Schuylar shifted her gaze, surveying the street as she waited in the shadows. She would never get used to this. Trading for Pokemon was one thing, but buying them was a completely different story. Considering the fact that it was ever so slightly illegal, she was putting a lot on the line just for one Pokemon. Crossing her arms, she tried not to look obvious as she leaned against the wall, waiting for the rendezvous. Through the fog, she could barely make out the Trading Center a few blocks away. Oh, how she wished she could be in there, making a normal transaction. She was putting her entire career as a Trainer on the line, and for one Pokemon. Shaking her head, Sky sighed at herself.
By her side, Zippo growled at every passerby, eyes narrowed as he loyally guarded his trainer. He hadn't been around for the last exchange, but he already didn't like this one. He hoped that Sky knew what she was doing. Paceing back and forth, Zippo waited anxiously for the transaction to end.

Lets get this over with. Rhoan gruffed, Tyrana padded alongside Rhoan. Both were at ease with the situation. Rhoan had a bit more experience with everything, especially things on the slightly less illegal side. She gave a quick look at the trade center before passing it, hands shoved in her pockets. Her hair was in place, though her scar was a bit more visible today after her most recent hair cut, as in Tyrana's flamethrower got a bit out of control in her last battle. Rhoan didn't mind though. Quick reflexes always helped. Chick's name is Schuylar or something like that. Funny sounding. She mentioned, but shrugged none the less.
Tyrana lifted her muzzle to the air, sniffing another of her species. She immediately followed the scent, Rhoan following quietly, occasionally tossing the ball into the air and catching it. Soon, a girl came into view. Perhaps that's who she was. Schuylar? She asked, raising her visible eyebrow. How's it goin? her voice seemed flat, as if unenthused, but alot calmer than Sky. Tyrana looked over at Zippo, examining him. Both seemed to be strong, and it was the first time the dragon had seen another one.

Schuylar lifted her head as a female voice called out her name. "You're Rhoan?" she asked hesitantly, already knowing the answer. Out of the corner of her eye, she saw Zippo tense as the trainer and her Charmeleon approached. Despite how defensive he looked, she could tell he was curious of the other Pokemon. Glancing at her first Pokemon, she ordered sternly, "Heel." Zippo scowled, but stayed where he was.
"You have the... er... goods?" Sky stuttered as she tried to think of what to say. It had been easier buying the Magikarp off of Joey because, well, she had already met the guy. This Rhoan character was much more intimidating than the jolly biker, and she gave off a distinctive aura that screamed "Don't even try to mess with me". Reaching into her bag, she tugged out the envelope containing the money. Sky figured that she might as well prove that she had the cash, even if this was a scam. After all, Easter Togepi were exceedingly rare. But she didn't care. She wasn't going to turn down the chance to get such an adorable Pokemon.

It was obvious that the young girl Rhoan was meeting had never done anything like... this before. It amused Rhoan and Tyrana alike, but neither pointed anything out. Xavia, Rhoan. Red Tiger. She murmured, digging her hand into her pockets to find the Easter Togepi's pokeball. It was exceedingly rare, and a great nab for the Pokemon Hunter. She'd charged a nice deal for the capture, and Sky was the one who ended up finding the ad. Why she was looking around the black market listings was none of Rhoan's business though. Soon the Togepi's ball was found. Rhoan pulled it out of her pocket and held it in her hand as soon as she saw the envelope.
Rhoan's eyes lit up. A gust of wind blew past as if on cue, ruffling her hair and exposing her gnarled scar. Tyrana sniffed at the air, but didn't dare move. Looks about right. Since yer so nervous, we'll get this done quick. Take it. It's FAR too annoying for me. She murmured, recalling the first encounter with the rare beastie. She took the envelope from Sky and pressed the tiny Pokeball into her hand. Ya never met me. Ya never saw me. Ya need any other Pokemon, i'm ya gal. She smirked, before turning on her heel and walking without a word. Tyrana's tail swished back and forth in time with Rhoan's steps, but glanced back over her shoulder at Zippo before disappearing with Rhoan.

Schuylar clutched the Pokeball tightly, watching Rhoan's back as she walked off. "Um, right..." she muttered, ever so slightly confused by how abrupt the meeting had been. Staring down at the tiny ball, she let a small smile flicker across her face. She would have let the tiny creature out, but she didn't want anyone to suspect anything. Instead, she stowed the ball and, after glancing about, walked off opposite of the direction Rhoan had left in. Zippo gave the area one last sniff before trailing after his master, glad that the meeting was over.
