So, feel free to burn me at the stake if need be. Just that this guy came to me a short while ago asking me to help send ZZ a message, and I told him I would *Shrug*
Dear Professor Oak and zz Members/Staff alike,
I am sorry for my behavior towards you and the site it's just since day one that I have joined there were verry few members and staff who treated me with respect. As times past more and more staff started treating me horribly even making my threads wait long periods of times to be moded but I still loved the site and the people who were nice to me like Joey. I know it was very callous and insensitive of me. But, I hope you can understand the (stress of being bullied in a place I came to be accpeted more and not bullied, I was feeling back then). I just hope you could at least let me back into the cbox as a trial time frame, and hopefully try to leave the past behind us even though I know with everything I have done it won't be to easy to look at me in a neutral view but everyone deserves a true seccond chance. You may think I have gotten my seccond chance but you can't really call it a seccond chance unless you try to look at them in a different light either good or nuetral. I hope everyone can forgive me by accepting my heart-felt apologies.
With best wishes towards zz if you let me back or not, Warmly, Jesse
End of transmission.

If he didn't feel the need to lie his way around his ban and lie about his identity, perhaps we'd consider it. But what he's done isn't something we can easily forget or forgive. And though he might regret his actions, they still happened. And a second chance won't make everyone bury the hatchet.
Also just no to the Cbox. Like I said, if he needs to lie about who he is to get on, then why accept anything he says as true? :/ I dunno, there's just too much drama with him and he said he wanted to leave ZZ, so I think he should move on and forget about us, since not everyone is open to cleaning the slate and forgiving him.
Just my few cents, yupyup.

No. He posted child pornography on our site; stole our work; and is a compulsive liar. I say we burn him alive, personally.

No. He posted child pornography on our site; stole our work; and is a compulsive liar. I say we burn him alive, personally. He sent me pictures of women naked that when clicked on went to a porn site of all things as well for no apparent reason at all since I never did anything to the little pain in the ass. There is not much I can do in the unlikely event you guys decide to unban him but I am with the staff who say he should not be allowed back on. Knowing what he had already done he will certainly do it again as soon as he gets mad again so I myself feel for the sites sake it is better to keep him permabanned. Edit: I also agree with Andrews post. That is the best response I think anyone has ever said on the manner.

You are all probably going to stab me for saying this, but at one point I was thinking perhaps it would be alright to let him back. Someone like Kairi who was also banned or left several times in the past has often been welcomed back here for a second, third and possibly fourth chance. So I was thinking, why not give this kid another chance? Allowing him to come back might help him see his mistakes and whilst it sounds horrible, the older members who experienced the crap he posted in the past will most likely just ignore him at most. It will allow him to see for himself that he really isnt welcome back.
Besides that, keeping him banned will only keep him angered and will lead him to message new members who may want to join. For example, the newest member in the cbox named 'deluxedemonfarmer'. He sent her this link along with (I think she mistook Jessecast for a female which is why it says 'she');
'She's been spamming me with links to her photobucket and wanted to warn me off because of how '*****ed up their shit is''
While the new member was able to pretty much shrug it off and ban him in an instant, other potential members may be scared off because of this straight away. And in all honesty, I dont want to keep saying to new members 'Welcome to the forum, please block Jessecast if he sends you messages because he was banned for posting porn and stealing ideas.'
But after today, I highly doubt a clean slate will ever happen. In the cbox, he used the guest name 'Joey'. Why? Ooh, apparently it was the only person who was nice to him. I told him that it annoyed me and he said something along the lines of 'it was a random name'. Erm, the *****? Out of all the possible names you picked one of an existing member? Ooh you clever little boy. -__- Pretty sick of all the lies aswell now and how he has to send the same message to every single person who is online on the cbox.
So summing all this up... No.

I say we include in the announcements on the forum and at the top of the cbox (where rules go and stuff) the warning that an old member may message you and, despite what he says, block him immediately. Also, after a while, he may just get bored. Also, I've always found how attached he is to Joey really creepy (kelfka, anyone?) especially since - I'm pretty sure - Joey hates him as much as the rest of us Finally: child porn. No. EDIT: Here's what he's doing to our new members. We need to include a warning to them somewhere. Maybe we could send a PM to them once they sign up as well as keeping a warning in the cbox 'rules' area?
