• Why do you want to be a Moderator at ZapdosZulu?
  To help out one of my favorite sites, try to help us get us out of the emergency, And to work on improving my writing.
  
• Do you have a basic understanding of the rules and procedures to be able to moderate threads?
  Yes I do. (Previously been a mod, and have done several posts on coming back to shake the rust out)
  
• Have you had any past experience as staff, or some role of responsibility, on any roleplaying site in the past?
  I have been a moderator here at ZZ ^^ Also helped out with a PMD roleplay site a long-while back.
  
• Do you have any additional skills that could be useful in developing the forum?
  I have a bit of coding/design experience, and like to try to look at things from different angles, which could be very useful at times.

However, given the previous runs of Trainee we have decided that we'd like to see a bit more activity from you first before you dive back into the official modding scene. You can of course pitch in time-to-time under our State of Emergency rules and build up for that Mystery Gift! Just make sure you reacquaint yourself with our guides as they have been tweaked recently :3

Once you've been back for a while longer and shown consistent activity over a longer period of time feel free to send in another staff app! Thanks again.

• Why do you want to be a Moderator at ZapdosZulu? I have been on the staff multiple times in the past and before my disappearance I was going to work on a number of projects.
  
  
• Do you have a basic understanding of the rules and procedures to be able to moderate threads? Yes as I have been an Admin in the past I have vast knowledge of the workings of the site and I am able to mod.
  
  
• Have you had any past experience as staff, or some role of responsibility, on any roleplaying site in the past? As above I was an Admin for quite some time and before my absence I enjoyed every moment of being on the staff.
  
  
• Do you have any additional skills that could be useful in developing the forum? I am very good at advertising and I can run social media pages as well as a deep knowledge of the games.
  
  

Side note: I would have waited longer before reapplying but as I know the staff is kind of light right now and I finally have the time again I figured it could not hurt to toss my hat into the ring.

Why do you want to be a Moderator at ZapdosZulu? I have been on staff multiple times, as both a moderator and a Gmod. Modding was what I did best, and every little bit helps. Also noticed a distinct lack of pink in the lineup.


Do you have a basic understanding of the rules and procedures to be able to moderate threads? Yes, there are some new things to catch up on, but i'm happy to re-learn any things that have been changed.


Have you had any past experience as staff, or some role of responsibility, on any roleplaying site in the past? Yup. Been here and helping since 2011.


Do you have any additional skills that could be useful in developing the forum? Deep knowledge of the games, Experience here, commissioned writer, slight graphical skills.

  I like to help out where I see a need.

  I do have the basic understanding of the rules. I've been part of other boards with similar rules even though each board has its unique takes on the rules.
  
• Have you had any past experience as staff, or some role of responsibility, on any roleplaying site in the past?
  There was a time where I created a board based on Star Trek. I had the job of setting almost everything up including the story line. I've attempted a Transformer based one but it never got off the ground.
  
• Do you have any additional skills that could be useful in developing the forum?
  Skills? I enjoy writing and coming up with ideas. I've got no problem of working on the ideas and flushing them out with others. I don't have any programming skills which would be useful. Most of my programming knowledge is visual basic with a touch of java. At best I can understand what the code is trying to do. Drawing\Sprites is definitely NOT one of my skills.

  I wanna be able to help the site more, and help move threads along and hopefully allow the current mods to have some less stress and relax a bit more. I wanna be able to help others as well.

  Yes i do. I've modded non-Pokemon styled sites. I just gotta get the hang of all the mechanics for this site.

  Yes i have. I have been a mod for a former site and i was in charge of checking and making sure Apps were done correctly. I was also in charge of running the game corner that the site offered.

  I have an armature skill in coding. If im able to review stuff on my own i can learn faster.

It's great to have so much interest in the program!
We'd love to have you both on board, however, Silverwing as before we'd like to see you are going to be sticking around for a little bit before continuing on with your Trainee modules. Make sure you review the mod materials as we've noticed you missing quite a few things in your mod posts.

Korkcon, it's fantastic to see such early interest! But you have only been on the forum for a couple days. We think it would be best if you took some time to settle in and get familiar with how the systems work before taking on any full moderator duties.

Perhaps check back in a couple weeks for both of you and if you're still interested in taking on the Trainee program we'll see about getting it setup for yah ^^
