So since my younger brother of 11 years old will not give me back my games, not that I would want them back anyway cause all my old gme data is gone and replaced by his, I was searching eBay to see the prices there were one there.
Holy Crap! There are some people out there selling Pokemon Sapphire (my favorite GBA -sniffs-) are like 13+ not considering the horrendous shipping prices.
So my next stop amazon PRICES ARE NO BETTER! Actually more expensive! I should just go the the store and buy them new, if used is going to be the same price. Humph. This is really frustrating.
I JUST WANNA PLAY SOMETHIG OTHER THAN THE OLD RED ON MY OLD GAMEBOY ADVANCED! -sigh-

And I totally feel ya. Old Pokemon games are expensive... They're popular, so the demand makes the price go up. And you don't want to always go with the cheaper option, because sometimes they sell faulty games. I found that out when I bought Sapphire for $5 and the cartridge was corrupted. Now it just randomly resets. I'd suggest Game Stop. They can get pricey, but at least you know that the games work.

Yeah I was thinking GameStop as well. It's just so frustrating cause summer is coming and I'll be staying at my grandparents a lot because my job is just down from their house, but they don't have wifi work does so before or after my shifts I'll probably be checking up on threads and what not but I want something Pokemon related to do that doesn't consist of needing wifi xD
So yeah, and of anyone knows of anyone selling throw their prices and what not my way! ;P

Don't try Gamestop.
What you need to do is find a non-Gamestop place around you. I have one called 'Gator Games' and they sell TONS of games at their prices, or cheaper. It's not old timey, but find a home owned one or a small one (usually in strip malls or whatever you call them) and you can get SUCH a great deal.

eBay is generally not all that great to get older Pokemon games anyway. A lot of the stock there now is counterfeit, bootleg versions that are cheap knock offs. I made the mistake once when trying to get Leaf Green on the GBA for Morri but it turned out to be fake. Problem is, its come to the point where the saturation has overspilled into other avenues such as car boot sales, second hand shops etc... Just be careful and look for all the official Nintendo quality seals found on the packaging and cartridges. I'm also gonna have to edit some of the earlier posts here. Discussion of emulators/ROMs isn't allowed on ProBoards hosted forums so to avoid this place being reported, you'll hopefully understand why i've done so.

@tygress: I am not 100% sure what bother stores like that besides GameStop we really have around here where I live. But I can deffinitly keep my eye out
@joey: I haven't tried second hand stores (we don't have a lot of those either). And I had no clue that emulators were on the PBTOS so thank you for doing your job we understand!
Now let's hope that I can find some games!

I got a place for you called Vintage Stock....they have a lot of the old stuff in fact that is what they do. They ship relativly cheeply and sell quality. I know the issue of having faulty cartriges. My Blue game after about x number of years no longer holds any memory so i had so throw it away and the crystal game I baught never worked right it was crap from ebay. Amazon is gunna sell you quality it is their policy since they dont want a bad name but yes you will pay for the gaurantee. A lot of times not much more then the actual game though. I am rebuilidng a Gamecube and Amazon is cheaper then trying to go to game shops. So it just depends I always liked the old games as well.

I really like the older games to, but main reason is cause the only famine consol I have right now is my old GameBoy Advanced which will only play the older games.
I'll have to check out Vintage Stock! You guys are all amazing and so helpful! I am really happy that you guys are helping me!

I wouldn't buy on ebay or Amazon unless you want a dead battery in the game. If you paid over 100 dollars on Amazon though you might get a new battery, but who wants to pay over 100 dollars for a game?
