Thanks to Arbok's ability, and her recent spike in power, she avoided any serious damage from the bug Pokémon's counter attack. In fact, when looking at Arbok afterwards, it looked like Weedle's attack didn't do a thing. The cobra Pokémon turned to the small Bug type Pokémon once again, looked down at it, and stuck her tongue out at it, giving it a good hiss. It was clear that Arbok was more then ready to finish the small worm Pokémon off, and move on, as she eyed the bug like a predator about to pounce on its prey. As such, Venom was more then happy to give her the order she was waiting for. "That was amazing Arbok! Now show Weedle one more Crunch attack! Finish it off so we can move on!" Arbok lunged at Weedle the second she'd heard her trainer's command, baring her powerful fangs at the small Bug type one more time. "Arbok!"

As soon as the Weedle was defeated, Venom turned his attention to the other worm Pokémon that had appeared. The ninja knew that this was his and Arbok's last encounter of the contest, so it looked like Venipede was the Bug type they were entering. Still, the Wurmple that had shown itself to them would not go to waste. "Sorry little Wurmple. Nothing personal, but we may as well gain as much experience as we can from this contest. Arbok, use Crunch!" Venom kind of hated to do it, since the worm Pokémon didn't even wanna fight by the looks of it, but he wasn't one to pass up an opportunity to increase the power of his own Pokémon. "Ar!" Arbok on the other hand had no mercy to offer the Bug type, as she slithered right for it, and crunched down on it as hard as she could.
