Just because I might need it later, and it's better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it, Shinya would like to purchase one TM163 Mud Shot before leaving Violet City. And if possible, I'd like it sent over to Venom's inventory please. Thanks.

Not a problem!
As long as a character can reach the Johto area they may visit the shops any time even if not actively RPing there. Will get this to Venom straight away :3
