Hey Pikachu, I'm making a Naruto role-play site, and once I have everything set up, could you do the skin and codes? I know you don't say you do coding, but I'll pay anywhere between 1500 to 2500 depending on how good the job is! ^_^

Okay. I don't have anything up yet, but since the site's created, I may as well ask. For the background, can you stick to dark colors, like a blue scheme, a black scheme, or a purple scheme? As for the banner, could you crop a few characters you think look good together, and pick a background in the banner that compliments the characters. As for a background image, don't pick a picture of a character, try and find a background that suits the skin and banner.
