Think its usually optional to do the trade thread, if im remembering right at least.
This ones..kind of a weird situation though, I think id have to ask one of the admins about it to see if we can even do a trade thread. Just do to the RP pokemon im selling not actually being Chance's pokemon at all but my last character who I got rid of's pokemon.

You can RP your previous character selling your Pokemon to Rane, it's not a problem. I am pretty sure a different member did something like that in the past. As long as you aren't travelling around as him, you can just treat him as an NPC in this case.
I'll move the Pokemon to Rane's box and update your money whilst I am here but in future, it's fine to just straight to the transaction topic to request the exchange before the trade thread is complete. (As it is optional, like you mentioned.)
While I am here, would it be possible to purchase your blank Barboach?

Thanks Morri yea I didn't exactly remmeber how the trade exchange worked XD buy kks I just deleted the trade center thread since it'd be confusing. And thanks Jay, i'll be hopefully evolving it into a Gyarados haha |

No problem at all, glad I could help! I think if you replaced your old character to begin with it's probably right thinking that you don't want to RP as them anymore, so it is understandable! To some it is just the easiest way to explain how they acquired the Pokemon but meh, we can just wing it. xP
