With the holidays came a slight dip in activity, but one member remained active enough to catch our attention - Samara! Active in both the roleplay and the Cbox, Samara was able to exceed our member of the month expectations and cinch victory for this month. It helps that she's friendly and makes for interesting posts, both qualities we love to see in our members. With that said, congrats Samara, for you are the Member of the Month for December 2012!

Despite the activity dip, one of our mods has been dedicated enough to pitch in where they can - and that's Sacred! Modding up a storm during our slow times shows great effort and dedication to the site; not only does it help alleviate modding for others, but it makes members happy as well. As always, Sacred also helped out behind the scenes, as most of our SotM winners do, but what really gave you the honour this month was your dedicated modding. Congrats Sacred, you deserve to be named our Staff of the Month for December 2012!

All the staff members voted on both MotM and SotM and I believe the outcome was a successful one. I agree wholeheartedly with the results and cannot think of more deserving winners of both awards.

Remember that there won’t be a MotM/SotM this month but it will hopefully return in February. Your conduct during January (this month), however, will count towards next month’s competition.

Thanks guys I really appreciate everything. ^^ Little had I known that I was getting the member of the month of the award and it means a lot. I'll be picking the Swinub since it looks so cute with the antlers. xD Plus that'd give me an idea to use in the first gym when that happens.

I'm a bit late but I just wanted to get my congratulations in to the both of you. Well done on making December Member/Staff of the Month! ;D I'll admit i've been away for the most part of November and December so I can't really comment on Samara per se but i've read a deal of your posts and they're very well constructed and you seem like a nice member. As for Sacred, i'm not surprised you were able to scoop up the award. You're a very dedicated moderator and its nice to see you getting acknowledged for it.
