Working on it now. If the colors seem awful, it's cause I'm still working on it.
Edit: There, how is that? You'll probably need a resize code to get the banner to fit. If the whole forum's width was resized that would fix it but then the main skin's banner would be off. I do have a different copy of the banner saved that I think will fit but, that one isn't animated.

Yeah there are some things I like and don't.
1) Love the menu icons but you should make one for new topics too.
2) I don't like the banner. I'll give you some images I want to use in the banner.
3) Skin is not to my liking. I like the red and black but I don't like the rest. the background doesn't fit at all.
4) Can you tell me how you did the text to flash.

I know you said you're likely not able to what with you being busy but I just thought i'd file in a request here to do one of those sigs I remarked about in my shop; the ones with the really thick black borders and 16:9 ratio'd Pokemon images. I'm more than happy for you to pick out any image you think fits for the current team i've got in my party (Whatever that is for when you get round to it). More than happy to pay as well so feel free to take this whenever you're ready.  |

UPDATE!
I am now, accepting art requests. I will try to draw you a picture from scratch. The price will be discussed after I finish, as you may not like my work. I'm still learning how to draw after all. No, I can't do backgrounds yet. I don't yet know how to draw backgrounds, and I can't draw people hugging or touching yet, either.
