Aglaia paused surprised when the dainty bug appeared, and she narrowed her eyes at how much it was shining. That couldn't be it's usual color, could it? It would take some time to look it up, but she knew she had to be quick. "Saury, Sleep Powder!" Urged she and quicklt found her pokedex to try look it up and find out if her gut feeling was correct. She smiled pleased as Saury did as she had asked instantly, it was good to know when you had someone to trust. Saury jumped forward and did his best to block the illusmise path, before covering her in sleep inducing powders.

Sport Balls Left: 13 5/5 Encounters Illumise: Alseep (1/3) Saury [Overgrow]: Normal Caught like a deerling in headlights the Illumise squeaked her surprise when the thundering steps of ivysaur came closer in order to get a good mark on the shiny bug. The illumise looked side to side in consideration of where she could flee out of sight but Saury sent forth a wave of his sleep powder. The wild pokémon made a desperate rush dive for the grass but without thinking she inhaled a ton of the spores. The shiny pokémon fell flat on her tummy when she landed and was already fast asleep.

"Well done Saury!" Said Aglaia, "Stand guard while I just check.." continued she mumbling and concentrated fully on the pokedex. Saury stepped closer and sniffed when he noticed the sweet smell coming from the sleeping bug. He found it pleasant. "Oi! It's a shiny!" Exclaimed Aglaia excited, that was her second! How lucky could she be? Again it was just an illumise, a pokemon not very popular, but she was determined to show that Wystan, her beedrill were worth more than people though, perhaps she could find something hidden in this one as well? "Be ready, I will try to capture this one," warned Aglaia her ivysaur, before she threw yet another park ball.

Even asleep it seemed Illumise was going to put up a fight. Once escaped from the ball though the only thing the bug was putting up was some z's.

Aglaia caught herself before she made a loud disappointed sigh, when the illumise broke open the pokeball, and even in its sleep. It was a mystery how it could do that, even though she knew it was more difficult when the pokemon hadn't been weakened or tired beforehand. But if she ordered Saury to attack now, it would probably wake up. Saury waited for an order and realized what it was when another ball flew over his head to hit the sleeping bug.

Sport Balls Left: 11 5/5 Encounters Illumise: Asleep (3/3) Saury [Overgrow]: Normal Once more did the ball trap the Illumise in a flash of white light. And once more did the bug burst out with minimal effort. Well. As much "effort" as a sleeping creature can offer. The bug carried on its snoozing, however, despite all of Aglaia's attempted captures.

Aglaia gritted her teeth, it just didn't wanted to stay in the park ball! It started to looked like she would have to get Saury to attack it, but it was still asleep so Aglaia was rather uncertain about what to do. What would be the best choice? "Saury, give it a tackle and another Sleep Powder," ordered Aglaia finally, when it looked like the bug began to stir. Saury did as she ordered without question.
(ooc: running shoes used, a Tackle and another Sleep Powder)

Sport Balls Left: 11 5/5 Encounters Illumise: Asleep (1/1) Saury [Overgrow]: Normal Illumise woke up with a start! She buzzed to life and zipped around in the blink of an eye; bashing into Saury before he could break into a run. It made it easier to land his own tackle though, as now he didn't have to travel very far after the shiny pokémon's own quick attack. To follow it up was another wave of sleep powder, of which the wild bug was too close to escape and ended up snoozing away once again. *Running shoes exhausted

Aglaia exhaled and tried to relax. The illumise had awoken, and just in time for Saury for follow her orders and stopping it again. Now it was like before, Saury stood ready, she was about to throw a pokeball and the illumise lay snoring with no care in the world. Aglaia threw yet another park ball at it, and hoped this would be it.

After the resounding ding from the confirmed capture, the park seemed to quiet. Neither Aglaia nor Saury believed it at first, as it had jumped out so many times. "Saury, please go and fetch it," asked Aglaia as she suddenly worried it would pop open in her hands, and then it would be way too close. It was technically still a wild pokemon. Who knew how used it was to humans? Nothing happened of course, other than the karrablast blasted out of its own pokeball and disappeared before they got a chance to say goodbye, much to Saury's disappointment. Their trip back to the entrance went without any happenings of any interest and Aglaia eagerly watched for Dorthea to hear how her trip had went, and to show her what she had managed to catch herself.
