Link to Post: zapdoszulu.proboards.com/post/162872/threadReason: I really liked the description of the thunderstorm and the atmosphere it creates. I also liked how the frustration of the Spearow as it tries to take back its nest is portrayed.

Link to Post: zapdoszulu.proboards.com/post/162858/threadNominating: Grimm Reason: I like how this post is something else than just "looking for a pokemon", It's a cute meeting with the new team member and it opens up for the mod to do something else than the normal. Link to Post: zapdoszulu.proboards.com/post/162861/threadNominating: GoniReason: The intro if the grunts is really nice, it feels like they are really there and doing stuff the player has stumbled upon, instead of them just popping up because you need to fight them.

*cracks knuckles*Okay, I gotta get these in before the deadline this time xD SECONDING THESE Reason: A post just so full of activity and isn't padded by character thoughts that no one can react to. The continued dynamic of Teddy and Charlie is adorable and it seems they're finally getting to understand one another ^^ Link to Post: zapdoszulu.proboards.com/post/162858/threadNominating: Grimm Reason: I like how this post is something else than just "looking for a pokemon", It's a cute meeting with the new team member and it opens up for the mod to do something else than the normal. Reason: For pretty much the same reason Tarlar said. The non-battle interactions are a nice thought and it's an unusual scenario for a mod to try and come up with an encounter. Link to Post: zapdoszulu.proboards.com/post/162872/threadNominating: ThirdieReason: I really liked the description of the thunderstorm and the atmosphere it creates. I also liked how the frustration of the Spearow as it tries to take back its nest is portrayed. Reason: The image of a tiny spearow shooing unwanted guests from its nest is amusing. Link to Post: zapdoszulu.proboards.com/post/162861/threadNominating: Goni Reason: The intro if the grunts is really nice, it feels like they are really there and doing stuff the player has stumbled upon, instead of them just popping up because you need to fight them. Reason: Mistaking the whismur for a slowpoke is just what a low level lacky grunt would do xD I love it. It also makes it possible for, as Tarlar said, the player to engage with the incoming battle in a different way, which is very nice. Link to Post: Team Skull Lives (Mod Post) Nominating: Fallen Reason: Imagining the progression of Sentret's face and feelings through the hope and dread is wonderful. A good illustration that just perks up the post and made me laugh. Link to Post: Team Skull LivesNominating: Venominon Reason: The frustration of having to rely on your team's type-foe really comes through with this post. The disappointment of not being able to claim victory with Heracross and needing to use Charmander as a crutch adds to the post. It's nice to see this aspect of a character; not always a nicey-nice to everything. Link to Post: First Inning (Mod Post) Nominating: Tarlar Reason: The way copycat was integrated as just really good I thought. Makes it less of a magical move and more of an innate adaptable learning on the spinda's part, which I really liked; even if it was ineffective ;) Link to Post: Interim (Mod Post) Nominating: Tarlar Reason: The level of detail going into the NPCs is just wonderful. Spearow being humiliated and losing the respect of its bully group was a nice touch and just really fills the scene and makes it all the more satisfying a victory. Link to Post: On the Road Again (Mod Post) Nominating: Tarlar Reason: The greedy Bug Catcher was a great way to bring in an NPC battle xD Great characterization. Link to Post: A Man's Best Friend (Mod Post) Nominating: Tarlar Reason: A continued unorthodox way to introduce an encounter with an NPC. Haven't even seen the poacher yet but both of his pokémon are revealed, and it's an interesting way to take advantage of the player's inactive approach to the battle. The confusion ploy mixed with Sneasel's offensive should be interesting going forward! Link to Post: InterimNominating: zena Reason: Finnian's sheepish reply to Silver was adorable. It's a really nice IC touch to not instantly start mouthing off to Silver like most do. Silver strong arming him into a fight was refreshing. Link to Post: On the Road AgainNominating: arkayne Reason: The gamble! Haha, though at little risk to himself, Bishop's reaction to the Bug Catcher was amusing and really played into the scene.

Thank you ^^ I'm glad that you like my posts/modding and I'll do my best to keep it up.
I'll better make my choice before I end up hitting my face on the desk in indecision darn event pokemon, you are tempting. I'm going like everyone else with the breeder bundle and a Rock type egg. I don't think I'll ever use the oval charm so I'd like the 3000£ instead and the Rare Candy can go to Lei.

Link to Post: zapdoszulu.proboards.com/post/163411/threadNominating: Tarlar Reason: The interaction with the naive NPC even at the expense of herself makes this a proud example of RP over gaming a system ^^ Even if Leo is still prolly doomed, not many NPCs get to level up at all ;D +1 Story telling

Link to Post: zapdoszulu.proboards.com/post/163617/threadNominating: VenominonReason: Such time and effort being put into a post for the sake of story even when it's likely the mod *cough cough* might be only doing a bike-length post in return. Letting that shelmet go without a battle, I hope in the next BCC he's lucky enough to encounter it again as promised, haha!
