Reason: I love when a little thing really brings out the pokemon's personality and dynamic and it disturbing what is going on and needs to be handled. It is fun to see Emith's and Neji's argument in the middle of the battle.

I second this nomination, because I laughed out loud at the image of the charmander and the pidgey arguing right in the middle of a fight. Not to mention Senchi's reaction to them and how he was conversing with the other trainer. It was super endearing and made me more invested in his story~

The characterization of Essence and Brinley was intriguing and wonderful here; I haven't read all of Essence's story, and this post made me want to! And I really feel for Brinley in this post.
