After DPPt's outstanding total of 14 legendary Pokemon, the Unova region sees a small downgrade with a grand total of just 12. In all honesty that seems like an agreeable amount. 14 wasn't too bad either as it meant that there was more post game content but nonetheless. The legendaries in Unova aren't too bad either. I definitely have some clear favourites, those being Zekrom, Terrakion, Genesect and Tornadus (Yeah I know he's a crappy recolour). All in all, not bad. The only thing that does irk me a bit are the four horses (Or horsemen as some people dub them). Terrakion is the only one I like out of them and the rest just seem pants on backwards weird. Cobalion has goddamn SHOES or something, Virizion is slightly better but still a bit out there and the last one Keldeo is... Babby. Terrakion gets some slack for being a badass Rock/Fighting type and his horns are pretty decent.

I still think 12 is too much. They're supposed to be these super-rare pokémon but yet they heap them on us.
Keldeo is adorable. That is all.
I don't really like the rest of them... I quite like Virizion but the rest I don't like.

Well technically they are super-rare as there's only one of them in-game but I see your point. I suppose its just that it gives Gamefreak some sidequests to mess around with. And cash in on in future merchandise and films. ;D
I'm still expecting Kyurem to have an alternate form. As cool (HAHA PUNNY) as his typing is he looks like a frozen rubber chicken. Perhaps when they roll around the director's cut version.

Yeah, maybe it'll be 'frozen hide' and he won't look half dead. Though, there is that theory (or maybe it's confirmed?) that Kyurem is what's left of the pokémon Zekrom and... that other one... split from and that's why it looks dead.

Reshiram? I think i've heard that one too. Still, I do hope it does get an alt form. It'd just make it look that more believable. I think it's those flappy little arms it has.

It looks like Golem mutated... and it's got wings. Don't like it. Also, Bulbapedia describes it as 'gray' coloured. Ew. lol. It's ridiculous that that actually makes me like it less!

Hm, I how the third version will deal with adding Kyurem into the plotline. From what I gather from the nearby town they refuse to go out at night lest that nasty beastie Kyurem eats them. They also said something about him falling from space... That or i'm getting confused with Deoxys.

I have a feeling they'll do a Platinum on us and have it come in and stop those 2 (names evade me) from fighting over N/You. Either way, I do look forward to finding out about it. Pokémon Grey should be good.

I do have one theory that might explain the plot for the third version if Kyurem is the poster boy. Let's say we expand on the idea that Kyurem is the remains from both Zekrom and Reshiram that would mean he is a balance/mixture of the two. Stack it up with the fact Ghetsis himself seems to have a different skin colour on one hand/side(?) starts to formulate a small link. That or you could say Ghetsis got nasty iceburn in a previous encounter with Kyurem.
I could see it working, N gets X legendary, you get Y legendary and then WHAM Ghetsis with his ripoff Arceus music comes bounding in with Kyurem. You then have to release Kyurem from Ghetsis' control.

Perhaps you could battle with N if this is after Ghetsis' big reveal? I'd quite like that as an ending. I never noticed that about Getsis, though - is this something only you noticed or am I just missing out entirely?

If you didn't know, there's an item in the coding for Black and White called the God Stone that supposedly has some relation to Kyurem.
Also ripping something I posted on another site;
Kyurem supposedly eats people. I really doubt it would leave the Chasm to save humanity. x)
GameFreak could easily be denying the rumours of Pokemon Gray because it would make it more surprising if they did release it. If they did a storyline similar to Platinum, where you don't have the aid of ANY Dragon in the trio, that would be neat.
Like say N decides that Reshiram and Zekrom aren't enough to make people release their Pokemon. He could get Kyurem out and make it freeze humanity, therefore posing a legitimate threat to the region. You could work with both Resh and Zek to get to where N is hiding with Kyurem (perhaps a very altered version of the Giant Chasm vs the Pokemon League or whatever) and go into battle etc.
No I didn't really think that through. xD
But I'm hopeful they'll have it. And I agree with the idea of having Black City and White Forest just be replaced with something. It could be a place called the Gray Zone where it's all foggy and... depressing.
Also like someone said, why give Kyurem two moves that mimic the typing of Reshiram and Zekrom (Freeze Bolt and Cold Flare) and leave it at that?

I never noticed that about Getsis, though - is this something only you noticed or am I just missing out entirely? Check the intro for the game, when Ghetsis is raising the crown for N, you see his hand is all blackened. It's quite gruesome actually but something you can easily overlook. I only noticed it once someone pointed it out. As for your post Dani, that makes a LOT more sense. I always thought Reshiram fitted in with N a bit better but I can see Kyurem working too. Only implausible part I can see is that I can't see N going that far to do it. Ghetsis on the otherhand is an absolute nasty piece of work. As for Cold Flare and Freeze Bolt, they aren't normally accessible are they? Hm, I definitely think something's afoot here. It'll just be like Platinum when you try using Giratina's Distortion World form, it'll appear as a normal Giratina in DP because there was no sprite for it.

Legendaryies. I don't really like them, any of them. But the 5th Gen has probabally the best legendary so far. I really like Zekrom, it is better than any of the other generations like Dialga and such. Zekrom is awesome with it's electric powers. Now all they need next it a Dark gym!

No, those two moves are specially learned (an event giveaway, perhaps, OR A THIRD GAME KOFFKOFF) and they tie in directly to the other two.. so why put them in if Kyurem can't use 'em? Smells suspicious.

Ghetsis could always manipulate N into doing it for him - he basically did that during Black and White anyway. However, this time he'd be deadly serious. I'm still hoping for an N/Player double battle with both legendaries against nasty Ghetsis.
