A large recording studio can be found on this floor. Normally off-limits to visitors, various talk shows including Professor Oak's Talk Show are recorded here. Professor Oak's Talk Show

Once every couple of months Professor Oak's Talk show is aired on 92.5. During this show, the Professor tells the audience about his recent field work. One of Oak's favourite topics is Mass Out Breaks; also known as Swarms.
Mass Out Breaks are when a particular Pokemon is seen in an area it normally can't be found in. So, make sure you pay attention to what and where Prof. Oak talks about so you can bag yourself some rarer pokémon!

"This is the Professor Oak Talk Show, the number ONE place for all knowledge! I'm Dj Mary, tonight's host, and joining us is the one and only Professor Oak. He's here to bring us the latest and greatest of what's happening out there in the world of Pokemon!
"Now we'll get onto the broadcast. Oak?"
"Good evening Mary, and a thanks to all you trainers out there who have tuned in! I better get started."
~~~ Any Cherrgrove residents are in for quite a rare sight for their parts. Typically found training around mountainous areas, a swarm of Meditite will be passing through the city of flowers. Perhaps it's the famous Blue Moon Falls that is attracting them. I've heard waterfalls are good for spiritual endurance and that's just what these dual typed fighters specialize in.
Next up is an intriguing variant of our everyday mole: Diglett. A group of Alolan Diglett are making quite the stir with the metal rich Union Cave area. No doubt the Aron in the vicinity will be a little testy as these exotic ground-steel types compete for their food source. So keep extra safe when using the cave pass for the next few months!
This last one is for all those bird catchers out there. The elusive wingless Doduo is stampeding their way through Goldenrod! Specifically they appear to be hanging around the National Park area. They may not have wings, but don't underestimate these guys' speed. Doduo are very alert considering their two heads so it may be hard to catch one. Good luck though!
~~~ "Thank you very much for those brief descriptions Professor Oak! We hope that the news of these monthly swarms is exciting to all you trainers out there. Remember to journey safely, and stay tuned! But for now, this is Dj Mary, signing off."
