A large recording studio can be found on this floor. Normally off-limits to visitors, various talk shows including Professor Oak's Talk Show are recorded here. ![](https://johtophoto.com/general/characters/professoroak.jpg) Professor Oak's Talk Show

Once every couple of months Professor Oak's Talk show is aired on 92.5. During this show, the Professor tells the audience about his recent field work. One of Oak's favourite topics is Mass Out Breaks; also known as Swarms.
Mass Out Breaks are when a particular Pokemon is seen in an area it normally can't be found in. So, make sure you pay attention to what and where Prof. Oak talks about so you can bag yourself some rarer pokémon!

"This is the Professor Oak Talk Show, the number ONE place for all knowledge! I'm Dj Mary, tonight's host, and joining us is the one and only Professor Oak. He's here to bring us the latest and greatest of what's happening out there in the world of Pokemon!
"Now we'll get onto the broadcast. Oak?"
"Good evening Mary, and a thanks to all you trainers out there who have tuned in! I better get started."
"This first one is trotting around Route 32 and is one many would consider quite an adorable companion: morpeko. Not unlike our own pikachu, this little electric rodent stores up seeds in its cheek pouches to snack on. But watch out! If morpeko gets even a little bit hungry it completely flips into hangry mode and can be quite a handful!"
"Yet another on the list that would get on Whitney's top 10 list. Stufful is known to be extremely fluffy and soft to touch, but its very particular about that. Any unexpected contact and you'll very quickly find out how this fighting type's strength matches how plush its fur is. You can find it brightening up the Eerie Wood."
"Our final swarm is quite the opposite of the previous ones. A loud single-cylinder pokemon those bikers around the big city would probably enjoy, Varoom is a new one to tread over Johto. A poison steel type that looks just like a little motorcycle engine and can be found roaming along Route 37. It's really hard to miss!"
"Thank you very much for those brief descriptions Professor Oak! We hope that the news of these monthly swarms is exciting to all you trainers out there. Remember to journey safely, and stay tuned! But for now, this is Dj Mary, signing off."
