Madam Blue's face darkened even more as Alex defended the trash throwing by saying the pokemon would clean up after the trainers. She stayed silent until Alex had finished criticizing her way of doing things.
"How many arons have you seen here in the foest? They are living in the mountains, slowpoke!" She said sounding like she really thought that was a dump excuse. "Yes, arons can eat pokeballs but they don't need to as they have plenty of minerals in the mountains, they didn't needed them before humans started to throw all their waste in their habitats and they don't need it now!"
She smirked without hurmour.
"What you are basicly saying is that you should be allowed to behave as badly as you want, since others are probably cleaning up after you!" She looked sharply at Alex for a moment before continuing. 
"Here's your wake up call boy! No one wants to clean up your mess! Though some maybe are forced to do it, because you among others don't want to take responsibility!" She had to take a few breaths before she could continue.
"And the one who is mixing things up are you! The only one who thinks I'm a poacher is you, and I don't hurt the pokemon I only tries to protect the nature so I'm closer to a Ranger than any of you here!"
She stomped frustrated, as Alex was annoyingly stubbern.
"What is this nonsense about respect? Of course you need their respect but there is more than one way to get it! The swablu I would have gotten if you all hadn't interrupted me scared them away, would have known it was the best and that we would become great partners! Just like Wobbuffet and Sniffer here!" She snarled furiously at Alex before changing completely when she adressed Wobbuffet. "Isn't that right, darling?" She asked suger sweet and got a happy salute as response.

"Not able to be two places at once?" Madam Blue mocked as Alex turned his attention to Roshineu and the swablu, which he hadn't been able to keep an eye on while arguing with her.
"You really have a lot to learn if you think that is going to make any difference." She said patronizing as Alex gave his order. The budew didn't get time to do as ordered before the swablu was on her and had toppled her.
"Blu!" The swablu shouted Roshineu right in the face. It was tired of the annoying flower bud and wanted to end it once and for all, so it could get away. It raised its beak and readied itself to dig it deeply into the budew, but then a shiver ran through its body and it froze. With a troubled cry it fell to the ground beside Roshineu with wings spasming, which gave Roshineu the perfect opportunity to give again.
Saved by the paralyzis.

Madam Blue rolled her eyes as Alex laughed at her. "Why should I fell down to your level?" She asked bitchy. "You are not going to win that battle against it, not with moves and tactics like that."
She smirked scornfully when he said he didn't wanted to talk to her any longer. "Can't handle me? Am I too much of a woman for you?" She said mockingly, not wanting to let him go so easily, especially not if he wanted to try catch the swablu he had taken from her. She was going to make it as annoying experience as she could.

A moment later she forgot, as Scarout took down her wobbuffet with no problem at all, and she hurried to its side as it collapsed on the ground. She mumbled kept stroking it and mumbled to it, while she waited for it to wake up again.

Henry glanced at Mdam Blue and then looked around. Alex had won the battle against her, and Reynold and the girafarig trainer were doing pretty good themselves too now spearow was helping them out and was worning out the two swablus they surely soon would catch. He looked back at his poliwag and its tough battle against the equally tired doduo. It was clear he couldn't do any difference even if he won this battle against the two-headed bird, there would still be the spearow and whatever pokemon Alex had.
He raised his hands as a signal to the bird trainer. "I give up, no need to continue this." He said and the bird trainer looked mystified. But shrugged and called back doduo when Henry had recalled his poliwag and trotted closer to Madam blue to see if she was alright.

The girafarig trainer came running to the bird trainer excited while waving a pokeball. "I got one! I got one! Thank you so much Peter!" He yelled and started to ramble as he told his friend how happy he was about his catch, while bird keeper Peter just smiled. It was a shame he didn't get one himself, but their main goal had been for his friend as he only had one girafarig, and seeing his happy face more than made up for it.

when Wobbuffet finally woke up, Reynold had finally managed to catch the other swablu which was mainly thanks for the spearow. He thanked it, made sure to pick up all pieces of his unsuccesfull capture attempts, recalled the tauros and walked over to Alex.
"Hey Sally, come and see what I have here for you!" Reynold called to his daughter, while pachirisu ran to the bush she had been left to hide in.
"Thank you so much for you help." Reynold said smiling to Alex when pachirisu came running back distressed.
"What is it, Pachi?" Reynold asked worried and followed it to the bush, which he looked through with no luck. "Sally?" He called several times, but without any answer.

"Where is she?" He demanded to know from Alex and walked back to him, his expression a mix between worry and anger. "I told you to keep an eye on her so I could help you. where is she!?"

Alex would have about 15 minutes to argue with Reynold, or try reasoning with him, if he not wanted to just ignore him or do something else, before a group of police officers arrived ontop of sawsbucks, bouffalants, a mamoswine and a single torterra.
"Daddy! I found the police!" A wellknown voice shouted and Sally waved prodly from the back of torterra. She was helped down and ran straight into Reynold's open arms. He wouldn't let go of her again when she tried to get free after a moment, and she started to complain until he released his grip on her.
"Did you get one?" She asked immideately and Reynold smiled fatherly as he handed her the pokeball. She looked like it was christmas morning and she had got her greatest wish fulfilled.
"Don't open it yet, we need to let a nurse look at it first." Reynold told her warmly before he looked sternly at her. "And we need to talk about why you ran away alone without telling any of us." She started to protest but he stopped her with a. "Not now, Sally." Before he turned to Alex.
"Luckily nothing happened this time.." He looked like he wanted to say more, probably something about he thought Alex hadn't protected Sally good enough, but he never did find a way to say anything, as Sally continued to pull in his sleeve, not noticing anything about what was going on as she was too excited about her new pokemon.
Reynold gave Alex a last nod, still holding grudge against him before he left with Sally as they headed back to town.

"Is it you again. What have you done this time?" The head police officer said a bit tiredly as he recognized Madam Blue.
"What I have done?" Madam Blue answered in disbelief. "They are the one who interrupted me, destroyed the cage, stole my pokemon and are now leaving without cleaing up their mess!" She protested loudly while the officer sighed.
"You'll better come with me to the Police Station, so we can fix this mess. It sounds like you are making trouble again." He ignored her protests and got her t recall her pokemon as he gave the other officers orders.
"Get the names on the other one around here, so we can contact them if necessary. And someone get the name of the Father who just left too!" With that he showed Madam Blue to the Mamoswine and tried to get her to mount it.
"You can't leave the area like this! It is a mess and my borken cage is all over the place!" Madam Blue exclaimed as she was forced up ontop ofthe pokemon.
"Yes we can, that will be taken care off. Now shut up, until we get back. I don't want to arrest you again." The officer warned her and she glared sulkingly at him.
They all left after getting the names on the people around, and Henry followed them as they rode away, he still hoped to get his payment from Madam Blue.
The last one to leave was Peter and his friend, which left Alex all alone with a annoyed swablu and the rest of the broken cage.

"There's a Union Cave nearby and they can come out at night and eat the balls and then go back before morning, you know?" Alex retorted, not that he had seen one in action at night, but it made sens to him in theory. "And no. You're taking this to the extreme. When I say that Pokemon adapts to us humans, I am not saying that the extreme of behaving badly and trashing all the habitats are good. Of course we humans should still have control on how we clean up our own trash." He sighed, this conversation was going nowhere as he was talking with an impossible human.

When the topic chnaged to respect though, he felt part of his brain died. "How do you think you're going to earn the Swablus' respect by putting them in a cage? You're not treating the Swablus any better!" He shuddered at the thought of how this woman got her Cubchoo and Wobbuffet, probably some devious means.

"First of all, I'm doing perfectly well being in the SAME place. Because you know I only need to turn my head and/or body and the battles are within my line of sight," he replied to "Madam" about him handling two battles at once. "And the Absorb probably won't do much, but we'll see."

"Okay, look, woman," he was getting so tired of her, his attitude changed angrily. "Just because you have a mouth it doesn't mean that you need to use it all the time. Give your mouth some rest. It'll be good for you! And plus, you're underestimating how amazing afflicting status is... No wonder you feel the need to capture all of the Swablu because you rely on dumb tactic."

A moment later, when his Fearow and Cacnea finally took down the Wobbuffet-- thanks to a couple Leer to lower the defense of Wobbuffet long enough-- he was met with the angry Reynold. "She--" he began as he looked around, only to find out that she wasn't nearby. He internally felt an "Oh crap!" moment.

He felt worried and joy when he saw the police cars and Sally riding on the Torterra. He was silent, as this whole time he was focused on fighting and arguing with the woman. He felt guilty. He felt forgetful. He felt that he could have done better. He made a note to himself, in his head, that he probably needs to be careful if he's to be trusted with keeping an eye on a small human again.

He watched guiltily and happily, a mix of emotion, as the commotion was over and the Madam was pulled away. He wasn't surprise that the woman was resisting the police. You couldn't have any other logical prediction besides this.

When everything was really, really quiet again. His Fearow perched quietly on a tree to rest, and his Cacnea stood between the Budew and him to watch this other battle ongoing. Alex held out a Pokeball and returned the Cacnea, thanking her help. Seeing how he got the Swablu paralyzed, the next step was to weaken its health. He was silent, mixed with emotion on dealing with this Swablu, as he still wanted to catch it. But he also felt remorse for not keeping an eye on the little girl.

"Roshineu, stnad back. Scarout, I want you to help me with one more favor. The Swablu is paralyzed so this should be easy target. I want you to use Pursuit. Go light on the Swablu though, I just need it weaken a bit," Alex turned around and look up the tree behind him, while he pointed the Swablu with one hand. His face though, was still disturbed by the mix of emotion.

Swablu couldn't find the strength to move its wings. Nothing was working the right way. Whatever the bud had done to it, had apparently been done right because it found itself unable to move its body in anyway. Chirping in Distress, it struggled to get a move in as Scarout was switched with the Budew, but alas, its wings would not listen. Scarout took that opportunity to deliver a fast attack, zoning in on the Swablu and wasting no time. The Swablu let out another distressed cry as it was knocked over again, but it was not yet down for the count. It tried to move again, but its wings still wouldn't listen. It couldn't get them to lift, or move at all and this was a problem for a bird. So it just laid there in a distressed heap of blue and cotton. --- Battle! Looking at how the Swablu was hurt by the Pursuit, and also immobilized by love the Stun Spore earlier, Alex estimated how weakened the opponent really was. Still feeling conflicted by the situation early, he spoke grimly as he recalled his Scarout. Then, switching his Pokeballs, he tossed out a much cuter and younger looking Pokemon-- his Zuroy that was a gift from a school boy. His mood had certainly be changed. He would be feeling happy that the poacher was captured had he not forget that he was supposed to keep an eye on the little girl too.

The Azurill wasn't like the other kinds who were hopping on their tail, instead Zuroy just stood casually on her tail, occasionally rocking a bit while trying to balance. Alex grabbed an empty Pokeball, and tossed it skyward toward the Swablu.

[The REAL Joey]

Despite the quick swap of Pokemon, the Swablu could do little as it stammered erratically in its movements thanks to the effects of paralysis. As the ball soared towards its target by the time Alex had a chance to launch the Pokeall, the Swablu could do little to move out the way. It's stamina depleted from the length of the battle while not to mention the dreary paralysis that had been inflicted on it, there was little hope the Pokemon would be able to avoid the capture device. Nearing closer the Pokeball cared little for its plight. As the ball burst open, enveloping the strange Pokemon in its radiant light, it absorbed it into the centre of the wondrous capture device. Now securely inside, the Pokeball did what it did best. Rocking back and forth, it was processing the newly acquired Pokemon.

Stunt is too lax that he speaks few seconds later. In battle he does what Alex said (immediately!). He likes to walk around or swim around places when he could. He also have a simple view of life. He's happy as long as he's fed/sheltered/slept.

After the Pokeball clicked and dinged that the Swablu was successfully captured, Alex picked up the Pokeball and returned the remaining Pokemon outside of the comfort of their Pokeball. He sighed and exhaled deeply, now that everything was over with this crazy Swablu swarming. He was relieved and glad that this was over, for the time being. He stood where he was for a moment, still re-thinking the event that happened. He probably won't be forgetting this for a while.

Then, he turned around and moved back to where the Fishing Jetty was, as he wanted to catch a few more Poliwags. As he was walking through the grass and the trees again, he nearly tripped over a Pokemon had he not unintentionally looked on the ground. It was a SPINARAK! Thank goodness he didn't trip on this bug and squish it!

Finally parting from the situation involving Madam Blue as well as capturing a rarity known as Swablu, Alex was finally ready to progress in his journey. As he considered moving over to the jetty to relax with a spot of fishing after everything he had been through, it was probably for the best considering most Pokemon had fled after all the ruckus and noise they had made. Watching him move on from a reasonable distance, they all feared the sight of the large avian he had in his possession and decided it to be best not to challenge this particular human. But one, oblivious Pokemon was resting on the ground relatively close by, not having paid a single bit of attention to the previous rowdy battles. On it's back with legs spread, the small Spinarak was enjoying a day of relaxation, not letting a single thing get in it's way. It did not care for the sounds that echoed around it, the spider was one who enjoyed simple pleasures in life. But one thing it didn't like was it's life flashing before it's eyes.

Feeling a shadow cast over it, the Spinarak erratically rolled onto it's many legs, narrowly missing being stepped on by this clumsy trainer. Looking up, the Spinarak shrieked out incessantly as if telling Alex off for not watching where he was going. Wearing a heavy frown, the spider lifted up it's abdomen which bore threatening patterns to ward off enemies. Although such a move probably wouldn't scare Alex off how it would do to other wild Pokemon, it was at least showing that it was up for a fight.

Seeing how the Spinarak rolled on its tiny body and then landed on its feet and not moving away, Alex knew that this meant another battle. Having actually faced a Spinarak before, he decided this would be a good train his Pokemon as well as capture this bug for whoever trainer who would fancy one.

"Go, Roshineu!" He tossed a Pokeball and the Budew came out. "I think you've been training here and there so far, but I want you to watch this one and watch and learn. You'll evolve soon!" The Budew happily hopped to Alex's side, and avoid being too close to not get kicked.

Then, the male trainer tossed out another Pokeball, "Go, Grenevir! Start with an Icy Wind!" The ice and grass type popped from the Pokeball, and soon a hail covered the area. The Snover inhaled and readied for an icy wind.

Picking the Budew to cover her, he spoke, "I've notice you enjoy watching and being quiet, but it's ok!"

[Blackbird]

The Spinarak trembled slightly, glaring at the trainer. It regretted having not run when it had the chance. But, oh well, it had no choice now. It was going to pay for its careless actions. If it survived this battle, the Spinarak definitely would be more attentive. But, no, this wasn't the time to think on that now. The bug-type had to battle.

Grenevir 'smiled' when she was released from her confines, the air temperature chilling dramatically. Clouds began to form overhead, soon dropping chunks of ice. Frost curled out from where she stood, gleaming in the last rays of sunlight. At her trainers command, she raised her arms and began to focus, a glow surrounding her hands. The wind began to whip up, icy enough to draw blood.

The Spinarak curled in on itself, hardly able to stand the cold. In a knee-jerk reaction, it shot a blast of spider silk at Grenevir.

With Grenevir's powerful Icy Wind, the Spinarak was down on its last leg(s). Without even assessing how weak the Spinarak was, not that he needed to, Alex grabbed a Pokeball and tossed it at the Spinarak. The bug type was quickly warped into the capture device.

Alex hugged/held his Budew carefully, waiting nervously as he watched. The Snover just swayed her body while waiting for what would happen next. He was getting used to this capturing business, but still, he was sure that there's a very very small chance that the bug would fight against the ball.

As Spinarak had a feeling of doom overcome it's mind the spider Pokemon could not decide what it should do next. One more hit from Icy Wind and it would be all over. It was far from a fast Pokemon and it was not very high in the strength rankings either. The little green Pokemon felt hopeless as it swore Grenivir would finish the battle this turn with one final attack. Seeing Alex reach for a Pokeball was the greatest sight the little Pokemon had ever beheld. It purposefully jumped right into the path of the incoming red and white object.

As the little spider Pokemon disappeared in a bright red flash the Pokeball began to shake ever so slightly. After the three smallest shakes ever witnessed the Pokeball stopped and clicked shut. Spinarak had taken the easy way out of ending the battle and it had accepted becoming on of Alex's Pokemon. Grenivir smiled as the battle ended and Roshineu who had been with Alex let out a small cry of happiness as well.

Roshineu grew 1 level and gained +1 happiness for witnessing the battle. She is now level 14. She is trying to evolve into Roselia. Do you wish to stop the evolution?

Grenivir gained 1 level for a well fought battle and gained +1 happiness as well. She is now level 16

With the Spinarak caught and out of the way, Alex made his way again back to the Fishing Jetty. It didn't take him long until he reached the water's edge where he caught quite a few Poliwags. Unfortunately for the residents in the water, Alex wasn't really done fishing the Poliwag. He kept telling himself that he had two more to go, but he got interrupted by that crazy blue chic earlier and the nearly squished Poliwags.

When he arrived to the scene, he carefully put the bag down and thought about what he was doing. What he was doing with his life. He tossed the line out to fish, and began thinking about well, how many years should be be spending adventuring and when will he study to be a doctor. Should he be a physician or a surgeon? Or a medical researcher? His mind drifted until he felt something touch him.

Burmy had been watching Alex for a while now. The boy had been sitting at the jetty for some time, sitting there thinking about whatever human trainers thought about. This got the Burmy to thinking, itself. Why was it here? What was it doing? Well, for starters, it along with many of it's kind had begun their slow, yet hostile takeover of the world. They were slowly scattering themselves in order to prepare themselves for the newest world order. So, what would become of this quiet boy? Burmy kind of liked him.


Taking up a rock with it's foot, Burmy lobbed it as best as it could towards the boy. The first one missed, so the second would have to be aimed a bit better. Letting another one fly, Burmy watched as it practically tapped against the boy's shoulder. Not a bad hit! It was super effective. Burmy rustled it's leaves and made sure it's presence was known before walking a few steps toward Alex. This boy would be allowed to be Burmy's servant when their Burmy take-over succeeded. The boy should be humbled, and practically kissing it's little stumpy feet.

When Alex's deep thought was interrupted by a sudden rock gracefully hitting his shoulder and then flying into the water, and hearing a rustling of leaves, he thought the area was suddenly haunted by the ghosts of grand or incremental amount of grand-Poliwags. His heart raced as he did not like the idea of being scared by supernatural beings lurking in broad daylight.

He turned his head and body slowly, and carefully to examine if a ghost really tossed that rock. Then, he found out that it was a small Burmy with a proud and bold expression and body language. The way the bug Pokemon stood and appeared gave Alex the message that this bug wouldn't be going away, at least not anytime soon.

He grabbed a couple Pokeballs from his pocket and thought about who to send out, seeing that a Burmy was kind of uncommon in this area. "Go, Lodd! Start with a Fake Out!" the trainer tossed the Pokeball and revealed a Lombre. The grass type stood, unfazed by the opponent, and stared into space for a moment before realizing that she should, you know, move and attack.

As Burmy watched Alex take notice of the rock that hit his shoulder the little bug was hoping it's new slave would be obedient and obey it's every whim. The bug was rather peeved when it saw him grab a few Pokeball's as he thought about which one of his Pokemon to use. Slaves were supposed to obey thei master not rise up against them. Burmy knew that a fight was imminent and if the great pyramid of Burmy was to be built it would have to crush this uprising. There was a major problem with Burmy's plan however as the young bug type only knew protect.

Burmy grew even more annoyed when it saw Lodd. A beautiful creature such as Burmy should never have to fight such an ugly creature like a Lombre. Burmy stomped it's feet on the ground mad about it's plans for the world seemingly going up in smoke. Burmy hoped it could somehow win this battle but it did not look good. As Burmy though about somehow winning this battle Lodd made her move. Slowly the bipedial Pokemon walked over towards Burmy.

Burmy did not trust Lodd as she approached. The Lombre held out her hand pretending to offer peace before trying to slap Burmy in the face. At the last possible moment a blue sphere appeared around Burmy to Protect it from the attack. Lodd stood in disbelief that she had failed to do anything to Burmy as the bug type looked over at the pair with a very angry face.
