Nah, who i'm kidding. I jacked up the price so you can get that estate. Seems like a fair trade to me so you enjoy the extra dosh.

As for your questions:

1). I know I have a lot (There's my hoarder disorder coming through) but they're all too valuable.
2). Money isn't an issue. Not sure if you noticed but I have a bed made out of pokedollar notes.
3). I guess that makes sense, I was guessing you just liked the hotness of the desert, haha.
4). True but there's not much I can really offer in the way of your wishlist, sorry.
5). I'd be wanting to RP this out with Tobias if that's okay with you. Kinda helps explain the huge amount of bills. Don't worry, they're legit and not counterfeit.

nah, you're not ripping me off. But it was kind of bad for me to get an idea how to price it since the pokemon (i don't think) it's in anywhere in the RP lol.

Alex doesn't like the cold, eh? Looks like Tobias and Alex will have some common footing at least. Not that it'll mean much with how much of a grumbly sod Tobias is. ;D

This pricing probably is a bit insane but I feel its worth it. As far as I know myself Duskull is assigned to just the Safari Zone at the moment but I can't recall if there was talk for it to be a swarm somewhere...

And halfway to the goal? I purposefully made it £19,000 because that gets you to £25,000 which is the price of an estate. It was £50k (Why that was I will never know) but it got revised in addition to the berry plots and treasure hunt additions.

In terms of topic starting, i'm okay with whatever you prefer. I have a few forum things that need taking care of so its probably best if you get the ball rolling. As for updating, i'll likely do that once we get to that point in the transaction topic.
