Nomination Incentives Update

We love seeing nominations and would like to encourage more if we could ^^ But we don't like the current state in which there is just a massive dump of them at the end of the month. It makes it difficult for everyone to get a chance to read them for voting. Soooo...

In an effort to encourage earlier nominations, which will hopefully also double as being a better reminder this exists, we are going to start offering small rewards for those that take the time to nominate for their fellow writers. This may be tweaked over time, but for now we're starting with the following structure:

• You are rewarded for every individual nomination, up to a maximum of 5 times per month.
  *You can nominate more, just will not receive further incentive rewards
  
  
• If yours is the 1st nomination for a member that month, you get a choice of the following:
      - 30 Coins
      - $200
      - Choice of any item that costs $200 or less to buy (as per official game prices)
  
  
• If yours is a nomination for a member that has already received a nomination this month, you get a choice of the following:
      - 20 Coins
      - $150
  

In addition to nomination incentives, we will also be starting a rewards program for those who take the time to vote. We hope that by encouraging earlier nominations this will give everyone more time to read them and stay caught up, thus lessening the amount of work required during voting time to participate.
