swimmer remember? What's our way out?" "See that vacuum? The Quagsires found another way out. Safer. Just follow em' alright? It opens to the ocean. I'll see you out the other side!"Misty smiled. "Yea that will work. I bet I can get there before you can." Misty dove quickly, trying to catch up with Ronan. It wasn't a bad idea to turn it into a race, giving they didn't have a lot of time. The Quagsires swum first, leading the way. They were going rather fast, seeming pleased to be able to swim free again. Well, can blame them right? Ronan was being pulled forward by Yoshie, who was giving him quite the show of how powerful she was. Not the fasted swimmer, but defiantly very strong. Misty held on to Waras and Azurill, and pushed Ronan's forward, still swimming a little. Being almost raised in the water, she found it quite easy and natural to hold her breath. She didn't know how Ronan was doing, but she pushed him with the little strength she had left. She only kept going because she know it wasn't much further from here. Liza and Tamonten swum from the lead place to the middle to the end and back. The made sure everything went well. Liza stayed close to Tamonten, learning form him. Behind the 2 humans, was a red curtain. Blood. Both had injuries, and still bleeding. Plus, humans usally aren't good at holding their breath, so Tamonten wondered how long the 2 humans would be able to swim. He kept checking on both of them, to see if Yoshie or the 2 not-yet-water Pokemon where doing OK. The pipe seemed to go on forever. Luckily, they quickly found the sea, and with that, air, and the shore. Misty surfaced, and stumbled on the shore, only to faint, finally in safety. {I think my post is finished on to the recovery ;D I loved you post! great plot twist ^^}

The current churned them almost inside-out as they managed to make it through the small crevasse which had opened up from the force of the dam's flooding. Ronan held on as hard as he could to the little Mudkip who was his lifeline and kept another hand secure over the unconscious Stunky he hoped did not expire in the midsts of their escape somehow even though he himself was almost faint from his efforts to keep his breath under control and bear the brunt of debris smacking into his arms and face to add even more injuries.
The high-pressure of the water almost burst his eardrums and the moment they were spat out into the ocean, he could feel a deep rumbling right behind them as the whole dam caved in and sent out enormous, rolling waves to tear across the peaceful ocean's facade and send them tumbling violently through the mayhem underwater. Yoshie spun out of control as her equilibrium was thrown off and Ronan almost drowned after the chaotic backlash led him to make the mistake of opening his mouth to let in a massive rush of water that proceeded to try and flood his lungs. From above them, a Quagsire quickly dipped downwards and dragged the three to break through the surface as the doctor flailed his arms around to get a good grip on something, until he felt what seemed to be the chain of an anchor or something similar. Wiping the salt out of his eyes and expelling seawater out of his throat through excessive, hacking coughs, he peered upwards to see the bow of an old boat with the old mariner from their previous rendezvous grinning that same toothless grin that made Ronan simultaneously want to hug him and smack the hell out of him at the same time.
"Needin' a lift, Doc?" He drawled as the clankety-clank of the anchor sounded and Ronan tightened his grip on the chain before hoisting the bedraggled Skuntank into one of the bows and holding steady onto Yoshie who looked beyond exhausted by her ordeal. The Mudkip seemed to want nothing more than rest for now, and she let out along, loud groaning sigh as she finally passed out peacefully in the doctor's arms while the three of them and the savior Quagsire were hoisted up carefully by the mariner.
A warm and roguish smile broke across the doctor's features as he patted the Mudkip fondly.
"Sleep tight, sugar. You've earned it."
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
They were lucky to have found Misty where they did; For a few seconds during the chaotic search for her Ronan had almost been crippled with fear of her having been drifted out to sea. The paramedics arrived quickly enough, even though he had already assessed that the worst she had was a bout of hypothermia and her gaping flesh wound. The drive to the center was wholly uneventful as he tried to make a head-count of Misty's Pokemon, hoping they were all there. The fish and Beaver had to be sent for treatment right away, the Bidoof in particular as the wounds on the creature's face were rapidly getting septic. The large rip on the Finneon's tailfin was quickly closed and mended. The acidic scars on Yoshie's legs however were stubborn; Harmless, but stubborn. Little flecks of pink peppering her flesh there refused to respond to any medication and Ronan came to the conclusion that the Mudkip was going to have to live with those scars one way or another.
He watched as the Pokemon who had dozed off the moment the russet-haired girl had been rolled into he ambulance were wheeled in next to her unmoving form in one of the wards and trailed them in with a clipboard under his arm. Stitching up his gunshot wound wasn't too bad---the bullet had lodged itself deep in his upper arm muscle and due to the sheer hassle of trying to take it out he figured there wasn't any harm if he let it stay in there; a decision which was met with looks of skepticism, but when you were a doctor, you were allowed some freedom in self-diagnosis.
Misty's leg wound however had been very hard to stitch close, what with its jagged edges and it's through-and-through impalement. It had been almost a whole day and now, night was falling over the streets of Cherrygrove as the televisions and radios broadcasted news about the crumbling reservoir and the sighting of Team Rocket on Cherrygrove soil.
The stat monitors at the side of Misty's bed were going by at a steady pace; He checked 'normal' in all of the vital statistics boxes on the sheet tacked to his clipboard before pulling Misty's covers down to her leg so he could inspect he crudely stitched-up wound there. Antibiotics would keep away infection, some prescribed cream could get rid of the scarring later. All that was left was for her to wake up.
"Hmmmph." came the low grunt as the medic frowned a little and threw himself into the nearby visitor's armchair. He took his glasses of to wipe them for a few moments before chewing on the ends thoughtfully at the sight of the Pokemon which were littered around the room; Tamonten was at the foot of Misty's bed, completely withdrawn and possibly resting in his shell. Yoshie and Waras, worst injured by the incident were curled up together on a smaller stretcher nearby. A mini-tank filled with fresh water on the coffee-table nearby held Liza's body as the fish stuck her head out of the watery confines for a few seconds and yawned long and wide before peering around her surroundings in a sleepy interest. The Shiny Azurill for all the defiance it was showing earlier was being rather meek now, like a young puppy waiting for a master to rise up.
"Let her rest, tiny." Ronan muttered as he saw the small sea-green animal toddle towards Misty's face and then press its snout against her nose.
"She's been through a lot today."
Fiddling with a Pokeball, Ronan nonchalantly unleashed the animal within, which was revealed to be the Stunky from earlier looking less like a wet cat and more like...well....a skunk. It didn't seem to be smelling as bad either--in fact, it didn't smell at all, which confused Ronan the time he tried to pump water out of the animal's lungs. The gruff doctor came to the conclusion that Stunkies and their adult versions only let out that insidiously noxious body odor when they were agitated or threatened.
The puffball peered at him through half-lid eyes and then clambered in his lap to sit there looking like a giant tyrian and gold-colored muffler. It had been in a hideous sort of depression when they brought it here for treatment, likely over the idea of having been abandoned by its own master. After it started refusing food and drink, Ronan decided to try and lift its spirits by posing as 'new master'. The creature bit it hook line and sinker, and had now latched on to him like a lost kitten. He didn't know if he had the heart to give it to someone else now.
"Just don't stink up my labcoat, alright?" He uttered wearily as he leaned back and scratched the skunk's ears while keeping a wary eye on Misty.
He wondered vaguely if she could hear him, if she was somehow conscious at this very moment or for that matter, when she would wake up.
"You did great out there." he said firmly after clearing his throat, realizing that after all that chaos and bloody fighting hat the person who laid in this bed was and still is a fourteen-year old girl.
"You know, I don't care what the press says about you and your sisters. I'd bet my last dollar that if it had been any one of them here instead of you, those Quagsires and myself probably would have met a very messy end. They're right about one thing though; You ain't nothing like them. You're ballsy, you ain't afraid to get dirty---You're better."

Misty didn't notice anything about the hectic drive to the hospital, her leg being stitched, or that she was put in a room to rest. Her body and mind surrendered them-selfs to a much-needed sleep. Misty had been very lucky that she was a excellent swimmer, and only with the help of 2 normal evolving water Pokemon, she made it to the shore. Everything was clouded in a thick, black sleep of recovery. Slowly, but steady, the Mist of darkness faded, and Misty could hear voices trough the thick, black mist. She was slowly gaining consciousness. "...en through a lot today."Misty moved her body to a more comfortable position. She tried to locate the speaker of the voice, it seemed to come from all around her. Where was the voice? where did it just go? It stopped ... Misty started to fall back into the comforting depths of the shadow. She started to become less aware of her surroundings. Almost, and she would be back to the safe depths of sleep. "Just don't stink up my labcoat, alright?" The voice was back, and pulled her back to the land of awaking. She moved her hand next to her head, still sleeping. Slowly, her head started to clear up again. She flinched when she heard a loud scraping noise. What was that? Someone ... cleared his throat? "You did great out there." Was someone talking to her? She knew that voice. Who was it? Misty foughed the thick black mist away, to gain access to her memories, to find who the owner of the voice was. "You know, I don't care what the press " Misty realized the voice she heard was someone she knew. " says about you and your sisters. " What was his name again? "I'd bet my last dollar that if it had been any one of them here instead" It's on the tip of my tonge! "of you, those Quagsires and myself probably would have met a" I'm very sure I know him, wasn't he a dokter or something? "very messy end. They're right about one thing though;" Randy? Ruby? Roan? "You ain't nothing like them. You're ballsy, you ain't afraid to get dirty---You're better." Ronan! "Ronan."Misty pronouched him name. Yes, that was it! That was the men who was talking! She tried to open her eyes. Her eyelid started to flicker. The light was a bit harsh on her eyes. She saw a smiling man, who voice's she had been hearing the hole time. She didn't have much time to realize where she was. "AZU!" the tiny Azurill jumped on the bed, quickly followed by Tamonten, who had been, simulair to his trainer, half awake, waiting for Misty to wake up. Liza jumped up and down in her water tank, happy to see her trainer was alright. "Mud?" Yoshie woke up, hearing all the commotion, and Waras shook his head drowsy, trying to understand what was happening, what had changed. Misty started to laugh, realizing she was going to be burred under her Pokemon. Both Yoshie as well as Waras jumped on the bed, trying to hug their trainer. Misty, hardly awake, said: "Hey, I'm happy to see you too!"After a few hugs, they all calmed down, and Misty looked at Ronan. She knew what he had said. Sorta. "Thank you."Misty turned her head to look at him, while she was being cuddled by her happy Pokemon. Her eyes spoke of gratitude, that he was there with her. And he kept her Pokemon safe. Misty knew, she was on the way to recovery. Just like her overjoyed Pokemon. Misty looked at Azurill. "So little guy, Do you want a battle so I can officially capture you?" Misty wouldn't mind that.. She just didn't know if her Pokemon had recovered enough. The Azurill looked recovered ... The events of the past day came back, and Misty had some questions. "Ronan, what happened with the water reservoir?"{amazing post! you deserve an other mod point for it I hope my post is alright ^^}

[[OOC; Thanks babe It's always a pleasure writing for you. Also, note that Shiny Azurill's appearance at the Quagsire reservation has to do with the fact that it's mother is one of the Quags, hence this one comes with a special egg move...which will help since a Lvl 7 Azu has no attacking moves XDXD]] He didn't know how the blatantly simple act of that familiar voice calling out his name could incite such a gamut of emotions suddenly rampaging through his consciousness. Relief, for one, slap-dashed with a healthy dose of leap-out-of-your-seat happiness and that lump in your throat a fellow like him was not accustomed to yet knew too well. Ronan, despite his ironfisted attempts at keeping his cool and not tackling the redhead with a decidedly unmanly hug which would probably serve to injure her even more could not however stop the warm, genuine grin which was quickly spreading across his face like wildfire and was making his cheeks hurt, yet he didn't give a damn. He had wagered that she would be conscious tomorrow morning at least, at least not this soon after all that physical and mental traumatization and the fact that she had likely, very likely nearly drowned. A low chuckle resounded from deep within his chest as he leaned back in his seat and merely watched in satisfaction the slightly chaotic jumble of Pokemon which had suddenly gathered to greet the girl--she certainly had her way with the little beasts. "Welcome back to the world of the living. You were missed, I must say." the gruff doctor said after the scrabbling of feet and hugs had stopped. The Stunky on his lap raised its head and blinked confusedly in regards to the unrestrained show of affection the Pokemon it had been battling against not too long ago was showering upon this one girl. Having never felt or done such a thing, it turned around to face Ronan, stared into his features hard in a scrutinizing manner that made him raise an eyebrow in question before putting its paws on his chest to prop itself up and clamp its teeth on his left ear. The doctor's first, obvious reaction of course was to let out a sharp yelp of shock followed up with a foul curse as he grabbed the creature by the scruff of the neck until he realized from the deep rumbling within the Stunky's throat, that it was actually purring. The thing nibbling at his earlobes in the manner of a puppy which had not been house trained was showing 'affection', and he made the likely astute assumption that the furball had never really interacted with its owner enough to know set boundaries or more 'proper' ways of emoting. Hearing Misty's thanks, he grinned despite the Stunky clinging on stubbornly to his ear and winked at her. "Just the truth, Red. Plain and simple. I ain't all that good at predicting the future---pretty bad at it actually, but if my gut's telling me anything, it's that the youngest Kasumi is going to rip the League a new asinine jerk at the rate she's going." He said, mind drifting off for a moment to the familiar face of one red-headed fellow whose determination and sheer chutzpah also reminded him of the one laying here facing him; Lance. It would be interesting to see what would happen if the war goddess of Cerulean clashed horns with Johto's Dragon lord. The Azurill who seemed to be elated that Missy was awake did not seem to hear her question--if it did, it did not feel like it. Battling the person who saved its friends and mother at the reservoir? For shame! The turquoise greenish fluffball let out a shrill squeak and jumped up and down before charging into Ronan's labcoat as the doctor let out yet a second yelp of shock so far in this session. The Stunky, thinking that the Azurill mean to attack doctorman let out a grunt of dislike and was about to shove the mouse thing away until it emerged by itself, balancing a Pokeball precariously on its nose. As Ronan and the other Pokemon watched in wonderment, the rotund rodent threw the ball above itself so that it bounced off its head and rolled onto the bed---the impact caused the mechanism to go off as a blinding flash of red light burst forth to engulf the little animal who quickly disappeared into the device's confines. The ball rattled for a few seconds before going dead still as Ronan resisted the urge to laugh at the oddness of the situation. A few more seconds passed as the ball rocked back and forth and burst open once more to reveal the Azurill who was shrouded in a flash of white light instead of the old red. After making sure that it was exactly were it had been moments ago, the rodent's face cracked into a wide grin as it nuzzled the ball towards Misty until the red-and-white sphere reached her fingers. Then it flopped onto its backside heavily on her blankets and yawned again before snuggling close to the young girl's body. There was a smirk on the doctor's face as he watched the tiny fluffball's antics though the Stunky in his lap glared at it with just a smidgen of jealousy. At any rate, he was relieved that the mouse did not feel like fighting as he wasn't going to sanction an impromptu battle in the halls of a house of healing. That was like sacrilege. "Interesting little fellow. What're you going to call it?" The doctor enquired as he continued to placate the shag cushion on his lap with regular scratches behind the ears. Shiny Azurill would like to join your team! Please fill in the form below pertaining to your new Pokemon! Shiny Azurill Name: [choose] Gender: [choose] Level: 7 Attacks: Slam, Charm, Tail Whip, Refresh Nature/Personality: [choose]
Picking up Misty's final question, his face quickly changed into something dour-looking as he leaned forward, compressing the Stunky slightly under his chest of which the animal was not too comfortable with. Ignoring the grunts and squirming for a moment, Ronan seemed to be debating how much to tell her and decided to just relay everything he knew. "As you might probably have suspected, the whole place came down on us. Every last brick. We got out just in time, mind you--those paramedics thought we were goners, that. It's a good thing that most of the city's electrical brunt-worn was transferred out of that place a few weeks back, but I reckon there's quite a number of homes tonight without running power thanks to that little stunt those idiots pulled off." He explained without hesitation as the Stunky stopped its squirming, huffed up indignantly and remained quiet while 'new master' spoke. "One of those Rockets, that red-headed harlot with the killer sea dandelion, she got away. Cops have no clue on how to track her, and the two loonies whose asses they managed to cap aren't talking, except for warnin' us that there's more of 'em out there. Not good news, for sure. You might wanna be careful on your way out to Violet City--there's news of these chaps doing running some...recruitment campaign or something." Then a crack appeared in Ronan's facade of seriousness as he seemed to remember something and dug deep into the coat pockets. The first thing he took out was a wad of cash amounting up to $650 he placed on Misty's bedside. "That's a little something from the cops. Seems as though those two nimrods have been on the wanted list for a bit, and you just cashed in the reward." Fumbling around his pockets a bit more, he dragged out a small square package wrapped haphazardly in brown deli paper. "I was planning to save this for..uh...tommorrow...but since you're already up..." Ronan unwrapped it hastily to reveal a small glass case which contained two gemstones the color of the ocean. One was a teardrop-shaped MysticWater necklet which had a leather strap that was curled around what looked like a roughly-hewn Water Stone. "Grandmama Quagsire spat that one out before they wheeled her into ER. I assume she wanted you to have it." He pointed to the Mysticwater before gesturing to the Water Stone. "And that's mine. If the Rockets are back, I'm assured you can probably make very good use of these...." Misty received MysticWater! Misty received Water Stone!

"Welcome back to the world of the living. You were missed, I must say."Misty smiled. She looked at the skunk that was trying to kiss up to Ronan. Apparently, she wasn't just missed, but she also missed something. "So little guy, Do you want a battle so I can officially capture you?"Mutch to Misty's surprise, the turquoise Pokemon jumped into the pokeball, with much agility. She didn't even know the little Pokemon had so much agility in it's short body. She let out a laugh, but that kinda hurt, she was surprised at first, but then again, the did have a lot of bruises. Misty picked up the pokeball that the Tiny Pokemon pushed toward her hand. Slightly surprised/shocked, the shiny Turquoise crawled under her blankets, and cuddled right next to her. The Pokemon yawned, and seemed to get comfratble next to her. Misty put the pokeball on the desk, near a few other things, so it won't get lost. Then, she placed her arm around the young Pokemon, and huggled it. "Interesting little fellow. What're you going to call it?""What do you think of Rainbow Bubble?" Misty quickly continued speaking: "I know it's kinda a childish and lame name but I think it's very fitting and pretty." Shiny Azurill Name: Rainbow Bubble Gender: Female Level: 7 Attacks: Slam, Charm, Tail Whip, Refresh Ability: Huge Power Nature/Personality: confident. It's very smart, and small. The fact that she's shiny seems to be connected to her small size, almost half as tall as she is supposed to be. Never less, she's very confident, brave, and doesn't back down when her friends are in need of any help. She has a very sweet, gentle side, that she often shows to the ones she loves.
Misty smiled, and scratched the chocolat-colored beaver behind his ear. If he could purr, he would have purred. Her Pokemon where happily laying next to her. Then Ronan leanded forward, to her, and she looked at him wondering what he wanted. "As you might probably have suspected, the whole place came down on us. Every last brick. We got out just in time, mind you--those paramedics thought we were goners, that."Misty nodded, she got that. Slightly distressed, she petted the chocolat-colored pokemon faster. "It's a good thing that most of the city's electrical brunt-worn was transferred out of that place a few weeks back, but I reckon there's quite a number of homes tonight without running power thanks to that little stunt those idiots pulled off." Misty's eyes wiedend. The damage caused by them would have been huge, if the power had still been there. Luckly, everyone got out in time. She had no idea that that might have happed... The Rockets were playing with fire!
"One of those Rockets, that red-headed harlot with the killer sea dandelion, she got away. Cops have no clue on how to track her, and the two loonies whose asses they managed to cap aren't talking, except for warnin' us that there's more of 'em out there. Not good news, for sure. You might wanna be careful on your way out to Violet City--there's news of these chaps doing running some...recruitment campaign or something."
Misty's face cleared up at Ronan's last statement. "Wonderful! I can get back at them for my leg! Just wait till I get that dandelion tamer in my hands!" She grinned at the idea of kicking some more Rocket butts. Her pokemon needed training, and it was a lot more fun to beat up Rockets then wild Pokemon. Ronan pulled something out his pockets, $650 was smashed on the table. "That's a little something from the cops. Seems as though those two nimrods have been on the wanted list for a bit, and you just cashed in the reward."Misty didn't really care for the money, but she know what she was going to use it for. A rod. What else? She's a Water Pokemon Trainer, so that's a very important part of her equipment! The money lay next to Bubble's pokeball, and it was fine their. She's put it away later. Misty yawed, becoming tiried. Maybe she wasn't as recovered as she toughed she was. Only when Ronan started to speak again, Misty realized that that she was drozing off. "I was planning to save this for..uh...tommorrow...but since you're already up..."
She hoped he didn't notice her drifting off. With half an eye open, she looked at him unpacking something. He didn't have to give her anything. She tried to keep her eye open while he finished unpacking it. When she saw what was inside, she no longer had problems with keeping her eyes open. She was staring at a water stone, and a Mystic Water necklace! "Grandmama Quagsire spat that one out before they wheeled her into ER. I assume she wanted you to have it."Is he kidding her? a real Mystic Water? That's a very rare prize! Very precious for a water trainer like herself.. But even more, she got it from a Quagsire! "And that's mine. If the Rockets are back, I'm assured you can probably make very good use of these...."Misty had a hard time keeping her eyes into their sockets. He was giving her something as precious as a water stone? Misty got teary eyes.. and she very carefully touched the water stone, as if she wanted to find out it was real, and not a dream. Her hand slid over to the Mystic Water, and gently touched it. She picked it up, and held it to the light, to see the beautiful colors spread across the water. She held up, like a scared item. Her hand moved down, and she held the teardrop gem into her hand, staring at it for a few seconds. Then, she looked at the Water Stone. "Ronan, I can't ... I ... I don't know how to thank you.."
Misty almost started to cry. She quickly wiped a tear and hoped that Ronan didn't see that. "Ronan, way don't you go rest? you must be tired!" Said Misty quickly, hoping to get him out of the room, before she would start to cry. -----------X-X 6 Days later X-X----------- Misty's leg had recovered fine, just like all Pokemon. She was starting to walk again. The nurses where almost driven crazy by Misty's Pokemon attempts to help. Misty of course, had a lot of fun seeing them trying to help. The water stone was safely in her bag, and the Mystic Water was now hanging on the neck of the Bubbles. Waras's face kinda looked better. For as much as healing could make him look better. Well. He's cute. Right? Tamonten, Liza and Yoshie were happy to have a new friend. Bubbles was a great new friend, ready for battle as they were. Thou Tamonted appeared to be a bit jealous of the Turquoise Bubble. Yohsie loved her around, now she wasn't the only female Pokemon around. Misty was almost recovered enough to go out again. She could hardly wait. She had asked Ronan to come with her to the reservoir, to see the Quagsires once more. She had some pokeblocks ready for them, as a gift for safely guiding them out. And she still had to thank them for giving her the Mystic Water. She adored the necklace. As she adored her new Pokemon. Most of the time, she carried it around like a little baby. Hey, it was a baby Pokemon! She was hoping to find Ronan in the Pokemon center, she was packing her things. The water stone, her pokeballs, the Jotho map, everything seemed to be in there. She called her Pokemon, greeted the staff, and got on her way form the hospital to the Pokemon Center. {I got inspiration! This one is a lot better then my last one! I nearly fell of my chair when you gave Misty a Mystic Water and a Water Stone! I loved it If we keep posting like this, we are going to reach page 8 in no time ;D BTW, guess what Bubble's signature move will be ;D}

((OOC: No problem babe also, Bubble will learn Bubble or Bubblebeam? lol Bubbles.)) As the motley crew entered the Pokemon Center and gained permission to seek the doctor out in his office somewhere in back, Waras toddled off first with a wide grin on his face, sniffing out that familiar and distinctive musky human scent and not even batting his beady eyes when Tamonten made to jump on his back from an impromptu piggyback ride again. "Bi." the Beaver chittered curtly as he waddled right into the legs of a nurse who almost fell over but quickly gained her balance as she stared at the strange duo and grew even more bug-eyed when she saw the redheaded girl who seemed to be the owner of the two wayward Pokemon; Misty was more than known here, especially after the fiasco almost a week ago. The young lady in uniform bowed courteously with a smile as she bypassed the little group and continued on her way to the wards, debating on her options of getting an autograph later. "Squirtle Squirt!" Tamonten scolded th dull-minded beaver lightly as he pulled at Waras' ears to tried to steer the one-track-minded Bidoof who seemed quite willing to bulldoze over everything to keep up with Ronan's scent. "Bi Bi Bi." Waras mumbled back nonchalantly as Tamonten's yanking didn't do much to change his pace of walking. "Bi Bi Bi Bi...." BOOMThe rodent slammed his face right into a door as Tamonten was jolted from his perch rather violently and tumbled off, landing on the back of his shell where he struggled with a look of embarrassment on his face until Yoshie rolled her eyes and decided to set him back on his feet. Waras, slow that he was seemed dazed but didn't register anything beyond that and the wide grin of triumph on his face. The human was here! "Bidoof!" He butted the door again, lacking fingers to actually knock on the wood. It was a few seconds before the door finally opened to reveal someone........shorter than Ronan. Much shorter. Who was also a very young girl. "Doof?" Waras said blankly as he tilted his head to a side and sniffed at her feet. Well, she did smelled somewhat like the doctor. The little thing stared at Misty and the rest of her team with just as much confusion written on that freckled face before looking down at the silly-looking Bidoof, giggling a little and patting him on the head. "You're funny." She peered up at Misty warily like a small kitten, taking in the girl's features before blurting out, "Are you Red? You must be Red cause your hair is really, really..... red." "Addie, who is it?" The second voice that hollered out from somewhere inside the disheveled workspace was very familiar as the little girl immediately stood up, blonde pigtails bobbing slightly before she pointed at Misty and replied, "RED'S HERE PAPA!" There was a small crash of what sounded like boxes, plastic files and a coffee mug which thudded harmlessly off the carpeting before it rolled lazily towards Waras' feet. "What's HE doing here?! I though he was up in Stark Mountain!" "But I thought you said she was a girl! She has a Bubble Mouse with her! It's all fat and bouncy and she has a funny beaver too!" One foul-mouthed curse later, Waras found himself staring at the familiar black leather shoes of the doctor once again as the man scrambled out of under his seeming mountain of paperwork. The gunshot wound on his arm also looked to have healed enough for him to return to his work. Most of it anyway. There was a tired grin on his face which told Misty that he was quiet relieved to see her and be escape the doldrums of his job for a couple of hours as he threw on a jacket while the little girl 'Addie' has disappeared off somewhere and returned five minutes later holding a disgruntled-looking Stunky wearing liberal amounts of makeup and gaudy pink bowtie in her arms. "Sorry. Almost forgot about our little date, what with all the crazy this place brings up." Ronan muttered as he set the coffee mug back on the table and the young girl shot him a small look of disgust. "Papa, no wonder mama is always angry with you!." She tut-tut him and wagged her finger while the Stunky in her arms nodded fervently. "Red is too young for you!"
A look of horror registered on Ronan's face for the bare fraction of a second before he let out a bark of laughter and leaned against a bookshelf for support. "No, not that sort of date, Addie. See, we're going to see the Quagsires today up at the new reservation." The gruff medic explained as he looked at his wristwatch absent-mindedly and peered at Misty's motley party notably the young Azurill who was wearing the MysticWater around her neck. "Misty, my daughter Adelaide. Addie, this is Misty or Red. She beats Rockets up for breakfast. Probably lunch too." Ronan introduced the two of them as Addie stared up into Misty's face in child-like awe and blurted out, "You're pretty. And tough. That's so cool. Do you have spiffy clothes like Cynthia? Have you been to the Battle Frontier?" "My ex-wife is coming to pick her some time in the evening after visitation rights are up. I figure you won't mind a little extra company? She's never seen a Quagsire before. She hasn't seen a lot of things before now that I think about it. " Ronan scratched the back of his head in slight embarrassment of this fact as he quickly slammed down a nearby photoframe. "You're bringing me?" The girl quipped gleefully as she bounced on the heel of her shoes and held on to the decorated Stunky tighter. "Can Pepe come too?" "Yeah. Go grab your jacket and make sure he doesn't spray on it." Ronan ushered her towards the coat-rack as he raised an eyebrow at the Stunky who was put on the floor for a moment to regard Tamonten and the rest of Misty's team in slight embarrassment. The Turtle was snickering in delight at the animal's 'torment' until Yoshie elbowed him in the ribs hard enough for him to almost topple over, and even then he was still giggling while the Stunky looked upon him with a sour expression of resignation. "You'll be pleased to know the marshland sanctuary up north is very well protected after last week's events. They've relocated all the Quagsires from last week there. The old dame needed some help, but I trust she's doing fine." said the doctor as he handed Misty a tourist map with a large red circle denoting their destination which didn't seem too far. "Feel free to lead us, Red. They'll be more than happy to see you." The clickety-clack of dance shoes resounded on the wooden floorboards as Addie reappeared by her father's wide wearing a huge, contented grin on her face as though Christmas had come early. "Alright ladies..." Ronan held the door open as he gestured outside. "Let's move. We've got some big, damn amphibians waiting for us."

Misty walked calmly, down to Ronan's office at the back of the Pokemon Center. Waras, ridden by Tamonten, seemed to follow a scent. Misty laughed at their weirdness, but let them act the way they wanted to. After all, they gained strength by those 'riding lessons.' Bubbles's necklace danced on Misty's arms, while the turquoise water mouse played with it. Her tail was waving around, more focused on the tear-shaped necklace then the Pokemon around her. Misty laughed gently at her Bubble. The stubborn Pokemon had quickly become one of her favorite Pokemon, -like every good trainer, she loved everyone of her Pokemon though- but quickly shifted her attention to Tamonten. What was that squirtle trying to do? Misty couldn't keep up with the rodent, so she let him run. He was going straight for Ronan. So he could go. She'd find him back, and Tamonten was with him. Waras didn't let the squirtle slow him down; he kept walking with a steady pace, and bumped right into the door. Misty laughed at her Pokemon, as she saw her squirtle land on his back, and desperately tried to get up again. The door opened, and Misty looked surprised at the little girl looking at her. "Are you Red? You must be Red cause your hair is really, really.....red."
Misty giggled at her statement, and just wanted to speak when a familiar voice called the little girl. "RED'S HERE PAPA!"
Misty slapped her forehead when she heard several thing crashing on the floor. A coffee mug rolled to wards Waras, and the beaver looked at it. It still had some coffee left in it. The beaver sniffed it, and pushed the cup around with his foot. "What's HE doing here?! I though he was up in Stark Mountain!"Misty rolled her eyes. HE happened to be the one who gave her that nickname. She was usually know as Misty, but this confusion was rather amazing. Waras had, in the mean time, taken a few licks of the left-over coffee. He felt something strange moving through his body. "But I thought you said she was a girl! She has a Bubble Mouse with her! It's all fat and bouncy and she has a funny beaver too!"
Misty smiled as Ronan appeared to the door, after hearing him cursing, she just knew he almost tripped on something while he tried to reach the door. Misty's sea-blue eyes looked at the little girl, who came back with a ... doll? No, that wasn't a doll... That was Stinky! Tamonten, who just got back on his feet, couldn't hold his laugh. He just started laughing louder and louder, in till the poor squirlte fell back on his shell. With as result that Yoshie couldn't hold her laugh (the damn male turtle can't stay on his feet for more then 5 minutes!) Misty walked in with Ronan, to see if he needed help cleaning up. (while trying not to laugh to loud - her former opponent was now being used as a doll) "That's fine Ronan. Need some help with that?"The little girl called Ronan "papa'... Misty looked at her, trying to discover Ronan's face in hers, while they had a little 'chat'. "Red is too young for you!"And that little chat ended up making her blush and laugh. "Misty, my daughter Adelaide. Addie, this is Misty or Red. She beats Rockets up for breakfast. Probably lunch too." "You're pretty. And tough. That's so cool. Do you have spiffy clothes like Cynthia? Have you been to the Battle Frontier?"Misty giggled at all the questions of the little girl. She bend down on her heels, and looked at Adelaide. "Well hello Addie. Nice to meet you. I haven't been to the Battle Frontier, but I will get their one day, not long from now.""My ex-wife is coming to pick her some time in the evening after visitation rights are up. I figure you won't mind a little extra company? She's never seen a Quagsire before. She hasn't seen a lot of things before now that I think about it. "Misty faced Ronan to anwser him, "Sure no problem Ronan." And then stood back up. Misty laughed, as it took them some time to get ever body ready, to leave to the Reservoir. "Come on Addie, If we're lucky, we will face some nice Pokemon on the way, and then you'll get to see these cuties in action!"Truth be told, she hoped to face some Sandshrew, a Diglett or a Sentret, so her team got some training. They had all recovered, and it was time to get training again. "Right this way Addie!" She smiled at the little girl, and asked her: "Have you ever seen a Pokemon battle? You don't have to worry, My Pokemon are highly trained and won't loose." She smiled at the little girl, while crossing the street. She could see the trees and the path that lead to the reservoir already. "Did you know your daddy safed me and my Pokemon lifes? I safed your daddy's life a couple of times too! Misty walked with quite a lot of tempo, but had to slow down now, her leg wasn't as strong yet as she wanted it to be. "What's your favorite pokemon Addie?"{Finished }

[Same deal as Luigi, sorry for the wait and lacking Art's literary skills. ] As Addie and her father began to follow Misty, the young girl had run to catch up with the Gym Leader, she was always interested in meeting new people. Plus she liked some of this girl's Pokemon. Luckily for Ronan, she hadn't heard him say "big, damn amphibians", if she had she'd have another story to tell Mommy when she saw her. One that Mommy would have probably been very interested in hearing. But she hadn't heard, she was listening to Misty at the moment. "Aww, you haven't been to the Battle Frontier yet. I wanted to know more about it." she said, she looked sad at the news, but like most children her age she quickly got over it and changed her mood around. "When you do go you have to tell me about it!" She said to Misty, sounding very bossy to the older girl when she said it. Misty then said that she'd hopefully be able to see Misty's Pokemon in Battle if they ran into anything. Which she definitely wanted to see, she knew what a Gym Leader was so she wanted to see how strong they were in Battle. "Really?! I can watch you Battle! Wait till I tell Mommy!" She cheered, clearly enthusiastic about the idea of seeing Misty Battle, even if it was only Wild Pokemon. Addie then heard Misty ask what her favorite Pokemon was, and she thought about it for a while. "Probably Pepe, he's really cute! And he's so funny and soft! Mommy doesn't like him though, she screams when she sees him. Why do you think that is? And what is your favorite Pokemon? Do you think Pepe is cute?" She asked, going back to rapid-fire questions. Soon after asking that the little girl pointed, "What's that Pokemon? It looks pretty!" She yelled out before running over to the Pokemon, a Wild Ralts, needless to say the Wild Pokemon had heard the young girl yell and had turned to look, just in time too since it was able to avoid her lunge for it. It had panicked and jumped out of the way, it was fairly young and didn't have full control over it's abilities yet, so it thought she was attacking rather then trying to hug it. Addie also didn't take missing the Pokemon and hitting the ground very well, she got up quickly, she wasn't hurt at all, but was clearly a bit angry. She then ran over to Misty and smiled up at the older girl, "Will you show me how you Battle with this Pokemon? Please?" She asked, she wasn't an evil child or anything, she like most children just had a slight problem with not getting what she wanted, which in this case was a hug, so she got angry. Plus she wanted to see Misty Battle anyway. Ronan however, had decided not to involve himself with the "girl talk" that they had going, he knew better then that. But of course when Addie had fallen trying to hug the Ralts he had run over and checked to make sure she wasn't hurt at all, he wouldn't want to face his ex-wife if Addie had been hurt at all, luckily she wasn't, which gave him the time to notice the Ralts. "Oh a Ralts, they aren't too common around here, I'm surprised we ran into one out here already." He says, not really to anyone in particular. Wild Ralts [Level 9] appeared!

Misty smiled while Ronan's little daughter kept rattling about what she liked. At the right moment, she'd say: "Really?" "Yes" and "Wow!" Witch appeared to be all the little girl needed to keep talking. Pepe, the make-up skunk, walked behind the little girl, and from what Misty could see, her Pokemon were having fun with the poor thing. She gave a rather angry look to Tamonten, who appeared to have the lead in laughing with the unfortunate thing.
And just when she wasn't paying attention to Addie, a wild Pokemon appeared. Misty turned her head back, and she could hear Ronan gasping for breath, as his daughter turned to the wild Pokemon; "Addie, wait!"
Of course, the wild Ralts avoided her. Misty got slightly worried when the girl hit the ground, but as quick as lighting, she stood next to Misty, begging her to fight the Pokemon. "Sure Addie, This'll be a good training!" Misty pushed the young girl a little more to wards her father, to keep her safe. This Pokemon knew some dangerous moves, and she wasn't gonna let the young girl be in danger. Well, not if she could avoid it.
"Alright, I choose"- Misty was interrupted by her shiny Azurill. Misty had been planning to get Waras into the battle, but Bubble wanted to prove what she was worth. "No Bubble, not you... Not this battle, the next one I promise!" She mumbled
"Waras! Go!" Waras, who had been walking next to Pepe, as slow as always, Was quite clueless about what was happening. Good thinking from Yoshie, who gave him a good push in the butt, making him understand that he had a battle waiting for him.
"Use tackle!" Misty hoped that Waras was a good choice. He wasn't very smart, but he had a good pain control, something that he had prov en in his last battle. He still didn't have many good attacks, but Misty trusted him.

[Sorry for the absurdly long wait for a reply.] Addie was very happy that Misty had said she'd Battle this Pokemon, that meant she'd be able to see Misty have a Battle already! Plus this wild Pokemon looked very pretty to Addie, so she wanted to see how it would Battle as well. She wasn't even mad about the thing causing her to fall anymore, she'd already gotten much too excited about the thought of seeing Misty in a Battle. Plus like most children she had a ten second memory sometimes. The Ralts on the other hand wasn't all that pleased about how they'd been talking about what to do with it, shouldn't it have a say? Apparently not since the older girl, a Trainer unlike the smaller one that had rushed it, had told one of her Pokemon to attack the Ralts. So Ralts decided to respond in kind with it's own attack, there was no way it would allow itself to lose to this rather dense looking beaver. So it prepared it's Psychic powers to use it's Confusion attack. This didn't take long as the Ralts knew what to do from using the attack several times, but also because it wasn't an overly powerful attack. But it released it all the same, with the attack heading right for Waras. The attack hit the Bidoof head on, and had knocked him down, but it had failed to confuse him, which angered the Ralts slightly, was this thing feigning stupidity? Or was it's skull so thick that the attack's added effect was rendered ineffective on this particular Pokemon? Either way Waras had gotten up rather quickly, and he charged the Ralts at full speed for a Tackle, his slow movements from before being far from his actual speed once he got into a Battle. This Ralts just attacked the wrong Pokemon in Waras' mind. He slammed into the Psychic Pokemon, knocking it back a few feet as well as knocking the thing down, he'd done reasonable damage to his opponent, much more then the Ralts had expected the Normal Pokemon to be capable of causing at any rate. Waras then headed back to Misty to wait for his next set of orders as the Ralts got back up from the Tackle it had just taken. BattleRalts | Level 9| Health : 83%Status : Normal Attack : A successful Confusion. Waras | Level 9| Health : 85%Status : Normal Attack : A successful Tackle.

Misty smiled, and supported her weight onto her 'good' leg. Ralts was the first to attack, dispite It's ovious dislike to battle. Not that it was that surprising that Waras didn't attack first. He really was slow. Just plain slow. The attack hit him, but it didn't affect him all that much. Misty figured he didn't really feel that much of it. "Waras! Use tackle!" Misty realized she was probobly letting poor Addie down... since Waras wasn't smart enough to try different technieques, she just had to keep using tackle. With Liza, things were different. She was perhaps Modest, but she wasn't dumb. she understood the tacts Misty used, and even a command like: tackle in zig-zag pattern! was understood. That kind of things were wasted on Waras. He was ... just to slow. It was a good thing he was so pain-resistant. Misty glared at Addie, to see if she was still enjoying the battle. The young girl appeared to be facinated with the fight. Thou she must be confused over the attack the Ralts used earlier. Misty figured, she'd let Ronan explain that part. She wanted to focus on the battle, rather then explaining Addie what "psyich" attacks were. What did she know about Ralts? it was a psyic pokemon; an emotion pokemon. Misty looked at the skunk now called "Pepe". Ralts would be a much better friend for the girl. And she did think it's cute. Maybe she should capture it for the girl? Misty looked back, briefly, to see if she still liked the pokemon. Misty looked back to the battle so see Waras start his tackle. {Finished. Thank you so much Alex, for replying ;D!! *hugs* Sorry for the slow reply, I'm in the exams now }

[Don't worry about it, I know what those are like. D:] Ralts was too annoyed with the Bidoof to care that it was going to use the exact same attack again, sure Growl could help but not as much as getting this thing Confused. Hopefully it'd work this time, though Ralts found it odd that there were two people other then the Trainer hanging around, what did they want? Would they jump in to help the Trainer or did they just happen to be there? It was wondering more about the young girl, she seemed to have charged it a little while ago, did she actually want to Battle it herself? The Ralts then heard the Trainer give another order to her Bidoof and looked back at it, preparing for a second Confusion. The attack hit the Bidoof once again, and knocked him down once again as well, although it still failed to confuse the opponent. What was it with this thing? Why wouldn't it get confused like most opponents the Ralts had had in the past. What was different about this thing? But as Waras got back up the Ralts glared at it, before Waras began charging it for a second Tackle. At this point, Addie was of course trying to get closer to the Battle, so she could see it better, but her father had anticipated this and grabbed her, picking her up so she couldn't get any closer. Waras was running at full speed to try and hit the Ralts once again, but sadly he'd tripped before he had reached the Ralts, he still crashed into it, but at a much lower speed which of course meant lower damage was done to the Ralts this round. Waras went back to Misty just like normal, while Ralts was of course glad that had happened. Perhaps it's attack was having an effect on the Bidoof after all. Waras was now awaiting orders. BattleRalts | Level 9| Health : 69%Status : Normal Attack : A successful Confusion. Waras | Level 9| Health : 58%Status : Normal Attack : A somewhat successful Tackle.

Misty could slap her face when Waras tripped. He wasn't a weak Pokemon, but he REALLY needed more brain. Or a guardian Angel. Like, to tell him: their's a rock, don't trip. good thing he had quite the pain resistance. Misty didn't notice a thing when Addie tried to get forward. She was so busy with her battle... and it was going wrong now! If Waras hadn't tripped, he would have giving Ralts quite a strong tackle, and now he was more injured!
Misty analyzed this injuries. A big bruise on his face, right were the faint scar was, that he got from his fights with Team Rocket. A tiny bit of blood came thou his face, the scar must have opened again. A bit of hair was missing on his paw, were he fell and scrapped over the ground.
Ralts was in a slightly better condition. He didn't have any bleeding injuries, -not that Misty could see anyway-, but he did have a rather big abrasion where Waras hit him the first time, and a pretty big Bruise were her Pokemon hit him the second time.
She also noticed the Ralts was annoyed about something. She wondered about what...
Misty shook her head; time for a new attack! "Waras, use tackle!" It's a good thing that he has such a hard head... Else he'd very survive so many tackles in a row.. Misty giggled. It was about time he learned a new attack... A little longer, and he'd be as bad as Magicarp!
Misty scouted the area. There were bushes around her, were more Pokemon could hide, or were Ralts could flee. The battlefield was the road, and it was an earth road, with an occasional rock. The water was still further up ahead, so no advantages to be gained their... Not that Waras could have an advantage form water... yet.
{Hope you like! :3 Sorry for the slow response, I've had a internetless 2 days XD}
